"Fine, but she stays in the washing room!" Thunder was still mad at Caprisha for levitating him, but he did see they were just trying to help him so he allowed it. Once. "After this, never do this again, kapish? Caprisha, i'm talking to you." Thunder didn't like it.

Caprisha just looked at Thunder with an amused face. "Alright, alright, never again will I levitate you. Unless it is absolutely necessary of course." Caprisha said with a slight grin.

 

"Never again might be a but much Thunder. I mean unicorn levitation would be very helpful for bringing one of us to the hospital when we can't move or something." Said Charcoal as they continued walking. After walking for a while they make it to the hospital and walk up to the front desk. Ironically it was the exact same pony as every other time they came. Walking up to her Charcoal gets her attention. "Hello again, my coltfriend here is hurt and well I kind of would like some help."

Caprisha looks back at Thunder angerily. "So bringing you to the hospital isn't a good first impression? I don't know what is wrong with you exactly but if it wasn't major Charcoal could take care of it herself. And there is no way I would be able to carry you without magic down here and Charcoal probably isn't feeling 100% directly after a transformation like the one she went through."

 

Charcoal just watches as the two of them bicker. "Um, you might want to hurry. I'm not sure how long the two of them will be able to be together without tearing the whole place apart." Charcoal whispers to the mare at the counter. The mare gets up to go and vet the doctor to take a look at Thunder. The three of them were stuck here waiting.

As the doctor arrives he takes Thunder with him. Thunder gets examined, and then returns.

"W-what?!" Charcoal began to tear up. This was the second time Charcoal was told that her husband to be was going to die. "This is- this is just too much." Charcoal overcome by shock passes out on the floor on the spot.

 

Caprisha who was watching from the sidelines saw and heard everything. "And boom goes the dynamite." She whispers to herself so no one could hear her.

Thunder sat down on a stool with his face in his hooves. "If she gets up, would you please say i'm in a bar?" He says to Caprisha. Then he walks off to a bar. This was not a bar that was near the hospital nor the apartment, no, Thunder chose this bar because it has nice liquors.

"Sure, not like you gave me much of a choice." Caprisha grumbled. But either way Caprisha waited until Charcoal woke up like Thunder asked.

 

"Huh, what? What happened?" Charcoal asked while getting up.

 

Caprisha just looks at Charcoal. "You passed out after hearing the news about your coltfriend. Then he told me to wait for you to wake up to tell you that he went to a bar." Caprisha said sounding a little sad.

 

The memories of before came flooding back to Charcoal, and she started to cry again.

 

Seeing this coming Caprisha starts hugging her friend to comfort her. "Shhh, there there it's ok, just let it all out. Though maybe you should do it at home." Caprisha states.

 

Pulling herself together a bit Charcoal looks at Caprisha again. "*sniff* Ok." Charcoal got up with the help of her friend and they both walked home. Not long after they walked in the door Charcoal lost it again and just started crying with Caprisha right there to comfort her.

Caprisha had just been sitting on the couch with Lightning after Charcoal had locked herself in her room. After hearing somepony knock on the door she gets up and uses her magic to open up the door, revealing a drunk Thunder. "Oh you're back. You know I have to congratulate you, I have never seen Charcoal so upset about anything in her life. And then her husband to be just up and leaves her, great job there." Caprisha said with a lot of bitterness in her voice. Caprisha then walks back to the couch and lays down on it with Lightning.

"Just shut up." Thunder walks to the bedroom to find the door locked. He knocks on it. "Charcoal? Are you in there?" He asks, and knocks on the door again. He took a step back so that if the door was opened it wouldn't do so in his face. Then he waited for Charcoal. 1

"She's not coming out you know." Caprisha said. "She has been in there almost the entire time you've been gone. She is really a wreck right now. She was really upset after you left, only able to hold it together until we got back then she started crying again."

Thunder rammed his shoulder a couple of times against the door. He paused the ramming for a bit. "Charcoal! Open that door!" He said, then he resumed ramming the door untill the hinges came loose and the door fell down in the room. Thunder entered the room.

Caprisha just looked at the damage Thunder had done. "Wow real suttle dude." Then she continued playing with Lightning.

 

Charcoal had heard the door being crushed and her perinoia started getting the best of her again. She just continued to hid in the tub, hoping that whoever broke the door wouldn't find her.

Charcoal looked up at Thunder's voice. Upon seeing him she threw her hooves around him and began crying again. "Oh, I'm not mad at you. I just- just don't want you to go. With the news from the doctor and then you just disappearing like you did... it is a lot to take you know." Charcoal said, squeezing him tighter. "Just please don't leave me like you did, just don't leave me alone."

He walked to the living room. "Caprisha, either your attitude is going to change, or you're going to leave. I don't tolerate the way you're treating me.

Caprisha just looks at Thunder with a blank expression. "Ok, explain to me what I have done to you. Because besides the one time in the forest the only things I have done is help you and tell you what is going on. I'm not the one who upset Charcoal, I was just helping when we brought you to the hospital and I already agreed I would sleep in the laundry room because of that. And when you got home I wasn't exactly happy you upset my friend."

Charcoal quietly walks up behind Thunder while him and Caprisha were talking. "Or you could so what I did and deal with it. It's not so bad once you get used to it and she is not that bad you know."

 

Caprisha looks at Charcoal. "It's alright Char, let this guy have his way. I've done nothing to him so lets just go along with it."

Caprisha just looks at Charcoal with a confused look on her face. "One more? He hasn't even given me one chance. How did you end up with a stallion like that anyway?"

 

"Oh he's not so bad once you get used to him." Charcoal said. "We meet at this camp almost a year ago and at first he was really annoying. Then after spending a little time with him he starter to grow on me. We got separated from the rest of the camp and after running all night I couldn't take anymore and passed out. He brought me somewhere safe and took care of me." Charcoal said while blushing a bit. "After we were about half way to this town I got drunk off of a bottle of whiskey Thunder had found. It gets a little blurry after that but from what he has told me I went shopping for some food and more whiskey, got even more drunk, had sex with him, panicked, then after calming down settled down and the rest is history." Charcoal finished with a smile.

 

Caprisha just stared not sure how to feel. "Well, you've sure been through a lot now haven't you?"

 

"Yeah I have." *yawn* "Well I think I'm going to hit the hay as well." Charcoal said while taking Lightning to put him to bed. "The laundry room is right in that door. Please just try and do as Thunder says for a while till he gets used to you, I would like it if you could stay." Charcoal said while walking towards Lightning's room to put him in bed then walked to her room "Night."

 

Caprisha walks towards the room Charcoal pointed to. "Night." After walking in she finds a blanket and pillow and falls asleep on the hard floor.

Thunder woke up and noticed Charcoal lying next to him. He gently kissed her neck and got out of bed, carefull not to wake Charcoal up. He got himself a cup of coffee and tried to get awake a bit. The wound on his chest was still very open and red.

Thunder woke up and noticed Charcoal lying next to him. He gently kissed her neck and got out of bed, carefull not to wake Charcoal up. He got himself a cup of coffee and tried to get awake a bit. The wound on his chest was still very open and red.

Caprisha woke up and she noticed how sore she was. Getting up she cracks her back, legs, ect. Walking out of the laundry room she saw that Thunder was already awake. "Hey there." She then saw that he was making coffee. "Mind if I have a cup? Coffee was always the best pick-me-up on bad mornings."

Caprisha got herself a cup, added just a but of milk and q nice bit of sugar and sat down in the seat opposite of Thunder at the table. Well might as well get this over with. Caprisha thought as she sipped her coffee. "Look, I'm sorry for how I acted yesterday. The thing is, I'm really protective of Charcoal when it comes down to it. She has told you about the time she ran away from home right?" Caprisha asked.
