Thinking about starting a minecraft tekkit server

I've been thinking about starting a tekkit server nothing big I don't think my network can handle too many people maybe 15-20 max My network speed is 15mbits up and down and I have 12gbs of ram so I'm ok on that It will be on a white-list and I want a few opinions what I've been thinking is making a Fallout: Equestria themed survival/pvp server and use like a city gen plugin to generate deteriorated towns and citys at first it wouldn't be to Fallout: equestria themed but I'm sure once people install the mine little pony mod and people start roleplaying i'll get better

You should totally start a server, especially if it is going to be a Fallout themed Equestria, I would Join your server. Im okay at roleplaying also,
