Pinkamena got out of the shower and toweled herself off. She went back downstairs into the kitchen to make her and Scootaloo something to eat for dinner. She dug through the cupboards and the fridge and decided to make a bowl of salad for dinner. She took the lettuce out of the fridge and start to tear it up into a large bowl. She took out some extras and mixed them in with the bowl. Finishing up, she put the bowl on the table and called for Scootaloo that dinner was done.

Equinox got to the library and knocked on the door. "Come in" He heard Twilight call out as he opend the door and went in. When he went in and Twilight looked to see who it is she smiled. "Welcome back Equinox" She said

Pinkamena sat down at the table ajd began to dish herself up. She watched Scootaloo come to the table and sit down. "Dig in." Pinkamena said to Scootaloo. She bagan to eat and thought she would close the store for the day tomorrow so she could go to Canterlot since she couldn't today.

"Hey Twilight can I stay here for the Knight" He asked. "Sure...but shouldn't you tell Pink-" "I'll tell her tomorrow" Equinox stopped her as he went and fell asleep on the couch. "Good night Equinox...sweet dreams" Deranged and Twilight said in unison as she went to bed and went to sleep

Pinkamena finished her bowl of salad she had for dinner and yawned. She was tired from the busy day she had had. It had been awhile since the store had been this busy. She got up from the table, put her bowl in the sink, and started to head upstairs. "I'm going to bed, Scoots. Don't stay up too late." She called down the stairs. She went into her room and crawled underneath her covers and fell asleep.

Equinox woke up in the middle of the night and looked around and got out of bed. "What am I going to do...I'm living life normally again...at least I hope I am...but why do I feel like something is missing" He said to himself as he grabbed a book. "History of Alicorns" He read the title out loud

Even though Pinkamena told her not to, Scootaloo stayed up late. Shortly after Pinkamena had gone to bed, she snuck out and started to wander around Ponyville aimlessly. She didn't know exactly what put her up to it, but walking around the town in the middle of the night was comforting. While she was walking, she wasn't paying attention and bumped into garbage can, knocking it over causing it to bang on the ground. As soon as she realized what happened, she hid in some nearby bushes so she wouldn't get in trouble.

Equinox heard the noise and went outside. "Who's there" Equinox called out as he looked around and sighed. "Okay...I'll find you myself" He said as his horn glowed and red silhouettes appeared and one appeared in the bushes but disappeared as he stopped the spell.

Scootaloo heard a voice calling out while she was hiding in the bushes. She creeped forward to see a silhouette of a stallion. She then saw the glowing of a horn. "Crap. I am so gonna get caught." She quietly said to herself as she slowly creeped out the back of the bushes to try and get away undetected.

Equinox casted the spell again and saw a pony moving. "Hey you" Equinox said going after the pony. "Excuse me" He called out and casted a levitation spell to bring the pony to him. "I dont have time for this who-" Equinox stopped as he saw who it was. "Scootaloo" He asked

Scootaloo tried to run away when the stallion called after her, but she got caught by his levitation and was brought over to him. When the stallion said her name, she looked at him. "Equinox?" She asked, getting a better look at him "Equinox!" She exclaimed as a big smile enveloped her whole face.

He set Scootaloo down on the ground. "Hey Scootaloo how have you been...Also why are you up this late won't Pinkamena be mad when she finds out you are not asleep" He said looking at her. "Where were you even heading at a time like this anyways" He added another question

When she got put down, Scootaloo immediately jumped forward and gave Equinox a big hug. She then backed up a little and fidgeted with the grass when he asked her why she was still up. "Please don't tell Pinkamena, but sometimes I just go out in the middle of the night and just walk around." She said to Equinox.

"Don't worry I won't tell Pinkamena" He said as he smiled. "Besides I was planning on seeing you both tomorrow since I got here a while ago" He said as he hugged Scootaloo back. "Also how have you and Pinkamena been since I was gone...and in a coma for two months"

"We have been good so far. The store has gotten busy since you were gone and Pinkamena took one day a week to go up to Canterlot to visit you in the hospital. She was going to go today, but we got swamped at the store today. So, she planned on going tomorrow." Scootaloo answered Equinox.

"Well she won't have to tomorrow" He said as he remembered. "Then I might leave again cause I seem to scare ponies away" He said as he looked to the sky and saw the moon. "You helped me so many times..." He said to himself and sighed. "You should probably head home now before she figures you are gone" He said

"Okay, I will." Scootaloo said to Equinox with a smile. "I will see you tomorrow." She turned and headed back to Sugarcube. When she got there, she quietly snuck in the front door and went up the stairs to her room. She closed her door with a quiet "click" and climbed into her bed and fell asleep snuggling her blankets.

Equinox smiled as he watched her leave before heading back into the library and closed the book he was reading. "I guess the chapter will have to wait for a bit" He said as he laid down and closed his eye. "Finally back in Ponyville..." He said as he fell asleep in the spare bed in Twilights house.

Pinkamena woke up really early so that she could catch the first train to Canterlot that departed at 7 AM. She went downstairs and made a quick bite to eat for breakfast and began to pack her saddlebags. She put in the usual items that were packed every week she went. Some food, water, some money, and her switch blade. She threw on her bags and left towards the train station.

Equinox woke up and noticed it was 7 AM. "Damn it I meant to wake up at 6...maybe she will still be there" He said as he went to Sugar Cube Corner and almost knocked on the door. "Hopefully she's still here" He said waiting for an answer then thought. "I can just teleport to Canterlot" He said as his horn glowed and he teleported to the Canterlot train station. "Perfect" He said

Pinkamena got to the train station and bought her ticket. She boarded the train and took her seat. Within the next ten minutes, all the passengers were on and the train began to move. A few hours later, the train had arrived at the Canterlot station and everyone started to get off. She wasn't paying attention to where she walking and she fell down after she had run into another pony.

Equinox was sitting on one of the benches waiting to see Pinkamena. "I hope she'll be happy to see that I'm awake and not dead asleep" He said to himself as he looked around. The pony that Pinkamena walked into got up and held his hoof out to help her up. "I'm sorry miss I wasn't paying attention" He said

"That's okay. I wasn't really paying that much attention to where I was going either." Pinkamena replied to the pony as she got helped back up. "Thank you." She said as she started to leave the train station and made for a path to the castle. "Hopefully he wakes up soon." She said to herself.
