That's just a wrong way to approach stuff, but oh well. Also, she is not in any sense perfect. She has a realistic, "3 dimensional" personality. @Swirly: Vinyl hasn't though, and I'm sure she's many people's waifus anyways. Also, all musicians tend to be pretty passionate about something (music), and I think a lot of people find it attractive when someone is really passionate and great at something (though not arrogant..wellll maybe a little lol). Also assuming that passion isn't something derogatory or unusual. Not necessarily their personality.

Anyway, 3 dimensional? I have a hard time understanding what you mean, because Octavia isn't stated to have any flaws. 3 dimensional characters have flaws, backstories, relationships, etc.

 

Still, if you want to create your own girlfriend, then I have to ask; why did you base her on a horse? I'm pretty sure there are human musicians too.

How did it just happen? If you're attracted to cartoon horses, then okay; but it seems like an awful lot of work to turn a character that has never said anything into your imaginary girlfriend.

The thing is, I'm not even sure myself

All I remember that one night I suddenly woke up at 4AM and the next thing I know is me hugging my pillow pretending it was her. I seriously don't know how that happened. After that, I started building her personality. And it wasn't that hard, because I tend to be quite creative+I've seen a fair amount of artwork until then which helped me to get started.

Actually, I COULD explain even that.

In the show, she is shown to act classy, a personality trait which attracts me very much (personality-wise ofc ), and she is a musician (a thing we have in common). Those 2 were, I guess, enough for me to create a "spark". Plus, that was a quite stressful period of my life, and I tended to overreact, so that "spark" could be created very easily back then, as it did. After that initial "contact", I started building her personality, as I said

You're right, she could, but I based her personality off of canon.
