Caramel was quickly growing tired and the byte in her keg was beginning to hurt even more. "I'll get you out of here Starburst I promise" she said tiredly. She managed to get them out if the thick smoke, so she placed him down and watched for the timberwolf, though she was close to falling asleep

Stephan rushed to the mares to alert them of this fire. 

"Guys, meet me and Rainbow Dash down at the Everfree. We have a problem." Stephan then ran into the forest to find survivors. He dodged falling trees and blazing fire while jetting through the burning woodland.

Twilight teleported the two just outside the Everfree Forest.

"STARBURST!" Missy yelled.

Twilight ran over to Caramel, who was fading into unconsciousness fast.

"Caramel, stay with us, was there anypony else in there with you?" Twilight asked.

"He's stopped breathing." Missy said. "I don't know CPR, I can't...."

 

Dash arrived at the forest.

"You two, get up here and start moving rain-clouds. Stephan went in there, I've got to go after him." Dash said.

After several moments of constantly burning lumber and just fire in general, he found Starburst and Caramel in the forest, along with Missy and Twilight.

"Oh no." He felt their pulse. It felt as if it was fading. "I gotta get you guys some help." He said frantically. He proceeded to pick the couple up and run quickly out of the forest.

In the midst of it all, Moon was a bit confused but followed in the direction of the others into the everfree forest where she was next to Missy and Caramel. "Wait, what's going on? Who needs CPR and why do they need it?" She said before bending down and felt the one on the ground. "I don't exactly know it too well, but maybe I can try.."

 

But Stephan had already picked up the two, which left her even more confused then ever. "Er, um... Guys? What's happening?"

Caramel tried to keep her focus on twilight. "No, just timberwolves" she said dizzily. "We were... Running from them" she mumbled, looking over to Starburst.

 

Grand walked up to Applejacks house and knocked, hoping she might know Pinkies location. "Hello Ms. applejack, have you seen pinkie pie?"

"Maybe isn't good enough....." Missy was panicking. "Fine, just be quick about it." Missy stepped back and watched.

 

Applejack shrugged. "Ah don't know sugarcube, last time ah saw 'er was just last week, she told me that somepony was after 'er, what's goin' on?"

 

Dash raced into the Everfree Forest and found Stephan. She dodged a falling branch.

"What are you doing here? We have to leave now!" Dash yelled, before getting hit by a falling tree.

 

(It's a heavy one, Stephan isn't just gonna be able to pick it up.)

"Dash!" Stephan ran over to the tree and tried to pick up the tree. The tree proved to be too heavy for him to lift, so he gave in before his back did the same. Smoke began to fill the air and Stephan began to cough uncontrollably.

"I won't leave you, Dash..." He said in a weak tone.

"Well, since somepony ran off with the two, then we cant do anything about it." Moon said to Missy, helping her up. "Anyway, I don't know where to go next and I haven't figured my way out of the Everfree forest. Hm... Is anyone else with us, now? Or are we alone, since that's a pretty bad thing.."

Grand sighed. "Pinkie pie has been missing for awhile now, we assume the griffins have something to do with it. Is there perhaps any way you could contact the rest of the apple family, see if they've seen her?"

 

Caramel fell to the ground, pulling herself towards Starburst. She coughed and grabbed his hoof. "We're gonna make it, I know it"

Rainbow reached out her hoof to Stephan.

"Come on Stephan, please...." Dash didn't want to show it but she was starting to tear up, she tried pushing the tree away. It would not budge. "COME ON!!!!" Dash couldn't hold it anymore, she started sobbing lightly. Stephan was unconcious anyway, so she would die with her reputation untarnished.

 

"CARAMEL!! DO SOMETHING!! ANYPONY!!" Missy yelled, she started pushing on Starburst's chest, improvising.

Stephan got one last idea. There was only one thing left to use; his boa staff. The switched the electric rods out with machetes quickly. He then swung the staff downwards at the tree. To his surprise, the knives began to cut through the lumber. He then coughed a little.

"Hold on just a little longer, guys... I'll get us out of here..." He said, cutting off one end of the tree. He then began to cut the other end

Grand looked over to the everfree forest to see it ablaze. "We might need to lend a hoof Applejack, do you mind coming along?" She said, a feeling of worry filling her as she looked at the forest ablaze

 

Caramel just kept her focus on missy and starburst, trying to stay awake

(Smoke, Dash is slightly delirious, she thought he was unconscious.

 

"Stephan, you're OK?" Dash said, relieved, "Hurry up, you don't wanna miss the chance to save my sex.....uh......sorry flank."

 

Missy continued to push down on Starburst's chest, then she put her mouth to his and blew air in. Starburst coughed up smoke.
"Twilight! Get him back to Ponyville. Also take Caramel." Missy said. "She'll probably want to stay with him."

 

"Sure thing, sugarcube." Applejack said, straightening her hat and looking to the trail of smoke. "Let's get goin'!" Applejack started towards the Everfree.

Grand nodded and ran after her, trying quite hard to keep up. When they arrived, the smoke had spread considerably. "I suppose we search for other ponies, get them to safety"

 

Caramel smiled happily as starburst came to, though she was far too tired to do anything else

Stephan gave weak smile and nodded. He quickly cut the rest of the tree, making the tree much lighter. He tried picking the tree up off of Dash again. This time, he did it with almost no effort at all. Stephan picked up Dash and put her on his back.

"Don't worry, Dash. You'll be okay." His vision began to fade as he made for the exit to the blazing inferno.

"Rainbow went in there, you have to get her out of there." Twilight said, picking up Starburst and putting him on her back. Then picking Caramel up with her magic and heading to the hospital quickly. Applejack ran into the forest and found the two.

"*cough*, right, looks like y'all got things from here." Applejack coughed. "Stephan, get her out safely." AJ ran out of the forest.

Grand looked at twilight running to the hospital. She shuddered before going to find ponies to put the fire out before it got any worse

 

Caramel coughed as her vision began fading in and out. As she was rushed into the hospital she passed out, unable to keep her consciousness

Stephan nodded. "Don't worry, guys. She'll make it through." He said. "Now, get out of here before you end up like her!" Stephan looked behind him to see that the trees were falling behind him. He picked up the pace and within moments, Stephan got Rainbow Dash out of the forest safely. Upon getting out, all he could do was look at the forest. Smoke filled the air and the trees dropped like flies.

"I guess it really is just like old times, me in danger because I don't think, and you saving me, you know, I was this close to saying something I would now regret." Dash said.

 

Missy sat there, staring at the smoke ascending from the forest and all she could think was.

"How many times must I almost lose my friends?"

Grand had managed to alert some colts to get some waterhoses. She brought them over to the forest, then walked over to Missy. "I'm glad you're alright, in fact I'm glad everyone's alright, for the most part" she said as she watched the forest burn up. "Are you doing alright?" She asked, noticing Missy's perplexed face

Stephan simply smiled. "I'm actually a bit mad at you, Dash...Not thinking is suppost to be MY thing." He said with a small laugh. "No matter. I'm just glad you're okay, Dash." Stephan gently put down Dash. "Can you at least stand, Dash?" He asked her.

Now the two were pretty much alone.

Moon could sniff the smoke and hear the fire from the distance, feeling where Missy was before sighing. "Alright, so is.. Everything fine? I mean I hear a fire, but, does that mean this forest..?" She said before sniffing again. "Yeah, the forest is on fire.. Anyway we need to get out now, and if you need a lift then i'm here."

"We're not in the forest Moon, we're outside, we're safe." Missy said. "I'm fine Grand, thanks for asking though." Missy looked away to the direction of Ponyville and ran to the hospital.

 

"Yeah, thanks for saving me back there, I was just so happy to see that you were OK, that I just wasn't paying attention." Dash, looked down at the ground. "If I hadn't been so reckless, you wouldn't have had to save me."

 

Starburst woke up, he had stitches in his face.

"Owww, Twilight, why are you still here?" Starburst asked. "Not that I don't want you here, but shouldn't you be helping Fire?"
"I asked Fire if it was aleight that I visit you, he can't so of course he gave his full approval. Like I needed it, you're my grandson after all." Twilight nuzzled him a bit.

"Thanks Gran, it's nice of you." Starburst said, but beginning to panic. "Where's Caramel, please tell me nothing bad happened to her." Starburst started coughing, a lot.

"She's fine, she's in the bed next to you." Twilight said. Starbrust looked around to see her, still unconscious.

Steel flew over to Stephan and rainbowdash "I dont mean to be a bother but pinkie is still missing and has an assassin chasing her and I need to know what he looks like and any other information that to can for me so I can hunt him down and possibly saw pinke"steel said
