Grand laid down exhausted, but happy they both made it across. "Thank you for saving my life, I would have been gone for sure" SHe said, laying on the ground, exhausted. "But I suppose you could say it was team effort" She looked across the chasm. Zeta, Hearth, and Ink were still on the other side, and several of the pillars have collapsed. She could levitate on over though, now that she was on the other side. "Which one of you needs a lift?" She said, looking across, until Zeta fainted. "perhaps I should get him across first?"

As the ponies carried Stephan across, he noticed Grand, pretty much dying from exhaustion. He also noticed that Fire pretty much saved her skin. "Phew. I guess I owe Fire big time for saving Grand..." He thought to himself.

 

Being carried across made Stephan feel a little awkward. He'd rather be jumping from platform to platform over this chasm. But, he'd have the chance of falling, and there was no room for error here.

Steel slowly took fight "ok here we go" steel said as they slowly started flying over the cliff steel was using all his strength to keep Stephan in the air and keep most of the weight of Missy since she was pregnant even tho he shays she could handle it

Missy was carrying Stephan along with Steel when things started to go wrong, she got an ill feeling again. "Sorry...gah!....prepare for impact, This caused them both to start on a crash course towards the ground. Missy fell onto the ground on her side, luckily not hurting herself in the process, Steel on the other hoof.

Grand leviated both Ink and Hearth across the chasm carefully, quickly getting tired. By the time she had brought the two of them over, she ws exhausted, but they were all safe. "We all did it, We are all  safe!" She exclaimed before collapsing to the ground. she yawned and laid down, falling asleep despite the rest of the group possibly wanting to continue

Stephan quickly leaped back to his feet and noticed Missy on the floor. He then saw a wall he could run up to easily get to the others side. Stephan bent down and picked up Missy. "Well, you know what they say; three times the charm." He then began to run, but felt an unhealthy crack in his right leg. It must've been fractured from the fall. "Ah! Damn it!" He tried to ignore the pain, as he tried to run.

"my wing... Guys I think my left wing is broke wake up grand and see if she has Anything for it" steel said while he tried to set his wing "we should rest here for at least an hour" steel said ignoring the pain in his wing -at least we all made it across with out dying- steel thought

Grand awoke sleepily as Steel shook her awake. "wuhh.. Oh now youve gone and hurt your wing, havent you?" she sighed "Alright, now be still while I get it bandaged up" SHe said while she slowly bandaged the wing and set into a splint. "Now you wont be flying anytime soon, which is a bit of a-" she yawned. "A bit of a nuisance, but what can we do"

Missy started breathing irregularly again, her pulse shot up and she started heating up quite quickly, she started mumbling "don't hate me, please." She also started sweating from her forehead, just like last time.

Stephan made a frown. "Don't worry, Missy. Stephan's here, and he'll always be there whenever ponies like you are in need..." He whispered. Stephan began running up the way, ignoring the pain in his legs.

 

@@Grand_Finale,

 Stephan made his way up the wall and landed on his feet next to the group. "Hope the clinic isn't full. You have a second patient, doctor Grand." Stephan gently put Missy on the floor and fell to the ground from his fractured legs.

"yea I didnt think I would be thanks grand" steel said as he walked to the cliff and laid down -just great now I'll have to climb like the rest of the group thus really sucks- steel thought as he pulled out the obsidian dagger that fire made and began to polish them to a brilliant shine

Grand looked at him unsure. "I'm not sure what I can do, Ive never really worked on a human before, but I will try my best" She said, examining his legs. She mushed a few plants together and gave it to him. "eat this, It will speed up the process of your bones naturally fusing together. Now, I suppose if I wrap a few of these ferns around your legs it should help speed up the process as well. We cant really cast both of your legs, so we will have to stay here for awhile until Your legs have healed enough to continue without risking a complete break" She said, hoping human bones worked the same as pony bones

Zeta slowly woke up, feeling cold as ever and shook himself. He almost fell from the dizziness of getting up too fast but recovered and looked around.

"A-are we still back in the same place before..? I don't know what happened, after seeing Grand fall.. Grand... Grand, Grand!?! GRAND!?!!"

He started to panic, trying to look for her since he had forgotten whether she had fallen or not.

Stephan ate the plants, even though they tasted awful to him. "Thanks, Grand." He got back up to his feet. "But a minor injury isn't gonna stop me. We're gonna do this, leg fracture or no leg fracture." He said in a confident tone. "But, you should really check on Missy. I think she's acting up again..."

 

Stephan then looked over at Zeta and raised an eyebrow. "Dude, calm down. She's here and she's okay." He assured him, pointing to her.

Grand waved happily at Zeta before walking over to Missy. "Now, what are you feeling? You seem to be having quite a difficult time with that little filly or colt" HS esaid, taking out a mild painkiller plant for Missy. "Here, this should dull it quite a bit, unless its something else thats troubling you?"

"Wha, where!?"

Zeta quickly turned around, looking at Grand again and let out a large sigh. Never once in his life where he was that scared about anything, and thankfully it didn't turn out to be bad.

He couldn't help it though. Seeing her again was like heaven, but even he didn't know why it was. So he sat there, looking at her for a few more seconds before breaking down in tears.

(Missy is unconcious, experiencing a psychotic break inducing a state of psychosis.)

Missy couldn't do much to respond to Grand, she was reliving a memory, one which she had previously thought to be forgotten.
"Starburst, we've got to find your dad." Missy murmured.

Stephan walked by Zeta and sat next to him. He rubbed his head. "Don't worry, Zeta. This is all almost over. Once it's done, she'll always be safe, and you'll never have to worry about it again." Stephan told him. "You know why? Because fighters like you and me will make sure that not only she's safe, but that everypony in Equestria is safe."

Grand looked at her with a scared expression. "Firehorn, perhaps you should come see her, This isnt a physical illness" She said, trying to think of a way to calm her down.

"Looks like you arent the only loco pony here, huh?"

Grand figured it wasnt worth having two ponies going through mental issues at the same time, so she didnt reply

"I have an idea, Missy told me to only use this in emergencies, this is pretty bad, so...." Fire Horn extended a hoof. "...we're going straight into Missy's mind, if you'd rather keep an eye on her from the outside world then i'll be going in on my own."

Grand nodded as she watched Firehorn perform a spell she had never seen before. "Alright, just be careful" she said as she kept her eye on the bewildered Missy. "Please help her out, I hate seeing her like this" She said, holding tightly onto Missys hoof.

He felt Stephan rub his head, slowly wiping the tears off his face and looked up at him. "I, I know.. It just, I don't want to see that not happen, which is what i'm worried about.. I don't want to tell her that i'd protect her life, if she  was the one who dies in front of me..."

Stephan wasn't good with this whole 'shoulder-to-cry-on' thing, but he was trying. "Well, look on the bright side; you and I are doing a good job of protecting her, as well as the rest of the group. After all, we're the protectors of the group, aren't we?" He told him in a calm tone.

"The way this works is, if i use this spell but i fail to resolve the loop, it destroys my soul piece-by-piece, each failure means less of me will come back out each time." Fire saiud, stroking Missy's mane. "But it appears to be the only way, are you joining me?" Fire stuck his hoof out.

I wont let you take that risk alone, I'll go with you" SHe said determined. She used her magic to connect to Fires so she could be included in the spell he was about to perform. "alright, lets get this overwith, I want Missy back to normal as soon as possible"
