The head changeling laughed as he flew over to the switch, and with a dark and disturbing cackle,he glared at the ponies. "Say goodbye to your precious memories, little ponies!" and with a final laugh, He flipped the switch. Beams flew into the two mares, causing immense pain as their memories began to slowly drain away

Fire Horn ran into the big arena-type room, all the changelings turned towards him, he could hear Grand and Missy screaming in pain.

"Alright, that's enough! You will stop this! Right Now! Or I! Am going to have to stop you!" Fire shouted at Chrysalis. "I have explosive crystals ready to blow up your entire hive, unless you stop their suffering." Chrysalis started laughing, Fire was starting to get annoyed, so he took out one of the crystals and threw it into the crowd, it exploded and killed many of them. The laughter stopped, the only sound was screaming.

"Welll! What's your choice?!" Fire yelled.

The changelings, being the cowards they are, immediately retreated, leaving the machine running. The rest of the living changelings fleed, leaving Chrysalis alone. It seemed that Changelings were not as loyal as originally anticipated. The machine continued to destroy the memories of the mares

Stephan and Rainbow Dash finished up their crystals and they began to run back to Fire, completely disobeying what he said. Along the way, they bumped into a familiar face.

At that moment, scarlet stallion and a green stallion were looking across from each other. "L-light?" Stephan said. "You're... alive..." Stephan then friend hugged Light. "Oh my gosh, man! I thought you were dead!" He said, trying not to draw attention. "Why are you here?"

"Well..." Light began to tell everything that happened prior to now to Stephan. After a while, the two just stared at each other for a moment.

"Well, I'm just glad you're okay." Stephan said with a smile.

"Alright, let's save the reunion for after we blow this hive into the sky."

"Right!" The four then began to quietly make their way to the room where the mares were taken.

Fire threw another of the crystals at the machine, it exploded, disabling the machine and leaving Grand and Missy huddled together, passed out.

"There, decision's made." Fire yelled, taking out a sword and shoving Chrysalis back with his magic and putting the sword to her throat. "I will give you one chance, one chance is all you get." Fire shouted. "Leave now, and never come back, or I swear to CELESTIA!! I will bring down the forces of TARTARUS!! ITSELF!!! Right onto your face, have you got that?!" Fire Horn got off of Chrysalis and she ran away, not saying a single word. "Fire Horn felt angry, but the feeling wasn't going away like it usually did.

Grand blinked open her eyes, looking around, with a panicked expression. (her memory is set back before the outbreak) "where in equestria am I?" she said, tears in her eyes, "Who are you? Wheres my sister? She has school soon... I need to make her lunch. I dont remember going anywhere yesterday..." she said, trying to rationalize her situation

Stephan and the group barged into the room. "Time to kick some changeling..." The group looked around the room. It looked totally trashed.

"Looks like there's no more changeling butts to kick, guys." Stephan then walked up to Fire. "Hey, nice work on the changelings, dude." He complimented.

Fire turned round, Grand clearly seemed confused, some kind of influence from the machine.

"Grand? It's me, Fire Horn,  your sister's in hospital, don't you remember?" Fire asked, angry feeling gone. "We're safe now, we need to get you home, to Canterlot, from there, we can figure out what to do next."

Dash looked at Grand, who seemed to be worried. "Ummm... Stephan, why don't you go talk to your mare friend real quick."
"Surely." Stephan slowly walked to Grand, trying not to set her off in any way. "Grand, calm down. It's us, Stephan, Fire, and the others. We're your friends, remember?"

"My sisters in the hospital?!?!!? Get out of my way, I need to see her! Shes just a filly, what did I do last night?" she said, clearly in full panic."Alright you... ponies, Take me out of this wierd house, I need to see her! That girl... she has a history assignment due. Is the seriously hurt? how could I let this happen, Maybe I had a few drinks last night, though I dont remember. I never drink when theres a performance coming up..."

Stephan sighed. "Yeah, we should probably get back to Canterlot so we can set things strait with our two mares. We'll get you better known with my friend, Light, in a bit, Fire." Stephan began to walk out of the hive with his group, trying to process what's going on.

He made sure that the group was out before Stephan pulled out the detonator to the explosive crystals. He looked at Fire. "Could I?"

Steel watched "interesting she just said that filly but her sister isn't a filly anymore and she has no prefomrance coming up"steel said to himself "hey guys try talking to Missy and she if she acts like grand" steel said -she seems to not remember what happend-steel thought -what could cause this to happen-

"No, she's.....fine. She's just a bit ill. You don't need to worry about her." Fire said, he leaned down to wake Missy up.

"Hey, sweetie, how are you?" FIre asked.

"Wait, Fire? Where are we? I feel ill." Missy said. "Wait, am I......pregnant?" Missy had a shocked expression,"....and why is my leg missing, why does my hoof hurt? Who the hay are these ponies?" Missy lay down on the ground and covered her head.

Grand looked behind her and screamed. "My leg! My leg is gone too! You!" she said, glaring at the ponies surrounding her. "You cut off my leg, attacked my sister, and kidnapped me! you monsters! How dare you do such an awful thing" She said, backing up. "I just want to go home!" she said, yelling at them

Light sighed. "Looks like she's suffering the after effects of that machine." Light said. "The machine must've done something the mares' inner thoughts. Fire, you seemed to have destroyed the machine while it was still activated, causing a mass malifunction." He explained. "Now, they seem to be suffering from it."

"Whoa, whoa, settle down, Grand. It's not at all like that." He told her. "Look, if you come with us, I swear that I'll explain everything on the way back." He said, trying to calm her down.

"interesting she dosent remember" steel said "it has to involve somthing that happend to both of them" steel said as he thought about what could have caused this to happen -maybe celestia can shed some light on this when we get back to canterlot-steel thought

Stephan facehoofed and looked at Grand. "Alright, leave me no choice. I don't wanna do this, but you brought this upon yourself." Light and RD handed Stephan some rope and he tied Grand up around his back.

"You know, when you said you didn't want her separated from you, this isn't what I had in mind, Stephan." RD snickered.

"Heh. Whatever, let's just get moving" He said.

Grand struggled against the rope. "Let go of my you psychopath! Take me back to my sister, Who you probably bludgeoned with my severed limb!" She screeched, refusing to stay still. Because of the memory effect, her magic was back to being severely basic. she was unable to escape the rope

Stephan looked up at Grand. "Oh, don't be so vulgar. We didn't do any of that. You're sister is totally safe from anything that could potentially hurt her. She's safe and sound in a hospital in Ponyville. You'll see her soon enough, but now, we need to get you out of here." He told her.

"ugh will you just relax grand" steel said as he flew above her "hey firehorn is there anyway to use magic to fix this like a memory spell or something to that effect"steel asked as he watched grand struggle aginst the ropes

"Fire! STop doing that!" Missy started flapping her wings. "What's gotten into you, i'm with the weird red one over there, what happened to my leg? Why am I pregnant? What the hay is happening?!" Missy let out a scream of frustration and started flailing her arms."
"Missy? It's me, Twilight." Twilight said.

"Mum? Hey! What's up with all these weirdo's, do they want something from me, do I owe them money?" Missy asked.

 

"That'd be a great solution, Steel, if anyone who know Grand could do the spell." Fire complained. "But the only ones who know a spell like that are Missy and Twilight."
