Grand was shaking and her breathing went shallow. She snapped her eyes shut and leaned against the two. "Just hurry up and bring me there" she said with a shaky voice. She clung to both of them tightly as she clumsily made her way through the hospital. "I don't know if I can go any further" she said, taking quick breaths

 

Caramel pouted. " well that's a shame, I guess I'll have to wait" she giggled. " I'm just happy you're going to be okay"

Moon stayed close to her the entire time, slowly taking baby steps towards Missy's room. "It's alright, it's perfectly fine Grand. We're inching closer as we speak, just stay calm and focus. Remember, deep breaths alright? Just like somepony would tell you when giving birth."

A doctor came in (female of course).

"Alright, you're ready." The doctor said. "Get ready to start pushing."

Twilight and Fire held her hoof.

"Alright, you can do this, just take lots of deep breaths okay? You;ll be fine." Twilight said.

"Everypony, i'd recommend leaving, especially Sirius." Fire said.

Grand nodded and walked behind them until they got to Missy's room. "I'm here, I'm here Missy" she called out, her eyes still closed and grasping onto the others tightly. " I'm terrified but I'm here" her grip tightened as she entered the room. "I'm a doctor,I'm allowed to be in here" she said, opening one eye slightly

A doctor came in (female of course).

"Alright, you're ready." The doctor said. "Get ready to start pushing."

Twilight and Fire held her hoof.

"Alright, you can do this, just take lots of deep breaths okay? You;ll be fine." Twilight said.

"Everypony, i'd recommend leaving, especially Sirius." Fire said.

Siri looked into the room and gave a wave to Fire. "Don't worry, i'm out here with Zeta!" She said happily. "I can wait for your baby, don't worry about it. I bet you she's going to be even cuter then I am when my mom said it to me before, and I can guarantee that for sure~!"

 

Meanwhile, Moon still comforted her and looked to Stephan. "I think it's best for me to be here to do this, since I cant see and all. That is, if it's allowed by the doctor."

Stephan grasped Grand's hoof and the two led her through the hospital.

"Just take some deep breaths, Grand. You can make it." He said. Once they got up to Missy's room, he saw everypony outside the room. "What, did Fire kick you all out?" He then let Grand inside Missy's room. Stephan and Light had to stay outside with the others, though.

"OK, you can do this, Missy. Don't worry about anything." Twilight said, trying to comfort her.

She was glad that Grand was here for her, she started pushing, and stopped when she had to.

"You're doing great Missy, just take deep breaths." Fire said.

She was glad that Grand was here for her, she started pushing, and stopped when she had to.

"You're doing great Missy, just take deep breaths." Fire said.

Moon helped comforting Missy on her legs while holding on tight to Grand. "You're doing just fine babe, I can pretty much feel it. Do what I did in labor. Take a large inhale, then exhale and push as much as you can alright?" She spoke with a very soft and soothing tone of voice, which was a decent trait of hers from technically being a slut.

Steel left the hospital he had to get to his house and get things ready for his fight club as he flew to his house he thought about firehorn saying that hisfightclub would have to go, steel chuckled at the thought once he reached his house he seen the bouncer was waiting to be let in, steel let him in add he began to get everything ready and waited for the ponies to arrive

Missy took in a deep breath, then pushed as hard as she could, again...

"I don't want to do this anymore, don't make me do this..." Missy said shakily.

"Don't worry, we're getting there, just one last push, come on, you can do it." The doctor said.

Missy looked worriedly at everypony. She didn't want to keep going, but it would be worth it in the end, and she had her friends by her side.

Missy took in a deep breath, then pushed as hard as she could, again...

"I don't want to do this anymore, don't make me do this..." Missy said shakily.

"Don't worry, we're getting there, just one last push, come on, you can do it." The doctor said.

Missy looked worriedly at everypony. She didn't want to keep going, but it would be worth it in the end, and she had her friends by her side.

"Missy, you're going to have to do this whether you like it or not.." She said, this time lying softly on top of Missy's big belly and looked up at her with the dead but relaxing eyes she had. "You're going to have Glint, and she's going to be worth more then this pain can ever be alright? Trust me on this, you're doing well and it'll soon all be over."

But there was something wrong actually (not on Missy's part), the fact that Moon was ignoring a problem of her own. It started slowly creeping up to her mind with every centimeter the baby came out, but she tried to shrug it off.

Grand was gripping onto Missy's hoof just as tightly as Missy was holding into hers. "You're doing great" she said out loud to no one in particular. She kept her eyes focused on Missy and thought about her and the baby only, trying hard to block everything else out.

(That's an understatement.)

"Thank you, Grand, it means a lot to the both of us that you're here." Fire said. "Just know that you'll forever be known now as Aunt Grand." Missy laughed at that comment.

"What do you mean? I'm not even touching you~" She said calmly, but really Moon was hovering like a centimeter above her belly.

Slowly but surely, the thing in her head became harder to ignore, yet she still was fighting it well and instead made a little shake with her head. "Just, keep pushing darling. And keep breathing deeply. In, and then out.."

"Ha, yes that's lovely. Have I fainted yet? I can't tell" she said, looking around dizzily. "No, no I think I'm still here,lovely." She said bringing her focus back to Missy. "Yes, aunt Grand is wonderful. Goodness, how small is this room? I'm sure it was bigger when I came in" she said through quick breaths. "No, the baby Grand, the baby" she muttered under her breath

Stephan has never been this worried for Missy in his life. What if Glint dies upon birth. What if Missy dies while giving birth to her? Light put a hoof on Stephan's shoulder.

"Dude, don't worry. She'll be fine." He assured him. "Just think about it; once Glint is here, you'll be an uncle."

Stephan sighed at the thought of that. He never really considered himself as a part of Fire's family.

She was beautiful, orange hair, blue coat, but she wasn't crying, there was nothing.

"Uh oh. This is bad." The doctor said.

"What? What's wrong?" Missy practically yelled.

"She's not breathing." The doctor said, calling in a few doctors to take her away to see if they could recuscitate her. They left.

"Wait! COME BACK! BRING ME BACK MY BABY!!" Missy screamed, starting to cry.

Grand looked at Missy. "Its alright Missy, everythings gonna be alright I promise" She said, fixating on her. "She's going to be fine" Grand repeated as calmly as she could, though she felt the walls of the hospital were suffocating her. "Glint is a beautiful baby and she's going to be back in here in a flash"

Stephan saw the doctors run out of the room with a baby filly. She had an orange mane and blue skin, and she was an alicorn just like Missy. However, Stephan was perplexed as to why the doctors were taking her out of the room. Wouldn't they want Missy to see her newborn? He opened the door to the room and barged in.

"What happened? Where are they taking her?" Stephan asked with a serious tone.

Missy looked to Grand, then to Fire and the others. This was it, the final push.

Moon heard the bad news, and nearly fell short of a breath. "She's, what..? No.."

 

Then the memories flooded in, about everything. How nopony would give her water, since they thought it was a waste of time trying to raise something that would have to constantly moisten her skin and have plenty of drink.

No one would help, and she laid there, slowly dying until she couldn't breathe.

 

That's when Moon was mad, quickly standing up and rushed after the doctors. She pulsed quickly (by flying) to them and grabbed Glint forcefully but gently out of the hooves of one and dashed backwards, taking shelter in a hidden closet.

"No, you're not dying on me. There is no way, no way." She said before putting a hoof up on the forehead of Glint. "You wont suffer the same fate as my baby.." Before whispering a spell, a spell that was basically found the problem.

The heart was stopped actually, it wasn't any cloggings of the nose. So she quickly whispered another spell from her hooves which sent a jolt of shock to the heart. Like CPR, she kept doing that.

"C'mon, c'mon.. Live, live!"

Oh and yes, Moon is OP as hell. She has hoof magic, but can only use very weak and like 4 spells.))

"Is that her? Is she alive?" Twilight asked Moon.

Grand watched Moon run out of the room but kept her hoof entwined with Missys. "Its okay, everythings okay, GLints okay" She said, her eyes looking around the room. "I.. I'm here for you Missy, I wont leave until Glint comes back, I promise" She said through her quick breaths.

Twilight ran out and noticed Moon running off with her.

"HEY! Get back here!" Twilight shouted, running after her and trying to get into the closet.

 

Glint opened her eyes a small bit, she started crying.

"Is that her? Is she alive?" Twilight asked Moon.

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my... God.." Moon said, tired from sending all those bolts of shock into Glint. But she was happy that she was alive and crying, comforting her in her arms before letting Twilight open the door.

 

"I, I.. Saaavveedd her..."

Then she handed the baby to Twi and collapsed from shock/being too tired.

Stephan and Light began to chase Moon down and tried to get Glint back, but was stopped when she gave her back to Twilight and collapsed on the ground. They then ran up to Twilight and looked down at Glint.

"Oh my... she's... she's perfect. In almost every way" Light said.

"I can't believe it... she's alive." Stephan sighed in relief.

"We should get back to Missy, she'll be crying a river right now." Twilight said.

Twilight took hold of Glint, still crying in her hooves.

"Don't worry, I'll take you to your mother. Got to get you away from any illnesses." Twilight said, taking a blanket from the supply closet, telling somepony to take Moon to a room and wrapping it round Glint.

"Here you go, she's alive, your friend Moon saved her." Twilight said to Missy.

Missy took Glint, she was alive, and lovely, so lovely.

"Grand, she's perfect." Missy said, starting to tear up.
