Caramel nodded and used every ounce of her energy to undo the jacket and take it off with her magic. "I think... I got it..."she huffed, laying down on the ground. "Where did... they go?" She asked, looking around, not seeing where they went off to. Its like they disapearred in thin air

Once the jacket was loosened, he finished removing it and pulled the bullets out of it.
"I have no idea where they're going and quite frankly, I don't want to." Starburst said. "Anyhoof, how are you feeling? Do you want me to take you back to Ponyville?"

Missy opened her eyes suddenly, with a big gasp, she started moaning in pain. She turned round. "Twi.....twi....." Missy fell out of consciousness again.

Stephan sighed and put Missy on his back. "You know, I'm getting sick of doing this." Stephan complained. He then walked over to Starburst, who was busy picking the bullets out of his vest. "I don't get it. Why would they attack a town right after the outbreak, let alone one that was just going into the rebuilding stage?"

Caramel struggled to a sitting position. "There's not much in ponyville anymore. Maybe we should just go find my sister and the rest of your group" she said tiredly

 

Grand looked over to twilight and began carefully moving the debris off of her. "We need to find somewhere safe" she said, taking off most of the debris that fell onto twilight

Stephan walked up to Grand and helped her with the rest of the debris. "All of this is beginning to get ridiculous." He commented. "Even after everything starts to return to normal, we have to continue to put up with stuff like this. I thought that everypony would want to work together to help rebuild our cities." He said.

"I can carry Twilight Grand, and yes we need to get back to a safer area. Though, the best bet is more or less the everfree forest since the train has already left.."

 

He helped clear the debris off Twilight as well, checking for any injuries which there was some major ones that they needed to watch for. After it was all done, Zeta picked her up and laid her gently across his back so nothing wrong would happen while walking. "Alright, lets move out as quick as possible. Stephan, you have Missy right?" He asked to him.

"At least there's no more corpses running around" she sighed, walking to the door. "One day I'll be back in ponyville, nothing is going to prevent that" she said sternly before heading towards thee everfree forest. "We need to find Starburst and Caramel before we go too far. Two young ponies off on their own" she grumbled

Stephan looked at Zeta and nodded his head. "She's pretty light for an alicorn. Um, not to say that she should be heavy or anything." Stephan followed Grand to the Everfree, where he shuddered a little bit at the sight of it. "Alright. Let's go find those two." Stephan began walking into the forest.

He followed along the two as well, making sure as he walked with his crutch that Twilight didn't slip or anything. "Most Mares watch their weight, so they're fairly light anyways."

Afterwards, Zeta looked to the town which was in more ruins then before. It had taken more lives, ruined more homes, and set back the rebuilding for a while. Luckily the other ponies coming to help didn't arrive which means their losses were very little. But even so, he was mad that it happened.

Stephan carried Missy while walking with the two. He looked around the forest as they walked. The Everfree hadn't changed a bit since the outbreak. They even walked past Zecora's old shack, which was still in shambles, but her body seemed to be gone. He tried to ignore that tidbit and continued walking.

Grand looked at the hut and shuttered. "I never really asked you what happened to zecora. I can't remember what I did, I was in a bit of a tizzy" she said, trying to keep the picture of her living sister in her mind rather than the other one. " I wish I could feel bad for whatever I did, but I can't, which is awful. She didn't do anything to me"

Zeta became curious to know at that point. "What did you do Grand? What happened to Zecora when I wasn't there with you guys?"

He too, looked at the beat up hut wondering what had happened that day. It seemed like the group had met her, but something had gone wrong.

 Stephan decided to explain, even though she probably didn't want to remember what her sister was like at that moment. "Well, when we foudn out that your sister was a trotter, she was being held in a cage by Zecora. Because of that, you pretty much kicked her into the wall, killing her."

"I... I killed her?" she said, shocked. She must have been in a much bigger blur than she thought. "My... I never wnated to kill anypony" She said, then remembering the two bandits she shot earlier that day. She felt guilty. "I suppose I do feel regret then... I thought I only did harm, not murder"

"Grand, it's alright to kill somepony if it's for a good cause." Zeta informed to her, listening to what Stephan said earlier as well. "The two bandits were going to kill Missy and Twilight, correct? So you took two low lives to save two that were much more important to the world. And most of all, you didn't even hesitate to shoot the gun."

"Yes, but Zecora certainly didnt deserve to die. That was indeed murder" She said quietly, kicking the dust as she went. "I cant put that blame on anything else but myself" She grumbled, but continued walking away. "Its no matter, we have bigger things to concern ourselves with"

Stephan looked at Zeta. "I've never killed anypony in my entire life for any reason. If I did that, I'd be ruining my entire image." He said. "It's never right to kill a pony, at least not for me." Stephan continued on through the forest, ignoring the ruined shack. "Why are we traveling through here again?" He asked.

Grands ears fell back at Stephans comment and her guilt was more evident than ever, though she would deny it if it was brought up, She stayed silent as They walked, no longer feeling like conversing. In fact she felt queasy and nauseous. She just kept her head down and walked along the path

Stephan noticed that Grand was being naturally silent, so he walked up to her. "You doing alright? Was it something that I said?" He asked her. He assumed that it was him. He did make a comment about killing and such.

"Oh no, I'm just tired is all. its been a taxing night." She said with a smile. "I hope Starburst and Caramel are okay, that girl is in no shape to be out and about. Starburst better be taking good care of her" She said, quickly changing the subject. She wanted a bit of a confidence boost in her sisters safety anyway

Upon hearing her, Zeta decided to walk around behind. "If Caramel is related to you Grand, then i'm sure she can live through with Starburst. I have no doubt about that, since she is a strong pony like you."

Stephan tried to sound happy while talking to Grand. "I'm pretty sure Caramel is in good hooves with Starburst. He's been on the island by himself and surviving by himself in the wild for a few weeks. I'm sure he has everything under control." He assured Grand.

Starburst was still on the hill with Caramel, the explosions and gunfire had stopped at Ponyville, leaving Starburst wondering whether the fighting had stopped and the bandits were gone or everypony was dead.

"Come on, grab onto me and we'll get back there." Starburst said, getting up from his sitting position.

Caramel did as she was told and pulled herself onto his back. "We should find any survivors, or maybe a Sefer place to be" she coughed, looking at the nearly demolished ponyville. She prayed her sister wasn't in that mess. "I still don't think you told me your name" she mentioned quietly

Steel took flight "I'll go look for survivors starburst take her some place safe I'll look for tree others while I'm there "steel said add he peed or his daggers then flew off to what was left of ponyvile
