Checking the RP didn't really help, it was just your first post, it didn't tell me much of what this is actually about (Also, I'm not entirely sure but I think signups are necessary when creating role plays)

No. I checked the rules. It said nothing about a sign up. It just said that you had to have an OOC topic. And... okay!

But it's common courtesy to have a sign up and to tell people what's going on before they join your rp.

I looked at it when it was first posted and I was quite disappointed that there was no signup, it could have been a great adventure.  

And could you please be courteous to others too, it's not nice.
