"In the equestrian army." Zeta corrected Grand, walking beside her. "I served there from the age of 21 to 32, ending when the apocalypse happened. I was a general actually, quite a rank up there. But anyways, by then I was on a mission, so I was separated from both Alicorns and never knew about this so I couldn't come back. It was already Quarantined by the time I got there, so I had to turn and go. That's where I met you guys a year later, and I don't regret it."

Fire played about with Missy's remaining wing, holding it in his hooves, rubbing it.

"One of the doctors said that it might be in Missy's best interests to have the other wing removed too, it could cause instability when walking." Fire said. "What do you think?"

Light had been left behind at the bar. He took a few more shots and flew back outside. He flew around for a bit in a slanted position for a little bit before landing next to Grand and Zeta.

"well i know I'd rather keep my wing, maybe light could make a mechanical one like he did for her leg, there is something I could do but it's dangerous and could possibly kill everypony, but if Done right would heal her completely leg included"steel said

Stephan had awoken from his sleep a few hours later. He thought it'd be best not to disturb Rainbow Dash, so he walked out of his house quietly. He then say Zeta and Grand trotting about with Light and he jetted up to the,

"Hey, guys. How're you doing tonight?" He then looked over at Light. "What's wrong with you, buddy?"

"Oh great they're multiplying." Zeta said to himself and looked at both Light and Stephan. "I'm doing good, yeah. Me and Grand were just outside for a walk, but uh... We, kinda want some alone time right now. No real disturbances or anything like that, you know? Also, Light's drunk from the pub that we found Fire at."

"It may be your fault, but I certainly don't want you suffering like this over it. We're friends after all, that has to count for something, right?" Fire said. "Anyway." Fire lay back in his chair and fell asleep.

 

Starburst couldn't sleep, no matter how hard he tried, he had gone against his word, he did exactly what Grand told him not to, and that didn't sit right with him.

"No, not really. If we're ever together, somepony other then just us two has to be here." Zeta replied a little frustrated. "Besides, we're just going over through life right now, things that would be important in the near future and I don't want you guys to interrupt.."

You know, maybe.. Maybe you should do that with Dash eventually but I don't know if you guys already did or not."

Dash woke up a small while later, not having any feeling in her back legs, she propped herself into a sitting position.

"Stephan?" Dash called out. No reply. "Best not get myself into a panic, lucky I still have the feeling in my wings." Dash lay back and closed her eyes.

Stephan then remembered about Dash, and how she really couldn't get around on her own.
"Oh crap! Sorry, Zeta. I gotta check on Dash. We'll talk later. Gotta go!" Stephan said, jetting off in a red blur.

 

Light walked back into the house. The first thing he saw upon entering was Rainbow Dash.

"Oh. Hi *hic* Rainbow Dash." Light said. "What're you doing here?"

"Light? I'm here because I can't get back to my house, I can't walk on my own....are you drunk?" Dash asked. "Where's Stephan, do you know where he is?"

 

Starburst slid out of Caramel's warm hug carefully and trotted over to a window and looked out, looking at the moon, it was beautiful, it always had been.

"Oh, he'll be back soon. He was talking to Zeta when he brought up something about you and him. Then he said something about coming back to check up on you." Light said, going to the kitchen to make some coffee. "I hope you don't mind me being here. I mean, this is really me and Stephan's house."

"Oh, of course not. I mean, if this were a foreign country I'd be an illegal immigrant right?" Dash joked. "Oh, by the way, can you come and help me up, I'd rather not go to sleep tonight and if I stay in this bed I probably will."

 

Starburst walked over and lay back down in the bed. He looked into Caramel's closed eyes and pushed a bit of her mane out of her face.

"I can't imagine a day when I wouldn't be made happy just seeing your smile, just knowing that you're there makes the world that much better, when I think about the days that we've spent together, and the days to come, nothing could excite me more, I want to spend the rest of my life showing you just what I mean." Starburst wihspered. He put his horn to hers.
