dawn looks at him like hes insane "one: Twilight used her own magic to travel through time!and anyways it was a minamum amount of time! leaving space for starswirl to add the fact that it WOULDENT creat a paradox! so he was just being lazy! Two: Paradoxes can be all sorts of places and sizes! they can be big and effect everything or they can be small and effect NOTHING seeing yourself mwhen its not magic and its mere time and space collapsing WOULD create a VERY big paradox! AND NO ONE WANTS THAT AND THREE: i have my reasons to be like this!"

"Okay! Okay! You're starting to annoy a bit." Thunder Dash said calmly. Suddenly Thunder Dash looked and saw a figure ahead of them. "Look! There he is! Okay...here's the plan...we must sneak up to him. This is due to the fact that the dark force inside of him, causes him to teleport." Thunder Dash explained.

"we cant both go at the same time....we need some one to stay here because we could cause to much noise!" dawn says "  but what do we do after we sneak up on him anyways?" dawn continued sounding confused "we cant kill him! or....hurt him! could we???? bcause that would be very supprising!"

"No, we just have to wait for the right time, when The Doctor is himself. He can control himself, but it is super difficult." Thunder Dash explained.

 

The Doctor was trying super hard to get a grip of himself. With the dark energy armed, The Doctor sensed the presence of the two. The Doctor tried hard to fight the impulse to teleport, which was fueled by the dark force that possessed him.

dawn looked at the dark doctor "he knows we're here doesn't he?" she says just by looking at him and then looks at thunder dash " i never told you my magic was weak did i? huh....well unless i'm around either the doctor or the TARDIS my magic isn't very good....no wait it just plain SUCKS but when i'm around the doctor i can sense things...just like how i sensed you were confused! very awkward but at the same time AWEESSOOOOOMMMEEEE!!!" dawn says " im very confusing myself really!"

The Doctor fought hard. "I know what you're here for!" The dark force stated through The Doctor. "No! I won't let you...win!" The Doctor said holding his head. Suddenly the Dark Force made him teleport again.

 

"Dang it!" Thunder Dash exclaimed stamping the ground. "We almost had him. That dark force knows we're after The Doctor." Thunder Dash stated.

"where'd he go?? how did he hear us! what happened??? its...i dont....UGH" dawn says pacing back and forth "we'll never find him! for all we know he could be invisible!" dawn says still panicking " WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?!?!!?" she yells in confusion anger and disbelief "i am so lost...." dawn says again her eyes derping for s second

"The Dark Force. It knows we're after The Doctor. There's got to be a way to get him. Back to the present!" Thunder Dash stated as he flew into the skies. Derpy was still on his back. "Hang on!" Thunder Dash exclaimed as they zoomed through the fabric of time and into the dimension between time.

"this really is a crappy way to spend a day...traveling through space and time chasing after a time lord! it really seems impossible! but nothings impossible....i hope.." dawn says worryingly "why did i agree to come on this?" dawn thinks out loud "oh right....because its the doctor!" she continues

~*Princess Twilight*~

 

Twilight had almost immediately sensed that something was amiss. An uneasy feeling that had deeply rooted itself into her heart; a peculiar tingling in her horn. She could tell that something, though she wasn't certain what, was very wrong. She tried to reason with herself for a minute or so, telling herself that it was merely paranoia taking hold of her mind again; she was prone to overreacting at times, even though she was working on that with her princess training. But that feeling wouldn't leave her alone. Her instincts were telling her something.

 

Her suspicions were confirmed when two figures flying overhead brought her attention to what seemed to be a bright light in the sky. From where she was, it was distant, almost like a large star, but it was still rather curious to her.

 

Her wings unfurled as she thought of flying up there herself to check it out, but they slowly drooped before folding upon her sides. She still didn't have that much experience in flying as of yet, and she didn't want to risk tiring herself out while up in the air (which would indeed lead to some kind of predicament), or messing up somehow and crashing. Unlike her daring friend Rainbow Dash, who practiced stunts on a regular basis and had toughened herself to bad landings, Twilight was very unused to crashing. If possible, she wanted to avoid that.

 

Still, though... That strange light in the sky both intrigued and frightened her. She wanted to find out more; she wanted to learn everything she possibly could about that distant light!

 

((I would have included Ariel in this post as well, but now it seems irrelevant for now, considering your characters have already gone to return to the present. Perhaps later I'll bring her in.))

Thunder Dash flew out the fabric of time, yet he wasn't conscious of where he was going and crashed into an unsuspecting Princess Twilight Sparkle. Thunder Dash tumbled over with Derpy still on his back. He finally came to a stop and realized who he had bumped in to. "Oh my! I'm so sorry. I didn't even see you their Twilight...erm...Princess." Thunder Dash said trying to get up.

dawn followed thunder dash out "well....look who we bumped into....you literally bumped into her...but still it remains the same look who we bumped into! " dawn says with a bitterness in her tone even though just a minute ago she had been worried and confused

The clone of the Doctor was a patient soul. He rested in a dark room, alone, waiting every day. He didn't know it, but many things happened around him, and he wanted to be free, and soon.

Meanwhile The Doctor was trying to get a hold of himself. He had a super special tool that made him able to repair the fabric of time. However, the Dark Force prevented him from using it, rendering it from it's repairing abilities.

The clone of the Doctor awoke in his chamber. sweet Lordy Loo, how long was I out? thought the clone, looking at his surroundings. He was confused. "Where am I?" He asked. When he noticed he was in a chamber, he attempted to break free, he didn't know why he was there, but it was for a purpose, and that was set in stone.

The Doctor had finally gained control of himself and began to seek out his crew before the Dark Force took him over. He found himself back in the present time. There he saw Thunder Dash. "Well well well, if it isn't me gang. Thunder and Dawn, long time no see." The Doctor stated. "Well, look who finally gained control of himself." Thunder Dash said. "Yeah, for the...while..." The Doctor said suddenly getting a headache. "So, anything we need to know?" Thunder Dash asked. "Well...I cloned myself and the clone is somewhere...please, you've gotta find him. I'll try my best to...accompany...you guys..." The Doctor said still trying to fight the Dark Force in his head.

The clone of the Doctor was now very impatient. He stood, until finally, with a mighty kick, he slammed the case on his chamber open. "Well, then." Said the clone, "this seems to be quite the wrong way backwards from where I was." He continued. He sat down. He needed to find what was going on.

"So where exactly is the clone?" Thunder Dash asked. "He...could be..." Before The Doctor could say "anywhere", the Dark Force took him over and made him teleport somewhere else. "Ugh, not again! We nearly had it!" Thunder Dash exclaimed as he stamped the ground in frustration.

The clone sat where he was until he heard a stamp of a hoof. "Well, that may lead to someone that wishes to assist me in my little answer quest here." Commented the clone, heading toward the direction if the sound. He hoped that nothing hostile was ahead, and if it was, then, well, he knew he was doomed.

Thunder Dash suddenly looked up. "Wait a minute! Off in the distance! Is that? That's The Doctor's Clone!" Thunder Dash exclaimed. He still had Derpy on his back. "Well, boy am I glad to see you!" Thunder Dash exclaimed with a happy smile.

 

Meanwhile The Doctor had appeared in Past Equestria.

The clone walked to the pair. "You were expecting me, eh?" Asked the clone. "I'm a clone... Huh... Never would have guessed. Well, I'm not the type to lament over such elementary terms." Said the clone. "However..." He continued. "What happened to my original, and what needs to be done?"

"Well, we ecountered him not to long ago. When he was repairing the fabric of time, some mysterious Dark energy leaked out from somewhere and possessed him. We must eradicate the dark energy, defeat whoever is letting this dark energy leak out and ultimately, repair the fabric of time." Thunder Dash explained.

The clone was shocked at first. nah he thought, thats the Doctor as his own self. he continues in thought. "Well, what are we standing here making a face for? Let's get a move on! Allons-y!" He shouted, starting to run. He paused, turned around, and said, "you wouldn't know where the sonic is, would you?"

Thunder Dash flew after the Doctor's clone and got a tiny bit ahead of him. "So what did you say we've gotta find again? Is it some sort of tool that The Real Doctor keeps?" Thunder Dash asked as he still had Derpy on his back.

 

Meanwhile The Real Doctor was fighting hard to not succumb to the Dark Force.

The clone nodded. "Yes, it's my tool. It's a great thing, you see. Doesn't maim, doesn't wound, but it's GREAT at opening doors!" The clone said, looking around. "It may be where I was. If I'm a clone, maybe there's another sonic, that, or it's in the TARDIS..." Thought the clone aloud.
