"Well it would be quicker..." She giggled with a shrug - something telling her that the window wasn't exactly the correct way back to her room, but not seeing any reason why not. "I guess theres no rush though, I just tend to... get lost. Sometimes. All the time actually... I'm not exactly sure which way it is by hoof."

@, Bayonet was still a little confused but shrugs. "I see, it dose seem the quickest way, and it sounds a little fun. I always like climbing." And with that Bayonets starting climbing up the dorm to the window with ease. Useing all her hooves and even her tail to finally reach it. "Cinderblock, are you coming?"

Chuckling at her friends willingness to go along with her idea, Cinder placed her hooves against the wall and started to make her way up: she wasn't as fast as Bayonet but still managed well enough - at least this time it wasn't ice that she was climbing. Reaching the window and pushing it open, she gracefully fell face-first into the room, landing in an undignified heap and a cloud of ash.

 

"I'm okay!" She called quickly as she scrambled to her hooves and threw the saddlebag down beside her bed. "Okay! All set! See how much faster that was than walking?"

@, Bayonet giggles. "You were right. Maybe I should use that way to get into my dorm room more often." She giggles at her joke. She looks at the bottles that  Cinderblocks carries. "Are you going to leave your bottles too. Why do you carry then on your back anyway?"

Looking back at the vials on the belt around her nervously, she removed them carefully and placed them out of sight under the bed, selecting a couple and slipping them into one of the smaller bands around her hind leg.

 

"I never used to but... well... you never know when you might need them." She said sheepishly. "You don't mind do you? It's a comfort thing - weird stuff tends to happen and I feel really exposed if I don't have few of them with me..."

@,  Bayonets eyes go over Cinderblocks  now bare body, she new Cinder was in good shape before she took her bottle belt but now with it off it just confirms it. She slowly looks from her neck to hr body  to her flank, she blushes and shacks her head to get a hold of herself. "Not at all. I just thought it would be more comfortable  with out them back at my room. But ether way you look very fetching with or without them on." three  seconds after she said that it hit her. '...Did I just say that out loud?'

'Wait, what?'

 

Cinder smiled happily as she double checked that the bottles weren't about to come loose at any moment and shook off the worst of the ash from her tail out of courtesy: not wanting to trail it into her friends room along with her.

 

'Wait! Hold on, what was that last part?'

 

She paused as her mind caught up.

 

"Oh!" She said in surprise, moderately confident that she had interpreted the statement properly. "Oh! I, uhm, thank you!" She flushed crimson. "You're, um... very fetching as well. I... wow! It's warm in here too!"

@, Bayonet face grows red, but she smiles all the same. "D-danke. And I think you're right. Lets head over to my dorm. We can get some fresh air as we walk there." She quickly climbs out the window and down the building a lot faster then when she climbed up, and waited for Cinderblock as she tries  to calm herself down. 'Why do I keep acting like this when I'm around her?' She asks herself.

Fumbling as she climbed back out, Cinder climbed part of the way down before allowing herself to drop the rest of the way, landing solidly on her hooves.

 

"Lead the way?" She grinned with a little more uncertainty than before, but happily nonetheless. "I don't think it was far from here was it?"

@, Bayonet shakes her head. "I don't think so, it's this way." She starts leading the way, not saying anything else so she can sort through her thoughts. 'Why am I acting this way and why can't I look at her in the eyes without blushing or getting lost in them?' She asked herself these and other questions like this until they reached her dorm. ""I think we should take the stairs this time, hehe." She says with a slightly nervous giggle.

Pixie woke up to the sound of her own snoring. The earth pony shook her head and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She got up slowly from her comfy bed, stretching her front legs. 

 

"Hey." She whispered to Blaze, hoping he would still be awake. When she didn't get an answer she walked closer. 

 

"Blaze?" She said, getting uncomfortably close to his face. She nudged him with a hoof.

Pixie woke up to the sound of her own snoring. The earth pony shook her head and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She got up slowly from her comfy bed, stretching her front legs. 

 

"Hey." She whispered to Blaze, hoping he would still be awake. When she didn't get an answer she walked closer. 

 

"Blaze?" She said, getting uncomfortably close to his face. She nudged him with a hoof.

Blazing jumped a little bit as he woke up. "Oh jeez, I'm awake!" He exclaimed, before blushing heavily at his reaction. "Sorry about that... I'm not really used to getting woken up anymore..." He added nervously. Well that wasn't the best reaction ever... He thought.

"Yeah, okay." Said Cinder with a quiet smile. "Stairs are good, lets take the stairs."

 

Her internal monologue had shifted from its aimless rambling to trying to figure out the situation: it might have made sense to her were she not... her. To Cinder, it was one of the many puzzles that she struggled with. Still, she really enjoyed the company of the mare - even the awkward pauses that had started occurring now seemed... nice, somehow.

 

'And she looks... Cinderblock! Stop thinking like that!'

"Heyyy...." She said sleepily, flicking on a light. "We need to do something fun." Her mane was very frazzled and messy, and she had dark bags under her eyes. 

 

"We should totally go on an adventure. This is our first night on campus, we won't ever get this chance again."

"Let's do it!" Blazing said happily. He stopped for a minute before asking, "where are we gonna go?" He hadn't really expected to be sneaking out, so he hadn't really planned on where he would go. Who cares where we go?! We're having an adventure to... Somewhere! He told himself.

@, Bayonet nods and leads them up the stairs and down the hall to her room. She takes out her keys and opens the door and heads inside. "Well, here we are. Make yourself comfortable, my bed is the one on the left, and I'll go get the food ready. I hope you like the food from where I'm from." With that she want into the kitchen to get it ready.

"Let's do it!" Blazing said happily. He stopped for a minute before asking, "where are we gonna go?" He hadn't really expected to be sneaking out, so he hadn't really planned on where he would go. Who cares where we go?! We're having an adventure to... Somewhere! He told himself.

"I saw something interesting and I thought we should go explore it together." Pixie got excited just from remembering what it was. "It was a warehouse, it had spooky broken windows and everything!" She bounced around the room happily, like a little filly on recess.

"Sure, this should be fun." Blazing said. "I mean... It might be bad if we get caught, but who cares? It's gonna be worth it." He added. He wasn't really sure if it was a good idea to go into a deserted warehouse, but at the time it seemed like too much fun to worry about anything bad that might happen.

Blazing nodded silently, then followed Pixie to the door. Being silent is what I do best... He thought. For once, being the pony who rarely talks was going to come in handy. He wasn't going to say anything until they were out of the school so they didn't get caught.

She tiphoofed her way through the hall and then came to the screen door. It seemed to have a dent that she had sworn wasn't there earlier, but she shrugged it off. She opened the door very carefully, it made a slight squeak as it opened but It wasn't anything major. Pixie looked around to see Blazing behind her, but other than that everything was normal. She walked carefully out of the door.

He walked out the door as silently as he could. Once again, I knew my silence was going to help me out someday. I just didn't think I would be using it to sneak out necessarily, but okay. "I'm sure that I will!" replied the mare as she double checked that she wasn't trailing ash into the room and settled down comfortably, looking around the room to see if there was anything else that she could find out about her friend. "I'm pretty surprised by how nice these rooms are: there's plenty of room, they're clean and comfortable... "

 

While she made small talk, her inner voice still tore at itself trying to figure out what was going on, how she was supposed to act and what she was supposed to do to avoid screwing up...

Once she got outside she trotted away from the building as quickly and as quietly as possible. The earth pony was out of breath, mostly from being nervous.  "Blazing." She said, hoping he could hear her. "There it is, right across the street. Stay out of the light."
