Cloud smirked and got out of Auria's grasp.

"Thanks, Darlin', but I think I can get by fine on my own." Cloud began diving downwards into the cave, grabbing onto Auria as he went down. He slowed down his dive once he got closer to the others. "Wild ride, huh??" Cloud said, laughing.

Auria flew down with Cloud, screaming along the way since she was forced to stop flying. Once he eased up, she caught air again and slowly descended down into the place, going to the floor to drop him off. This time though, she kicked him about 5 feet from the ground and let him fall. "That's what you get for freaking me out!"

 

Meanwhile, when Antares saw what happened he did the same thing. "C'mon Electron, lets go!" Then his wings went back to his body as they fell too.

 

Soon, they ended up with Auria and the others down at the bottom of the cave, letting Electron down. It was very dark since the light barely could reach the floor, but it couldn't show what was in front of them. "Electron, light up a path for us."

 

He nodded as his horn gleamed again, lighting up the place. It was a vast room that they arrived in.

Sky dived down and caught Sandy.

"You're lucky I have wings." Sky said, carrying Sandy down to the place the others were.

"So, I have expansive knowledge on the elements if anypony cares to hear more." Sandy said.

"You're welcome little brother." Sky said sarcastically.

Cloud let out a few small laughs and walked up to Auria. 
"Heh, sorry about that." Cloud said to her, flushing a little red and walking beside her, happy to see solid ground again. "I think that we've gotten off on the wrong foot. What was your name again? Auria?"

Auria gave a nod. "Auria's my name. We have the same 'Grandfather', not great-grandfather Cloud. I wonder if that means we're related, we probably are, but i'm not too sure. From hearing things, it says that Sirius wasn't blood related to Grandpa Stephan." Then gave a little bit of thought on it while they walked.

 

Antares looked around and saw Sky/Sandy, and decided to approach the two with his little brother Electron. "Hey you two. I don't think we've introduced yet, but.. My name is Antares, and this is Electron."

 

Electron gave a little wave. "Hi.."

"Hello, the name is Sky Streak." Sky said, holding out a hoof to Antares. "And who are you?"

 

Sandy smiled but walked off, looking around the dark cavern.

"Fascinating." Sandy exclaimed.

"What?" Sky asked.

"It's been closed off for over 100 years, and we're here." Sandy squeed like a fancolt.

"I wouldn't say that we are. Not by blood, at least." Cloud said, continuing to walk along the caverns. "It's been years since my grandfather died, and I never got to see him before he passed away. He passed away before I was born." He then looked to Electron and waved back. "Over a hundred years? Sheesh. Well, this place DOES look ancient enough."

"My name is Antares, and this is Electron, along with my sister Auria talking to Cloud over there." He clopped hooves with Sky and smiled. "I take it he is your brother?"

 

Auria giggled a bit. "My Grandma is still alive. She's about.. 45 right now actually, quite young. Maybe we could ask her, or even my mom about Grandpa Stephan and her."

"Wait... Moon is still alive?" Cloud asked, a smile creeping along his face. "Well, that's just fantastic! My Grandfather and her were pretty tight when he was alive. If we talked to her, she might know about my Grandfather a bit and she can tell of his legacy." He said.

"We can, but right now we have to focus on this. After all, we were all drawn to here by probably fate, so we might as well make the best of it!" She said, giving a smile and walked with Cloud along the walls of the place. Then Auria looked to him, giggling. "You got a little red on your cheeks there, you know?"

"Come on, they're leaving without us." Sky said. "If my grandfather is anything to go by, his mum and your grandmother were sort of, involved with each other."

 

"Don't touch anything by the way. THere could be any number of traps around this place." Sandy said. "So, watch where you're going too."

"You haven't noticed? My whole body is red!" Cloud said, trying to hide his little flush of red on his cheeks. He then heard what Sandy said about traps and smirked at the statement. "Heh. No issue there!" Cloud said with confidence, but continuing to tread carefully.

"Yeah, but right there is just a little brighter~" She poked his cheek and giggled a bit. "Anyways, lets continue on." 

 

Antares looked to Sky like she was crazy, and decided to reply with a weird face. "Wait... What are you even trying to say, and who are you even talking to?"

Sky coughed and avoided eye contact.
"Uh, forget I said anything." Sky said. "Anyway, what do you think of these 'elements of harmony', I don't believe they're real, they're probably an old mare's tale, just superstitious stuff and speculation."
"Wow, speculation? That's a long word." Sandy joked.

Cloud's eyes widened at Sky's statement.

"They're too real, Sky! They just have to be!" Cloud said. "Like I said, when my Grampa Stephan was alive, he was one of the six wielders of the elements of harmony! We have to find them so we can carry on their legacy!" He said.

Sky flew next to Cloud.

"What, you think that we;re going to be the new elements of harmony, that is if they exist." Sky said. "But there is a really strange feeling drawing me further in."
"That's the elements." Sandy interrupted.

"We're not the new elements. We're like the assortment for a diverse children's superhero TV show." Sky rolled his eyes.

"I've talked to my Grandma about them, she says they're real." Auria said, giving a giggle while she watched Cloud going crazy over the topic. Meanwhile, Antares and Electron walked with the other four, sticking near Sky. "Grandma Moon Wave always gives us some nice stories about them, and also tells us about the original bearers too. I believe her, so lets find these things!"

"Yeah, my grandad is always talking about them, his memory isn't what it used to be, so I don't think he remembers very much, only that he was the element of laughter." Sky said, landing next to Antares. "So, these elements of harmony, why are we going to find them?"

"Well, because they're calling to us of course." Sandy said, causing Sky to roll his eyes.

"I guess it's just something, really. Maybe they want us or something, but I don't know." Antares watched Sky land next to him and gave a little smile. "Hello Sky, are you alright?"

 

Meanwhile, following behind was Electron, who had been studying some writing across the walls. "They, friends.. Spark, magic..?"

"Yes, as I've said, six ponies, six friends, when five are present a spark will cause the sixth element to be revealed, the most powerful and the most elusive element in existence. Shame it's hidden." Sandy said to Electron. "So, seeing as how this writing is in basically heiroglyphs, you must know a thing or two about linguistics."

 

"I just find it very difficult to believe in magical jewellery that can fire rainbows when worn/" Sky said. "I don't believe in rumor like my brother."

Electron just stared for a minute at the hieroglyphs, looking around before turning his attention to Sandy. "Six, friends..? Sixth element, element of magic.."

 

Antares gave a little laugh. "When you say Magical Jewelry, I can believe it. After all, the Alicorn Amulet was a magical necklace that provided lots of power, remember hearing about when that one pony.. Her name was Trixie or something, tried using it against a certain pony. I can't remember who.."

"Well, Sky, we live in a world where beings among us can do such things. Why not pure jewelry?" Cloud asked, trotting alongside Auria. "And, just like Antares said; the alicorn amulet. If that exists and grants the user power, than surely there should be six magical necklaces or jewelry pieces that have been hidden in the caverns for years."

"When you put it that way..." Sky began but they arrived at a large door. "Now what do we do?"
"I believe there's a way to open these doors, six ponies again, but we aren't friends, there's no way to open this door. It's protected by a magic that's beyond anypony's comprehension." Sandy said.

"There's no need to fear, that's why Electron is here!" Antares replied, giving a giggle before bumping his little brother into play. "Go ahead and see what you can do about this."

 

Auria just sighed and put a hoof to her face. "Antares, really.. Sandy is right, there's no way we can open this door without us having a good connection towards each other."

 

But being Antares, he still disagreed. "Well, why not give it a shot if the door is sealed by magic? We made it all this way, so c'mon Electron!"

 

Electron just hesitated, but he got closer to the wall and charged up. Immediately he shot a stream of light towards the door, but the door reflected it back and hit him. He was sent back a bit, until he began crying and his horn went out. "W-waaahhh!!!!"

 

(( So yeah, now the cave is pitch black. Way to go Antares :3 ))

"Sorry about that." Sandy said, stumbling around.

"What? Why are you sorry? Why'd you do that, Antares?" Sky asked.

"Well, I opened my mouth about the door being magic, and to be honest, I just feel like saying sorry whenever something like this happens." Sandy explained.

"Yeah, be a little bit more nerdy and neurotic.....please!" Sky said sarcastically.
