Arrow was keeping silent during the dinner table. Eat quietly and mannerly, everything he did was silence. He wasn't wanting to be disruptive or weird to the couple. He was starting to think that he was slowly being family with them. But that was stupid! He already lost his! He doesn't want to be adopted! Or... That's what it would seem to him.

Sarah with her child in her hoof's tried to open the window but failed.

"We're stuck here Rock!" She started to cry again.

 

The trotting stopped in front of their door. The handle started to move slowly.

then it stopped moving. They heard the sound of a gun click. and then there was silence.

There were two daggers that stuck through the door it made a huge slamming sound.

The daggers started to separate from each other cutting the door in half.

"Under the bed! Now!" Rock barked

 

He lined himself up with the remains of the door. Scalpel clutched in his hoof and paternal protection instinct running through his body, Rock charged forward. He knew a scalpel, although very sharp, wasn't a decent weapon. It could easily snap or go blunt if too much force was applied. As he approached the figure at the door, he swung his scalpel.

"Well since I have never built a bed before I would need to see a blueprint or something like that beforehoof. Since my cutie mark is a blueprint I can only build things I've seen a instruction for in pictures. But if we could I would definitely enjoy that."

Francis grabbed the Scalpel and blood came out of his hoof. He then kicked Rock in the face knocking him on the ground.

Sarah ran under the bed besides Fluttershy. Apple Bloom ran out of the room, Francis didn't stop her.

 

Francis broke his scalpel in half and threw the remains and he then went to strike Rock with one of the Poisoned daggers.

Rock tried taking a step back but tripped, narrowly dodging the stab of Francis's blade. He fell against a nearby wall and used it as a base to push himself off of, lunging back at Francis. He immediately grabbed both of his front hooves and struggled for the blades.

While eating dinner and holding Lightning she kept noticing Thunder staring at her from the corner of her eye. After finishing she decides to address it. "Hey Thunder, my eyes are up here." She says while pointing at her eyes. "Something on your mind dear?"

Arrow thought he didn't need to hear this, so he conjured headphones so he won't hear about the conversation and puts them on muffling the talk and everything around. The only thing he can hear is his own thoughts: "Will I ever find a lover?" He thinks silently to himself.

"I just think it was an amazing night." Then Thunder gave Charcoal a little box. Inside of this box was a ring. "Charcoal, will you marry me?" Thunder asked, blushing heavily, his face turned a bright red as he asked this. His heart was pounding even more than ever before.

All she can do is stare, just the shock of it all it's just... just too much. "I-oh Thunder, of coarse I'll marry you." She gets up and walks over to him and just begins to kiss him passionately. Afterword she just hugs Thunder while whispering to herself: "Darn, now I owe her 5 bits."

Francis head budded Rock's head. Francis stepped back and then glanced at the ponies under the bed and smirked evilly. His attention was now once again at Rock. And then went to stab him again. He threw another lunge shortly after his first attack. 1

Thunder now sat there, crying of joy and happiness. Then John walked up to them, he stack out his hoof.

Thunder accepted the hoofshake. "Congratulations Thunder" he said with a deep, booming voice.

Then Thunder proceeded to kiss Charcoal again. Mwa. 12

After a minute or two of just sitting in her own little world she notices that some of the other ponies at the table were starting to get a bit uncomfortable. Breaking away she looks at Thunder. "Um Thunder sweetie, do you think we should wait till later tonight when we're alone?"

Rock his the ground hard, he touched his nose and drew his hoof back, it was covered in blood. He saw Francis lunge again with the daggers. Rock quickly timed so that he could kick Francis under the stomach when he got close enough.

 

Whilst Francis was recovering his stance, Rock leaped over to the staircase and snapped out one of the pillars. He held it in a defensive position, ready for the next attack.

Arrow didn't know jack shit of what was going on. He still sat there eating his food not wanting to be a bother staring at his plate and only took notice of small movements out of the corner of his eyes. His curiosity was chewing him up for not looking but still remained seated.

Francis pulled out his gun. He shot it and the pillar deflected it. It hit Fluttershy and she was gone.

"NO!!" Sarah cried.

She picked up her child and got out of the bed and ran out the door.

Francis didn't care and turned his attention to Rock. Francis was smirking evilly again.

He looked in Rock's eye's. Rock could see there wasn't any fear in Francis's.

 

Two more Guards came into the room. Francis quickly jumped back stabbing one in the gut. The Guard was on the ground gasping for air. He was struck in the throat. The other Guard backed up slowly.

"Sorry! You're on your own!!" The Guard said and took off.

"Sounds like a good plan honey, though John will stay here for the night." Thunder takes another sip from his drink. His heart was beating at a rate being nearer to normal than before. Thunder's forehead was all sweaty. But it was the sweat of relief. Relief of Charcoal saying yes.

Rock slowly adjusted his footing, positioning himself carefully for his next attack. He then threw the pillar at Francis and charged at the same time, hoping to catch him off guard. 7

"I thought that was why I was making a bed. I though he was going to stay with us until he was no longer needed. And don't forget that Arrow is staying with us tonight as well so we are going to be packed tonight. Though at least we still have our bedroom all to ourselves."

"That we have. Want to move there, baby?" Thunder said with a seducing smile. His heartbeat wasn't anymore higher than before he felt. Now was he not crying nor was his forehead sweaty anymore. He felt great now that he realised he was going to get married.

Francis noticed Rock charge and him the Pillar hit Francis put he picked it up and slamed it against Rock's head. There was a minor cracking sound but it was the Pillar getting smashed to pieces. It obviously wasn't a strong material to begind with. 1
