Stephan was walking to the hospital when suddenly.

"STEPHAN!" Light flew up to him and stopped right in front of him. "Why in the world didn't you tell me you were leaving??"

Stephan facehoofed. "This again? I already told Fire that I wrote you guys a note. I was gonna come back." He then looked at Steel and proceeded to the hospital. "I came back because this place has become my home away from home. Besides, you guys are sort of my family, too. I can't just leave forever."

"Well, you better get ready for what's coming up. Grand has lost all emotion besides selfishness since you left. You need to straighten her out somehow." Light explained as they walked into the hospital, hoping to find Grand somewhere.

As Grand worked on the patient, Zeta stepped outside to go grab some fresh air... Again. He had been leaving her alone as much as possible, trying to separate away from her and eventually just quit life all together but every time the gun would go to his head, he never could pull it.

When walking down the long hallway, he spotted a familiar face. A face he hadn't seen before in a while, but even so it didn't change his emotion so he kept on going. Eventually he had walked next to him, giving out a few words.

"Third door on your left. Make her happy, Stephan.."

Missy was laying on her back, she was getting strange urges, every time she saw a stallion, she wanted to pounce him and have ravenous sex until Celestia raised the sun. It was weird.

 

Fire had brought a bottle with him. It was the only release from his stress.

Stephan was about to speak to Zeta and apologize for his behavior, but he stopped when Zeta walked by without saying a word.

"Light, please stay out here. This is something I must do alone." Stephan quietly walked into the room and knocked on the door. "Don't wig out, Grand. It's really me." He said, slowly walking up to her.

Caramel smiled. "I like her. She seems like a kindred spirit" She said as she took a seat at a table. "Now, what should we get? I haven been here since I was a filly"

 

Grand turned around and looked at Stephan for a moment. "You... you came back... You came back? Why would you come back? Im so horribly selfish. Ive been trying to make it up to you,I reaallly have, but Its so hard sometimes y'know?" She said as she began to break into hysterics. "Like these patients. They need alot of work. I try to be selfless because of you. But now your back, so what do I do now hmm?" She asked, though not making any sense. "But im selfless, I am, I proomisse" She said with a smile. "Im totally perfect, I wont hurt anyone ever again!"

"I don't know really, just anything cake-related really." Starburst said. "I'm not really sure how these "date" things work but I'm sure I'm supposed to pay for it, at least that's what it said in the book I got from my gran."

 

Fire decided to go back to Ponyville, he was most likely needed at something important.

"Grand, Grand, calm down. You don't have to be sorry. You shouldn't have to live in fear like this." He said, grabbing both her hooves. "I never should've left in the first place. In fact, if I was, I should've told you and the others face-to-face. I've caused so much damage to you and to everypony, and I intend to fix it all." He lightly pecked her cheek. "Besides, you're the element of kindness. It's in your nature to help these patients."

Caramel snickered. "You read a book about dates? youve been spending too much time with Twilight" She said with a laugh. "hmmm, lets get some classic chocolate cheesecake, what do you think?"

 

"Yes, yes it is in my nature. I help ponies. Its all ive been doing." She said. suddenly her vision went blurry and she could barely hold herself up. "Its all Ive been doing..." was the last thing she could say before fainting

Stephan was stunned. Grand just passed out on the ground, and there was a patient that still needed to be worked on.

"Oh no... I don't know the first thing about being a doctor. Ohhh. Why didn't Josh ever teach me this stuff??" He asked himself. Stephan tried to get Grand back up, but it was official; she was out cold, and she wasn't getting up for a while.

"My mum and my gran used books as a primary source of knowledge, I can't help it if I go about things in a similar way." Starburst said, he began to laugh. "I think that's a good decision."

Pinkie dropped by again.

"So, what can I get You!" Pinkie said in her usual voice.

caramel smiled at Pinkie. "We are going to get the chocolate cheesecake if you dont mind Pinkie" She said happily a she handed the menu back to her. "I cant wait! I havent had some cake in forever!

"OK, it'll be a minute, we're not as popular as we used to be." Pinkie said, disappointed while hopping away.

Suddenly, Starburst was filled with a sudden urge to eat. "I'm really hungry."

Fire was walking back to Ponyville when he started feeling incredibly angry, like he just wanted to.....explode. Fire came out of his horn and set a tree on fire.

 

Missy was overcome with an urge, stronger than ever before, an urge to make passionate love to a book.

Zeta didn't look up or anything, and just stood there. Instead he looked down at the ground and sighed, shaking his head a little. "Has Grand finally given in? Because if so, then i'll be there to treat her. Any other matter isn't important anymore, nothing really is.."

Missy began to imagine, about what you may ask? Well, about Grand's flank, so nice-looking, perfectly shaped and firm.

Stephan was running out of time.

"Stop being emo and let's go!" Stephan grabbed Zeta and he jetted off to the patient. However, he could feel himself... not wanting to run. In fact, he felt a little sluggish, as if he was trying to be lazy. He tried to ignore and they both arrived in the patient's.

"I need your help. Grand is unconscious! and I needy your assistance to save the patient she was working on! "

He was forced into the room, looking around at what was going on and saw Grand on the floor. "Just keep her breathing."

So Zeta looked over what was needed to be done, checking out the different things that have been happening and gave the pony some medicine to help before picking up Grand and brought her over to an empty room with a bed. He hooked everything up, checking all the different vitals before instantly stating a conclusion. "She's malnourished, and is starting to develop a mental problem like that one patient we had dealt with today. I cant do much but try to inject her with some vitamins and minerals, and give her some water. Other then that, we'll just wait and see."

grand slowly began to come to. She noticed the others and glared. "What is taking so long? Why do the other patients get treatment before I do! I deserve it more, I JUST FAINTED" She screeched, though still feeling faint, she couldnt do much about it. she simply glared at the patient next to her. "Why do you get a bunch of flowers and I dont?" she said, her ears pinned flat against her head

Missy suddenly felt the urge to nibble somepony's ear.

So she walked over to Twilight with a seductive look on her face.

"Hey Missy, what are yo.....ow!" Twilight said, confused expression. "Missy! Get off of my ear!"

Missy stopped nibbling. "No." She continued nibbling.

Stephan's eyes widened. Grand was acting completely selfish, Missy was having way too much enjoyment out of staring at Grand's behind,  Fire was outside going on a rampage.

"Set these guys straight, Light. I'm gonna knock some sense into Fire." Stephan simply walked outside and confronted Fire. "Fire, I'm not feeling in-shape to fight. In fact, I feel a little lazy. So, instead of fighting, why don't you stop burning trees and let's go get some cherry whiskey. What do you say, buddy?" He asked, hoping he wouldn't be burnt to a crisp.

He said, then turned to leave out the door.  "You're going to be staying here for a while now Grand, and i'm sorry because of it. Your body is in horrible condition, much worse then mine in fact. So it's going to be treated until it's healthy again."

Caramel smiled when she saw one of the cake twins bringng their cake to them. "Oh yum! doesnt this look awesome Starburst?" She said excitedly as she went to take a bite. "actually, why dont you have the first bite Starburst, your sure eyeing it up" She giggled.

 

Grand just looked at Zeta. "Why do YOU get to leave then? its not MY fault i got sick!" she called out after him before slumping in her bed. "I dont want to stay here when everypony else gets to leave, ITS NOT FAIR"

"Hey Grand, can I slap your flank? I think it would make a fantastic sound, like a snare drum." Missy said, she had now been brought to the hospital by Twilight. She was now being kissed on the nose. Twilight looked none too pleased.

 

"No, I've got enough Whiskey you traitor......don't just...." Fire kicked a wall. leaving a huge dent.

 

Starburst's eyes widened at the cake. It looked so good, he jumped on it and ate the whole thing. Then he looked over at a table and started gnawing at the legs.

Grand just ignored Missys comment. "YOU! ugh, great, the luckiest pony in the world just cam to shove it in my face! WHY do you get TWO babies, AND IM STUCK IN THIS STUPID HOSPITAL" She stomped, looking at her

 

Caramel looked at Starbust incredibly confused. "Umm, I dont think that tables gonna suit your sudden insatiable hunger" She said, eyeing him curiously. "Um, Pinkie, do you mind if we get another round? Itll be on me"

"It is fair, since you're the only one to put this on yourself. I told you month after month that you should keep your body in shape, and you never listened."

Before he could leave the room though, something that he heard come from Missy's sweet little mouth had changed his behavior dramatically, almost getting angry and turned to her. "No you're not allowed to slap her flank you twat, now get away from her."
