Anytime pony is crossed with Tengan Toppa Gurren Laggan is pretty much guarenteed to be awesome and hotblooded in everyway. Also, any kind of crossover with Tokusatsu, especially Kamen Rider.

Deus Ex: Pony Revolution

 

I'm torn between Twilight or Pinkie being Adam Jensen. Twilight has all her magic and is the de facto star of the show; Pinkie breaks the laws of physics frequently and is dogged in her pursuits. She'll never stop looking.

I haven't seen much of KR Double (the episodes related to the KR Decade endings), but i had seen enough to get a great laugh when the *hahaha* picture came to Luna. :D :D

 

Being a bit of a geek, though not an enormous Marvel geek, I don't find the picture as illustrating the best character matches. For example, Steve Rogers and Rainbow Dash aren't really all that alike, save for perhaps their loyalty. Dash is better as a cocky speed demon, i.e. Tony Stark. And "Putting Your Hoof Down" confirmed Fluttershy as Bruce Banner/The Incredible Hulk. AJ as Thor is spot on, though.

Ok, Dash as the Cap is far from perfect, but personality-wise they are all as close as possible.

Rarity is better as Tony Stark/Iron Man than Dash would be. Why? Both characters are rich snobs, with a caring core to their personalities.

Fluttershy ... no, she's not really that good as a Hulk/banner. Not even as a Hulk with Banner's full prescence.

Fluttershy ... no, she's not really that good as a Hulk/banner. Not even as a Hulk with Banner's full prescence.

 

Rarity isn't really a rich, obnoxious snob though. Furthermore, she also tends to use her social charms rather than engage in combat. Dash and Stark, however, both share a love of speed, are fiercely loyal to their friends (though not necessarily to an institution), and can be extremely brash.

 

Again, "Putting Your Hoof Down" effectively confirms Fluttershy's new assertive personality in contrast to her meek one as a nod to The Incredible Hulk. The whole "You wouldn't like Fluttershy when she's angry" thing has been played up frequently enough where it is easy to imagine her in that type of role.

 

Ultimately, your mileage may vary.

But, think like this, then:

Rarity do not belong in that picture at all ... and "hoof down" Fluttershy may be brash, but she's still no Hulk-type powerhouse.

Sure she can staredown even a cockatrice, but that is still not any massive strength.

Pinkie Pie is really not known for violence, either.

Yeah, Ponies and Warhammer 40,000, being my two favorite things on the Internet, is definitely my favorite. It's also the most confusing: One is a world of happy, multicolored talking ponies, the other is a universe of death, gore, terror, horror, and destruction on a galaxy-wide scale... YES .
