"Um.....Stephan!! It's, nice to see you, wow it's been a while...." Starburst said, laughing awkwardly afterwards. "What brinhs you to this corner of Ponyville?"

 

"Well, we did go off looking for them, but all we found were these rocks." Sky said. "These are pretty darn useless." Sky took out the loyalty element stone.

Moon looked to the stone, giving a nice smile. She stopped pushing Missy to give a better look at it. "Why now... This is one of the elements of harmony! It may not look like it at all, but it really is what I said. I guess that would mean you and a few others must of found it, huh?"

"Yeah, even if these are the elements of harmony, I doubt they can be used by anypony, I don't even think we should've taken these out of that place, they aren't meant for us." Sky said, looking down to Missy. "How is she doing? Grandad said that she was in a bad condition."

"Missy is doing... Alright. I'll just put it there~ Anyways dear, the elements were only meant to unlock when six friends gathered around the sacred door. It would glow, then open up for them. Sadly the element of Magic disappeared once again after the other five were locked up." Moon replied, giving a sigh.

"But the ones me and Sandy explored the ruins with, weren't friends, we aren't friends, so I don't know how it opened." Sky said.

"Even my knowledge is limited on that place, all I know is it's where the elements were buried." Sandy said to Moon. Just then, Missy woke up and saw Sky.

 

"Sky, come here, I want to see you." Missy said, reaching out her hooves, Sky walked over and sat beside her and smiled. "I don't know what you've heard from your grandfather, but I'll tell you. By the end of today, or the next, I won't be here."

"What? Are you leaving?" Sky asked.
"No." Missy replied.

Stephan raised an eyebrow at his nephew. It's been years since the two have met, and it was super awkward to see him in this situation.

"Nevermind me, Starburst. Why are you in a hay cart?"

 

"Because, Auria, that man in a hood is following my great uncle Starburst. What if he tries to hurt him?" Cloud asked the filly.

"Um, I'll be honest, I didn't want to speak to you, not after the last time we saw each other. At my dad's funeral, it was one of the worst days of my life." Starburst smiled and looked up at him, then ran towards him and gave him a hug. "I know I'm a grown stallion but I don't care, you're still my uncle Stephan."

"You're Great Uncle?" Auria whispered, confused at who it was. But she recognized the pony as Starburst, one of the previous element bearers (( or whatever I dunno )) and one of the ponies who helped out in saving the world. She smiled and looked back. "That's you're great uncle!?"

But she didn't realize that the girl had said it quite loud.

"You're kinda freaking me out, what do you mean?" Sky asked, worriedly. Sandy put a hoof on her shoulder.

"I think I know what it means. It means that she's going to die." Sandy said, looking in Sky's eyes. "Am I right, Missy?"

"Yes, you are Sandy, I don't want you two around when it happens. You should stay with your grandad." Missy said.

Stephan hugged his nephew back.

"It's so great to see you, nephe-" Stephan heard the loud cry of a filly coming from the bushes. Instantly, Stephan jetted away.

 

Cloud noticed a red muzzle on the face of the hooded pony before he ran off.

"Was that... my grandfather?" Cloud asked, running up to Starburst.

"Uncl......!" Starburst called out but he couldn't finish before Stephan had gone, so Starburst ran off after him, he knew it wouldn't be possible to catch up, but maybe he'd find Stephan when he stopped.

 

"Alright, but if we don't see you again. Take care." Sky smiled, Missy gave her a small kiss on the cheek and Sky stepped back feeling kind of embarassed. "Come on Sandy, let's get back home."

"Right, hopefully we speak again, Great Grandma." Sandy said before running after Sky.

Stephan stopped in the outer regions of Ponyville and looked back at Starburst.

"What're you doing, boy?" Stephan asked him. "Don't follow me. I can't be seen in public anymore."

 

Cloud raised an eyebrow at what just happened. Why was Starburst chasing after the hooded stallion.

"Hey, Auria, you don't think...?" Cloud asked her.

Auria went with Cloud after chasing Starburst for a bit, looking back at the two that bolted away. She cocked her head to his question, sighing. "I don't exactly know, but if it's your Grandfather Stephan then he's my Grandfather as well. We should go sneak around and see what they're doing, I can fly you to places if you need."

Missy smiled but began to feel light-headed, her head began to droop to one side.

"Moon?" She whispered very quietly. "What's happening?"

 

"What do you mean, you can't be seen in public? Last time I checked, you weren't a most wanted criminal." Starburst said. "So, why are you doing this?"

Moon was watching the two kids run off, then looked to Missy and saw her droop. Quickly she came to her aid, leaning her back into a straight position. "What do you mean what's happening Missy? Is your eyesight fading, are you seeing something different?"

Missy sat back up again, she felt fine, slightly tired but fine.

"No, it was just.... something weird, felt like I was going to die right here, I've still got to speak to everypony." Missy said. "I'm just tired, can we go back to the old house, I just want to see it again."

Moon gave quite a serious nod and began wheeling Missy back to the house. Soon they came across it, pretty much in the same condition as before. "Well, here we are.. This place brings back some memories, like the time when we all would gather here and talk... You know, when life was much younger and fun~"

 

She then opened up the door, bringing Missy in carefully. Once she was inside, Moon gently picked her up and sat her comfortably on the couch, putting away the wheel chair afterwards. "Yeah, it really does bring back memories.."

Missy looked over to Moon and smiled, her chest began to feel constricted, she tried to get Moon's attention but she fell onto the floor, she was slightly short of breath.

"Moon. Help.....me." Missy said.

 

 

(Filled up space, I can't fill up all that space with this kind of stuff.)

Moon looked back, seeing Missy fall to the ground. She immediately squeaked and picked her up, setting her back down on the couch. "Missy, what happened? C'mon, stick with us for now dear, it's only another 10 minutes before the rest of our friends come, you can hold on.."

Missy kept her eyes closed, just trying to rest after that, she couldn't move, even if she wanted to.

"I think, that was some kind of... heart attack, if my knowledge is as good as it used to be." Missy said quietly. "I think you should get everypony quickly, I want to see them again."

"You do realize I became a surgeon after getting my sight back, right? Here, i'm going to use a hint of your magic, just wait.." Moon replied and put a hoof to Missy's horn, then along her heard. She fired it up, using a specific magic to read her entire body inside and out. Before you knew it, she identified what it was.

 

She stopped after a bit, preventing from any more magic to be used. "It was a small heart attack, but luckily it's cleared up now. You need to take some medicine to prevent anything from happening while our friends are here. I wish I could fly over and grab it, but.... I can't leave my girlfriend.."

"I'll be fine here if you want to just go and get whatever it is you need." Missy said weakly. "Just don't be too long, there's still one more thing I want to ask you before I die." Missy smiled and closed her eyes to try and get some rest. The day had been quite stressful on her.

Moon gave a sigh, but smiled and kissed her gently. "Alright sweetie, i'll be back soon.." Then she turned and jetted off, using her wings for a first.

 

It had been about, 20 or so minutes perhaps. Moon rushed back into the house with a small bit of pills in her hoof. "Missy?"

"Over here." Missy said, weakly, barely audible. "Moon, I've lived my life as best I can, I've made many mistakes alaong the way, and all that excitement, all those memories, end today, and I just want to tell you something. I'm scared, more than I've ever been in my life."

Moon sighed, going up to Missy. She had also grabbed a glass of water, giving it to her while letting her swallow down a pill. Afterwards, she got on her knees and nuzzled her. "Missy... Don't be scared, okay? If there's anything I can say to you that'll make you better, i'll just say this... Once you go up, there will be many ponies waiting for you. I know two will surely be happy to see your face again, so don't be afraid that you're leaving us. You're just going from one area to another, a much happier place then what it was now.."

 

(( I just thought back to the adventures they all had, it's sad ))
