Missy started the spell to activate the elements, boosting the power of her magic by phenomenal amounts.

"ZETA! DO IT!" Missy yelled, as the bullet was wrapped in an angelic-like aura. "We'll send you back to Tartarus you worthless demon!"

Rainbows started to envelope the six bearers as the spell started, a beam shot towards Dread.

Once the beam shot, he pulled the trigger. "Your gun is my gun."

 

Time slowed down for a moment there, as the gunpowder ignited which sent the bullet spiraling outwards in a shot of rainbow. It continued on traveling, as the front of the bullet (which isn't a tip, it's a nub) became enveloped in the beam that empowered it even more.

From there on, the bullet travled onwards for a split second or two and hit the demon.

The rainbow bullet hit Dread right in his stomach, making a giant bright light around his body. When the light cleared, Dread appeared with a ball of dark matter, which he made of of the rainbow. He then let out a menacing laugh. He began charging up the ball

"Guys, it looked like he's gonna shoot the rainbow right back at you in the form of that ball!" Light said. "Do you think that you can shoot another one to try to overpower his?"

Missy took in more magic, the power was building, they wouldn't have time to fire another one back at him in time.
"Everypony, focus your magic, the power isn't enough." Missy yelled, he was going to beat them, and the battle had only just begun. The power started building inside her as she felt fear.

Steel growled "my daggers will send anything to tartarus'she'll said "try to add power to it the hit him with it alone should be enough" steel said as he hovered by the others being careful to not touch anypony with one or they would be banished to tartarus

The group fired the rainbow at Dread's torso. Dread, at the same time, fired his darkness beam and the two rays of power collided. Dread's darkness beam seemed to be stronger. The darkness was beating the rainbow, putting a devilish grin on Dread's face.

"No... NO! I won't let him win." Stephan powered up his body with the element of loyalty. "Sonic Blast!" Stephan flew away from the group and went into the rainbow beam, pushing forward with the stream of color.

Steel landed knowing he couldn't do anything to help he lifted his cloak and checked husbands and sighed he that his amongst burned with the shape of a pentagram then he felt pure agony as on began on his back chest and other side after a few moments he checked and Jensen three new pentagrams on his body he pulled his cloak to cover all of them and held it shut

The key to the power of the elements of harmony is having something to fight for, a friend to fight for, a lover, a wife. Each pony had somepony they wanted to protect, and that was each other, the power of friendship can destroy any enemy.

"Dread! You will not win here, harmony and friendship will destroy you because you do not accept it." Missy yelled as she pushed against the darkness with all her might,as did Fire and Starburst.

As Zeta tried his best, he looked over at everypony. But there was one he was interested in once more, which was Grand.

He saw her eyes, the eyes of both a warrior and a healer. Instantly feeling a rush of friendship between them and smiled.

 

"I found out the reason why I fight now.." He said, forcing more of an impact against the darkness. "I don't just fight for friends, or the world... I fight for, love. Yes, love that's right. You miscalculated Dread, because the pony I used to love is gone and I've moved on. Onto a new love actually. It's once died down, a few months back and now the flame has excited again. And to that I say, thank you."

 

He forced even more pressure downstream, making the beam more powerful as he continued. "The elements of harmony were made to win, and because of what you did now you made me realize something..

Something, that.. That..."

 

 

 

"I think I love..... Grand, Finale."

Glint was unsure of what was going on, she tried getting up, eventually trying to walk, but her legs just weren't strong enough yet. So she started crying again.

"M.....ma..ma?" Glint tried saying weakly.

 

"Love can conquer anything if it is strong enough, I will say this now, I'm in love with Caramel, she is the one mare in my life that I could never live without, so I must defeat you.....for her to be safe." Starburst said.

Stephan flew in the flow of the rainbow and felt as Zeta made the beam more powerful. He felt the power of the light course through his body.

"Nearly every decision I've ever made led to pain, death, and misery. Ponies die, I stop evil from doing it, but they just come back and do it again..." Stephan said with angry eyes. "This is much like that. I thought I stopped you for good, but you've come back to try again. But, this time, I'll stop you. For Starburst, for Dash, for Grand, for Fire, for Zeta, and for everypony. This time, I shall FINISH YOU!!"

Stephan charged into Dread's gut with the rainbow beam and blasted himself and the stream of color into Dread's gut.

Caramel quickly ran into the room and picked up Glint. "Oh, the poor girl got left behind too" She said, cradling Glint. "Youre pretty smart for being a day old though arent you?" she cooed, bringing Glint back out to the living room where Moon was. "Now, when was the last time you ate, hm?

Glint didn't have anything to say, all she could say was.

"Mama?" She was confused, this yellow mare with a strange

mane was nice to her before, so she smiled instead, figuring

that was a positive thing.

 

The elements connected and flowed around Dread as it formed a prison-like structure around him,

"This is a spell I never thought I would have to use. You're going to Tartarurs, Dread, and I'm sending you there personally." Missy used the spell, when powered up by the elements causes great effect.

Stephan charged himself and the rainbow beam into Dread so hard, both him and the beam passed right through him.

"No... you can't kill death... I could kill any of you in an instant! I AM THE ULTIMATE POWER... urrrrgggh" Dread began to fall back down to Equestria, as well as Stephan.

Everypony flew gently back down to the ground, with the elements still active, they were ready to strike at a moment's notice.

"Will you go peacefully to Tartarus, where you belong? Or are we going to have to destroy you?" Missy asked. "Take your pick, we haven't got all day."

Steel watched as the group floated back down and sighed "just send him to tartars and let's go"steel said making sure his cloak stayed closed so they could only see his head so they wouldn't see the pentagrams that had burns themselves onto his skin

Light flew around in joy upon the ponies' return.

"Nice job, guys! But... where's Stephan?" He asked, a bit worried.

Dread looked up at the ponies with angry eyes.

"You... this isn't over yet... I shall rise again... but, in the meantime, I shall go back to Tartarus... and you should check on your fallen red stallion... for all you know... his fall could've killed him."

In the distance, Stephan was falling down from the sky in the rainbow shot. He created a sonic rainboom upon landing.

"Heh. Speak of me..." Dread gave a sinister laugh and disappeared without a trace.

Once Dread had disappeared, the element of magic disappeared into thin air, and Missy could hardly stay on her feet.

"Missy! Are you OK?" Fire asked, propping her up.

"I'm fine, I'm just tired, magic is tough." Missy joked, but then collapsed,
"Mum! Stay awake, Mum!" Starburst said. "We have to go back and see Glint, she'll be happy to see you."

"I don't know what's happening, I can feel myself dying, but I don't know why." Missy said.

 

(Sompeony who cheats death shall be cursed for eternity, unless another takes their place.)

Steel looked over and knew what was happing "guys Missy is going to die unless somepony else takes her place, and it might as well be me"steel said as he removed his cloak "I'll be dead soon anyways" then steel had a thought "the power of the deal"steel said

"You made a deal with the devil, and now he's coming to collect someone's life." Missy said weakly. "Mine." She started feeling cold.

"Grand, take care of Glint, I can tell you want to be a mother, so be one to her." Missy closed her eyes, ready to accept her fate, tears streaming down her face .

"What? no, theres got to be a way... You have a family! You can't. I'll do it, there has to be a way to transfer this thing" She said, frantically looking for a way to save Missy. "Please! Don't take Missy, she doesnt deserve it!' Grand yelled, looking around her for whatever was causing this

A black stallion apperaed in a ring of fire, a pentagram.

"An offering must be collected, who will sacrifice themselves to the dark lord?" The black stallion asked. "Make it quick, I've got things to do, debts to collect." He continued in a dark, grumbly voice.

"I'll take it or if Missy wants she can make a deal with the devil but to do so subsoils have to go to tartarus and make the deal"steel said he felt another sharp pain this time on his face and the group seen the pentagram burn itself onto steels face

Light stepped up in front of Missy and looked at the black stallion,

"Don't take any of these ponies. My best friend probably just died from a perilous fall. Take my life. Don't let any of these fair mares and stallions die today..."

This one is due for collection anyway, he comes with me anyway. You, you'll do, I suppose. In a flash of fire, Steel, Light and the stallion were gone. Missy began to feel strong again.

"What happened? Where's Steel and Light?" Missy asked.

 

(I think you should try speaking to Glint. Tell her your name, try and teach her how to speak or something.)

Stephan rose up to his hooves with blurry vision.

"Wha... w-we did it?" He asked himself. He then grabbed his head in pain and looked around him.

"Light?? Missy?? Zeta?? Anypony??" Stephan shouted. No answer from anypony. "I've gotta find my way back to Appleoosa, and fast." Stephan immediately went in the direction of Appleoosa.
