Pinkamena went up and hugged Twilight. "After you died, Flame held off Equinox long enough for me to go and find that white book." She answered Twilight. "When I was searching through the shelves, a secret room opened up and the book was sitting inside of it. When I came back out here, Flame was dead and Equinox tried to attack me, but couldn't. Then a dark figure came out of Equinox and disappeared." She finished.

"Dark Figure? What did he look like" Solstice asked. "Whats up Solstice?" Flame asked. "If it came from Equinox then that means we need to find the shadow and kill it I-" Solstice was stopped when Equinox spoke. "You are not doing anything Solstice...neither are you Twilight, Deranged, and Flame" Equinox said. "That figure came from me...made me kill you guys so I'm going to find it and make it pay for what it has done" Equinox said

 

"Are you crazy" Solstice said. "That thing could kill you easily" Solstice added. "I don't care...that thing needs to die" Equinox said

Pinkamena listened to Equinox and was surprised by what she heard. "Are you insane?! You are not going up against that thing alone! You saw what kind of power that thing has! You'll die if you do!" Pinkamena yelled at Equinox, not wanting him to go out and hurt himself anymore.

"Yes...but the only thing that could help would be the book" Equinox said grabbing the book. "It knocked that thing out of me so it could defeat him for good" Equinox explained. "You have a point but what if it doesn't work then" Solstice asked. "Well hopefully it weakens him enough so I can fight him without the book then" Equinox replied

Pinkamena looked at Equinox and finally came to the realization that he wasn't going to stop. "Fine, you win. But you are not going alone. I'm coming with you." She said to Equinox. "If you go by yourself, you won't stand a chance. But, if I come with, you might." She finished.

"You both a seriously crazy" Solstice said. "Still you seem set on doing this so here" Solstice said give Equinox his katana. "it may not be much but it will help in the long run" Solstice said. "Equinox...even though I am not part of you anymore I can still tell you are one crazy SoB you know that" Deranged said. "Yeah I know...why do you think I keep hanging out with Pinkamena" Equinox said

"Both of you are crazy" Twilight said. "But if you think both of you and that book can stop what ever is out there then good luck...here Pinkamena" Twilight gave her a oddly shaped dagger. "Equinox I hope you can use this better then I could also" Twilight said giving Equinox a scroll.

(I like how Izaya explained that Shining was dead and that Cadence was badly injured, and that's as far as we got with that. XD)

 

Pinkamena looked at the dagger and smiled. "Thank you Twilight." She said as she put the dagger away. "Equinox. Do you have any idea on where that thing went?" She asked him.

"Hey Applebloom. You think Scootaloo is ready for the sleepover at the clubhouse tonight?" Sweetie Belle asked as her and Applebloom were heading to Sugarcube Corner to meet up with Scootaloo.

"Ah'm not sure if she is. Only one way to find out." Applebloom said as she went up and knocked on the door.

"I have a few...since it was a shadow it may be looking for a new body to control...I have a few ideas on what body it is going for, it's either Chrysalis body or Sombras remains" Equinox explained. "The next this is that I need to go and revive Shining and heal Cadence before we go" Equinox said.

 

After a few minutes Equinox came back with Shining and Cadence fully healed.

 

"Cadence...Shining I am very sorry for what happened but right now I need to  get going, Come on Pinkamena lets go"

 

 

Meanwhile Selene heard a knock on the door and opened it to see Applebloom and Sweetiebelle. "Scootaloo your friends are here" Selene called out.

"Right behind you." Pinkamena said as she followed Equinox to go and seek out the thing that had possessed him. "Make sure everything else here is safe Twilight." She said as she looked back.

"Hi Selene. Is Scootaloo ready?" Applebloom asked.

"Hi SeLEne." Sweetie Belle said and her voice squeaked. Her face went red as she blushed from embarrassment.

 

"Hold on! I'm almost ready!" Everyone heard coming from upstairs, followed by a couple loud crashes. "I'm okay!"

"Yeah I think so..." Selene said. "Need any help Scootaloo" Selene called out.

 

"We all will make sure everything is safe and back to being fixed and normal" Solstice said. "Though it might take a while we will keep an eye out in case any of those weird things the black book summoned are still around" Deranged said

"Good." Now let's hurry." Pinkamena said as she turned back around.

"No, I'm good." Scootaloo said as she appeared at the top of the stairs and began to go down and meet everyone.

"Yah ready Scootaloo?" Asked Applebloom.

"You bet I am!" Exclaimed Scootaloo.

"Hey Selene. You wanna join us?" Sweetie Belle asked him.

Selene thought for a moment before answering. "Sure I got nothing better to do anyways since Pinkamena and Equinox are gone still" Selene said. "I just need to go pack some of my stuff" Selene said

 

 

"Alright" Equinox said as he let the Crystal Empire and headed off into a direction. "If i remember correctly Sombras remains were this way..." Equinox said

"Where exactly are his remains anyway?" Pinkamena asked as they headed out of the Crystal Empire. "I don't remember them ever being found."

"Yippee!" Sweetie Belle said when Selene said yes.

"Ah guess we got the whole gang then." Applebloom said with a smile.

"You better hurry up slowpoke, before we leave without you." Scootaloo said jokingly.

Selene went upstairs and packed everything he needed before coming down stairs. "I got everything" Selene said.

 

 

"It's in a shrine far off from here and it is always hidden by the snow" Equinox said as he stopped. "It's right here actually" Equinox said as he removed some of the snow to show a staircase leading down.

"So, what are we planning on doing tonight?" Scootaloo asked the other two.

"We're gonna stargaze and play hide 'n' seek." Replied Applebloom.

"Yeah. Maybe we could get astronomy cutie marks." Said Sweetie Belle.

"Alright, let's go." Said Applebloom when Selene came back downstairs with his stuff.

Pinkamena looked down the long staircase. "I hear Sombra had a thing for stairs."

"Sounds like fun" Selene said before he tripped and fell dow the stairs and hit his head. "Ow....that hurt..." Selene groaned as he got up

 

"It seems so" Equinox said as he headed down the stairs. "I swear though this place is only a linear path" Equinox said before the reached the bottom and there was a shrine

"Eek! Are you okay?" Sweetie Belle asked, surprised when Selene fell down the stairs.

"Pff...Ah ha ha ha ha!" Scootaloo and Applebloom burst out laughing in unison.

Pinkamena followed behind Equinox down the staircase. It felt like these stairs went on forever, and she was so glad when they actually reached the bottom. "Well, we're here, and I don't see that Thing." She said to Equinox.

Selene got up and rubbed his forehead before looking at at Applebloom and Scootaloo. Selene felt a bit annoyed and his horn started to glow before it faded. "Can we just go now" Selene said.

 

Equinox went up to the shrine and saw a dark gem. "Well...here is the essence....it's not gone so Sombras not going to come Ba-" Equinox stopped before remembering. "WE NEED TO GO AND GET CHRYSALIS's BODY" Equinox yelled before he teleported them both to where they last fought Chrysalis

"Yeah. Sorry, but that was way too funny." Scootaloo said, suppressing her laughter.

Applebloom was still smirking as she walked out the door.

"You guys are mean." Sweetie Belle said to the other two.

Pinkamena felt a sudden rush and she realized that Equinox had teleported them. She was dizzy, but that quickly went away. She looked around and remembered that this was the place where they fought Chrysalis.

"Thanks for your sympathy Sweetiebelle" Selene said as he left Sugarcube Corner.

 

Equinox franticall searched around. "Where is her body...w-" "Don't you mean where is his body" The mare spoke before appearing in front of Equinox. "You won't be able to find any of us....we will come for you soon Equinox and you also Pinkamena...but until then enjoy your peace and quiet" The mare disappeared.

"So, what are we gonna do first?" Scootaloo asked.

"I'm not sure. What do you think Applebloom?" Sweetie Belle replied with her own question.

"I was thinking hide 'n' seek first, then stargazing." Answered Applebloom.

While they were talking they noticed the new store that they were walking by. They went up to the front windows and looked inside.

"Wow, these are pretty." Sweetie Belle said.

"Ah never knew we had a flower shop in Ponyville." Said Applebloom.

Pinkamena was looking around for Chrysalis's body when a mare came out of no where. She drew out the dagger Twilight gave to her, but the mare disappeared after saying some words. "Equinox. Who was that?"

Tiabelle opened her door and saw Selene, Sweetiebelle, Applebloom, and Scootaloo. "Oh hi Scootaloo and Selene" Tiabelle said. "Are these your other friends" Tiabelle said. "If you girls want you can come on in and look at all the flowers" Tiabelle said

"Lydia? How do you know her?" Pinkamena asked Equinox.

"Oh, hi Tiabelle." Scootaloo said to her. "Yeah, these are my friends."

"Ah'm Applebloom. Applejack's younger sister." Answered Applebloom.

"And I'm Sweetie Belle. Rarity is my older sister. And I'd love to look at the flowers." Said Sweetie Belle.
