What if you were sent to Equestria as a filly or colt?

if i were to suddenly turn into a filly, i'd do everything filly-like i can't do when i'm 18: that is, run around, play with toys, jump in mud, sleep, hug my plushies, and come see my daddy when i'm lonely/want something to eat/anything. oh, and i'd look like this:

Hmmm, the question seems to be about a gender swap. Could I turn into a colt? I'd grow up to be a fine young stallion, and I'd sweep Twilight Sparkle off of her hooves and we'd live happily ever after! Then I'd get to be a prince and we'd party like it's 1999!

LMAO this just gave me a brilliant idea for a fanfic, what if a perverted foul mouthed man got transported to Equestria and turned into a filly? First I have got to get going on Rarity Gets Cockroaches, damn you life getting in my way. Seriously though that would be all kinds of WTF I am changing not only species but gender and age group, I would be one very confused filly wondering just how this happened or even actually possible.

I would stay on my own, I probably wouldn't join the CMC (If you can't tell I like doing things on my own), and I would live life in Equestria.

I would absolutely stay in Equestria. Absolutely. I dunno I guess I would try and get foalster parents, maybe join the CMC. Guess I wouldn't really know unless it actually happened right?

I'd pretty shocked, frankly. Here I am, an adult human, suddenly turned into a juvenile horse. Beyond having to get used to my newfound quadrupedalism, I'd also have little knowledge of how the world and society work (actually work, not the glimpses we've seen in the show). If I keep all the knowledge I have as a human, nobody nopony will believe anything I say. That pretty much means I'd have to do my best to live life as a member of Equestrian society, even if my moral and intellectual development is based on Terran society. Unlearning what I've learned will be extremely difficult. 
 
Assuming I retain my human mental age, I should be able to live without parents. The main problem will still be getting used to my new environment. The culture shock will make it difficult to make friends, but I'd still try. Maybe the CMC will let me join. 
 
I'd definitely attempt to further my education by going to school and visiting the library. If I'm capable of magic, I might eventually be able to find a way to turn myself back, and go home. If not, I'll try to find someone who can. Of course, it's certainly possible (even likely) that I wouldn't even want to leave Equestria. I'd wager that it's a much better place than Earth.
 
Regardless of whether I stay, I might eventually pursue the sciences or magics. Writing stories about Earth is also a possible option. It'll take a while, but I think I'll ultimately be able to integrate myself into Equestrian society.  
 
You know what sucks, though? I'd be too young to date any of the Mane 6
