Ponys:

keyfur the owner has this name and his pony is named keyfur also

Pacific trotted outside happily, finally able to be himself for once. No cloak, no disguise, nothing, just a normal changeling. "This is the best changeling costume ever." He said jokingly to himself, laughing a little bit. He could easily pass off his changelingness (It's a word now!) as a simple costume.

Camou trotted down the road wearing what seemed to be a giant overcoast and held a magnifying glass and wore a deerstalker and carried a bag.

"This was a wonderful idea for a Nightmare Night costume, use my overcoat I use to hide my cutie mark, a magnifying glass,and a deerstalker to be a pony detective. Oh literature you are a fine source for costumes. And the best part is the costume still hides my cutie mark."

Camou trotted down the road wearing what seemed to be a giant overcoast and held a magnifying glass and wore a deerstalker and carried a bag.

Pacific walked around, looking for a good place to go. He didn't really care much about candy or anything, he was just happy to be himself for a little while. "Too bad I'm gonna have to go right back to my normal life tomorrow..." He said to himself. "But that's beside the point, time to have some fun!" He exclaimed, then started walking around the town.

Camou realizes that somepony was at his house trick or treating. "Oh shoot, I forgot to leave the candy bowl out for trick or treaters. Oh great looks like I'll have to run to get home." Camou runs to his house panting all the way there. He makes it and sees the pony at the door. "Hey sorry I'm late I was just out for a stroll," Camou said out of breath.

Light:Its ok camou but did u forgot the candy? and saids i like ur detective costume do you like my Ghost costume camou? and gives camou candy and *smiles*.

Thunder Dash left his house up in Cloudsdale for the evening. He left some candy out just in case some little pegasai were trick-or-treating. He flew down to Ponyville and saw many ponies dressed up in their costumes. He was wearing his Major uniform. He also had a scary mask he made of twigs and stuff for camoflauge that he used to use when he was on duty. He saw a pony wearing a ghost custume and decided to pull a little trick on it. He gathered some electrcity and disappeared. He appeared with a poof right behind it. "Boo!" He said.

Camou looks at her ghost costume. "Yeah ghost costume looks marvelous. Now let me just get the candy." Camou grabs the candy and brings it over to her. "Here you go, wow sometimes I wish I could trick or treat again but I'm too old for that stuff. I haven't trick or treated in years.

Camou looked over at Pacific being very perplexed. "Wow, that is an amazing changling costume I don't think I've ever seen anything that realistic, by any chance where did you get that?" Camou thought to himself, "The costume though looks a little bit too realistic, better keep an eye on him."

"I made it myself, and it was NOT easy." Pacific said, putting as much emphasis on "not" as possible. "It took a lot of enchantment to a basic pony costume, but it was worth it." He added. He was actually pulling off the lie a lot better than he had expected, showing no signs of lying whatsoever.

Camou scanned the costume for a second. Hmm he seems genuine that he made the costume so I'll by it for now." He thought. "okay then, nice job, I guess even though I'm too old I could dust off the old bag and go trick or treating with you guys. I remember it being a rather fun activity as a filly."

Lightfire: sorry guys that i dident say bye i had to go quick and the forums updated when i got home. so sorry my dad asumed something then we just had to cook the steak so my dad cooked patos but he asumed my grandma wanted them cooked but my dad noticed when my grandma called and said thoese potaos are ares then my dad was done cooking steak i had to go to my granmas house quick to eat dinner becase they were hungry for the steak.

Keyfur stretches the costume, carefully slipping it over his wings... Left hoof in... right hoooof...! Almost tripping, he brushes off his little stumble and looks in the mirror. In the mirror, a giant orange pumpkin with a purple head poking out the side stares back at him. 

 

Upon sight of such ridiculous attire, Keyfur couldn't help but laugh at himself. "... This is PERFECT!", he says with a grin. 

 

Keyfur wastes no time in catching up with his friends. Earlier, Light invited him to hang out with herself and Camou. With those two, this is sure to be a fun night!

 

While trotting outside, he catches a glimpse of the duo. There they are! Keyfur smiles as he gallops toward his awaiting friends. 

 

But suddenly, this giant pumpkin stops dead in his tracks. Keyfur's heart skips a beat when he lays eyes on what appear to be a real-life changling.

 

He shakes his head. "That's one... realistic... costume...", Key mumbles nervously, "I wonder who it is..."

 

Slightly embarrassed by his silly fear of an innocent costume, he carries onward, and meets his friends.

 

"Hey guys!! Did you miss me?", yells the giant pumpkin with a purple head, wearing a full-faced smile!

Camou notices Keyfur in his pumpkin outfit. "Ah the costume of irony," he thought. "Greeting Keyfur, happy nightmare night! Like the costume, anyways I was just ready to dust off the bag and try trick or treating, you are welcome to join us in this activity if you want."

"Thanks!", Keyfur says with a smile, appearing way too proud of his costume.

 

"Sweet", he replies to the invitation to collect candy, "Of course I want to join you, that's 90% of the fun!"

 

"On my way up here, I noticed that Mr & Mrs Cake are giving out full-size candy! So we should hit up the avenue first."

 

Keyfur pauses, his excited expression fades as he leans in toward Light and Camou. He whispers, "Who is that? I mean... wow!"

 

Keyfur flicks his muzzle in the direction of the creepy-looking pony-insect. 

 

Upon additional, yet subtle observation, Keyfur notices the changeling seems a little nervous. Nervous, yet content. Keyfur finds himself puzzled, wondering why he's so engaged on this creature. It's just a really good costume, he thinks, it's natural to admire such fine work. Yeah... That's it. Hard to imagine feeling nervous in such a spooky costume.

Light:Saids thats rd her costume is a insect this new night mare moon day and yes lets hit up that candy! *trots* to mr&mrs cakes house saids trick or treat they say heres some free candy for each of you ponys one for light one for camou and one for keyfur.

He started, not knowing the name of the first pony who commented on it. "I made this myself, with a lot of magic and a basic pony costume." He explained.

"All right every pony lets go onward toward the cakes house to get full sized candy. Normally I'm not much of a dessert pony, but I'll make an exception tonight. Also don't take off my overcoat. It would uh ruin my costume," Camou said. "Or jsut expose my cutie mark," He thought.
