Taco Wiz 9 August 1, 2013 Share August 1, 2013 (edited) /mlp/ has served me well over the indefinite timeframe, but I'm no longer willing to discuss ponies in such a mean-spirited atmosphere. So, I've decided to try out another site. However, the stories told on /mlp/ have warned me of the dangers of places like these. They say that sites like this are populated with horrible creatures known as fedoras. These parasitic creatures are known to leech off human brain cells. For some reason, they tend to favor bronies. Perhaps it's because we are the most intelligent group of people there is. Regardless, once a fedora latches onto a host, there is little chance for survival. The last thing I want is to encounter one of these creatures here. tl;dr /mlp/ is too nasty. I want to be a part of someplace less nasty. I hope you all have a good sense of humor. PS: Does the "no gore" rule mean I can't link to Shed.MOV? PSS: It's okay to wear a fedora so long as you know that it doesn't make you cool. I too came from some forums that had a very bad community with a corrupt style of forum posts = respect which wasn't good for the people who were new, because they were looked down upon and mocked. But I can assure you this site is nothing like that, or /mlp/! As such, you couldn't link to them. That being said, welcome to the site! I can assure you that this community is not nasty at all.
