Alicorns are ok,but they will have a lock on either their horn or their wings,to assure they can only use one of them to ensure no advantages by race~Rainbow Blitz

Uh... you need more info. What does your character look like? How does she act? What about her back story? If you create a character sheet, you can tell us all of this information.
