"Hmm, sounds good to me, It's really hard adjusting to the legs never mind the fact that I can't walk on my own yet." Dash said. "And what I said back there, it was true, my parents were killed, it was hard for me to get over it, but I had my friends with me, to help me through that."

"Your parents were killed?" Sirius looked up to Dash with a curious face, but nodded. "That's sad, I feel like that's not fair to have!" Then she grunted, stomping her foot on the ground.

Stephan gave a sad sigh to what Dash said.

"I'm guessing they were killed during the outbreak." Stephan said. "I'm so sorry, Dash. At least your friends were there to help you through it." He said, giving his girlfriend a hug. "Let's just go and try to take our minds off of the situation."

"Thank you, life hasn't exactly been easy these past few weeks." Dash said. "So, what do you say, we go.....Fire?"

 

Frank was walking down the street, he noticed Dash.

"You've got strange hair, never seen anything like it before." Frank said, then walked off.

"Well, that was interesting." Dash said.

Stephan watched the man go by. He looked exactly like his friend, Fire. He couldn't believe all of these human versions of their Equestrian friends that they were running into. He tried to convince himself that it wasn't the real Fire Horn and kept on walking back into the city.

"Let's go get a gift for someone." Dash said. "Uh....I don't know if you've noticed but I don't exactly have any money, all I have is this." Dash flipped a coin from her pocket, it was a bit. "Somehow, I don't think this is the money that's used in your world." Dash put the money back in her pocket.

Stephan turned to Dash and smirked.

"Who said you were gonna pay for anything?" Stephan reached in his pocket and took out his wallet. The wallet was filled with money that he earned from when he was on Earth last time. It had plenty of money for him to buy Dash and Sirius something for Christmas.

Greta smiled. "I wish I could relate, but I was never any good at chemistry" She said, taking a sip. "But what can you do." She checked her watch. "I suppose I should finish up and head home, I still have to clean up my house and get dinner started."

 

Cara smiled. "Sure, that would be cool. I have to head home soon though, Greta is really strict about being home for supper. I dont know why"

Steven watched them walk he followed and pulled out his phone "hey jasen how's the trade doing "(you won't be able to hear his reply ) "good i think I got something worth having " a Steven watched he seen the gold coin and smiled "yes about (insert dashs age here ) how much... perfect " Steven hung UK the phone and followed

"Well, I'll need to get home too. My mum is really worried about me, since....." Stewart said. "But everything's fine."
 

"Well, thanks for....this." Missy said. "I'll see you at the school tomorrow." Missy got up and walked to where she was parked, got in the car and went home.

 

"Well, that's nice of you to offer." Dash said, hugging his arm. "So, where are we going?"

Cara smiled. "Well, I guess I'll see you later... Oh! Here, have my phone number, in case you ever want to talk" She said with a smile, writing it down and giving it to Stewart. "Alright, I gotta go, I'll see you around" She said with a smile and a wave, going down into the subway station to wait for her train home.

 

Greta watched her leave and smiled before getting into her car and driving back to her house.

Stewart watched her leave, he looked down at the piece of paper and put it in his pocket. He then phoned Missy.

"Stewart, where are you?" Missy asked.

"I'm outside Central Park, I need a lift." Stewart said.

"Alright, traffic's down a bit, be there in a little while." Missy replied.

"Well, I was thinking about heading back into the city and go into the shopping district. I wanted to buy you and Sirius something for Christmas." Stephan slowly pulled Dash towards him. "Then, after you guys get what you want, maybe me and you could head back to the apartment and... hang out..."

Cara sat in the subway, looking around casually. The subway ride back to the apartment was a longer one.

 

Greta parked and went into her apartment, grumbling a bit before getting some food out to make dinner. She pulled out some pasta and threw it into a pot before sitting down on the couch for a minute to rest

After a small while, Missy arrived.

"So, things go well?" Missy asked. Stewart got in the car,

"Well, I have her phone number, that's always a good sign." Stewart replied.

"Well, you should wait until tomorrow to phone her, I've heard that's what people do nowadays." Missy said, driving off.

 

Dash raised an eyebrow at the 'hang out' part.

Stephan leaned into Dash and whispered into her ear.

"I mean some time where we can be alone. I'll send Siri to bed once we get back to my apartment. It's getting late for her, anyways." He then walked over to Sirius and knelt down to her. "We're going down to the shopping district, Siri. I'm going to let you and Dash pick something out once we get there." He told her. "Now, do you have an idea o what you'd want for Christmas this year?"

Cara came home and smiled at Greta. "Hey sis, whatcha cookin?" She said happily, sitting at the little dinner table.

 

"Spaghetti. I was feeling lazy, so something simple. How was your day?" She said as she sat down and placed the plates on the table.

 

"It was good, I hung out with Stewart for awhile, you know, the math teachers kid?"

 

Greta smiled. "Well thats nice, he's a sweet boy"

Stephan leaned into Dash and whispered into her ear.

"I mean some time where we can be alone. I'll send Siri to bed once we get back to my apartment. It's getting late for her, anyways." He then walked over to Sirius and knelt down to her. "We're going down to the shopping district, Siri. I'm going to let you and Dash pick something out once we get there." He told her. "Now, do you have an idea o what you'd want for Christmas this year?"

Sirius just turned her head to the side for a moment, before smiling and hugged Stephan tightly. "All I want for Christmas is daddy, because you're the best gift i've ever had..~"

"You're a good kid, I can see why everypo.....I mean, why everyone takes a liking to you, you're just so darn adorable." Dash said, ruffling her hair.

 

Missy and Stewart got home, Missy went to the kitchen and Stewart sat in the living room and turned on the TV.

"Steven, the serial killer who has so far, killed 7 people, was spotted today in the suburban areas of New York City." The TV said.

Stephan couldn't help but smile at Sirius.He picked her up and hugged her back.

"I love you, Sirius, and I'm happy to be your new father" He said, putting her back down on the sidewalk. He then turned to Dash. "Do you have anything in mind that you might want. Almost everything we have here is similar to something else in Equestria."

"Not really. I'd rather have it be a surprise, I remember this one time, my parents sent a letter to the Wonderbolts, they sent me a badge, it was one of the greatest gifts I had ever gotten, it holds more sentimental value to me now." Dash said. "But I look forward to Christmas. Seeing the new cultures and activities."

"I guess I'll just surprise you, then." Stephan said with a slight laugh. "We should probably head back to my apartment. I'll take you guys out for some Winter fun tomorrow. By then, we'll be all fresh and ready for the day." Stephan took Dash and Sirius' hands and began to walk back to the apartment complex.

Stewart and Missy sat at a table.

"So, tell me about this girl you're after." Missy said. "She nice? She attractive?"

"Yes, she's very nice and....yes, she was, in fact, I think I may be in love with her." Stewart said.

"You're what?" Missy asked. "You've only just started talking to her."

"I know, but she's the only woman besides you and the librarian who talked to me since we've been here." Stewart argued.

 

"Maybe we can do something else, though I'm not accustomed to this body, so it's gonna take some getting used to." Dash said. "Also, there's something I wanna ask you in private."

"Of course, Dash. We'll talk once we all get settled back in the apartment." Stephan and company arrived back at the complex and went upstairs to his apartment. Light Streak had gone back to his apartment a long while ago, so no one was there when they got back. At least he turned the lights off when he left.

Dash let go of Stephan and started taking small steps towards Stephan's room and looked in a mirror.

"You said to me there wouldn't be any major differences." Dash said. "Well then, I need to ask.... what are these?" (You know what I'm saying.) "They're really strange, it feels weird."

Steven followed once he knew what apartment they lived in here went outside and used the fire escape to get to a window save slipped inside andheard what dash asked he looked around and once he knew the layout he left silently and began to prepare
