Hey everyone my mind has been boiling the idea since i thought of it but i want to know your opinions on it.

 

Alright well the show we all know and love (and no i don't mean doctor who) My Little Pony Friendship is magic will have to come to a end at some point and sorry if you were caught in a false sense of reality but its true, one day Hasbro will have to end it and we will all be devastated, BUT there is still hope for a future

Show i'm talking about My Little Pony generation five! NOW there are a lot of ways to go about this maybe even a whole new world outside of Equestria.

Now the idea i had would be more of a gen 4.5 including the mane 6 and the setting of Equestria.

 

So its about 3 - 5 years in the future and because of life's twists and turns the mane 6 have drifted away from each other following there life goals for example

 

Rainbowdash - being the famous wonderbolt she is traveling all around Equestria, participating in shows and being showered with diamonds "Living the Dream"

 

Applejack - Sweet Apple Acres has become a Equestria wide business supplying the world with delicious apples and because of this the Apples moved to Appeloosa and used it as the main branch of the organization.

 

Rarity - Becomes a famous designer and moves to Canterlot (simple)

 

Twilightsparkle - Now that shes a "Princess" will maybe? have her own kingdom i'm not sure just gonna see how hasbro plays out the whole Twicorn thing

 

Pinkiepie - Stays in Ponyville maybe being the owner of Sugarcube Corner the whole point she stays in Ponyville

 

Fluttershy - Over comes her fears and moves into the the Everfree Forest and sets up a Animal Sanctuary or something like that

 

Anyway there all away from each other and not in contact and each of them has there element on them as a symbol of there friends all of a sudden a threat emerges from the shadows and is trying to take over Equestria so each of them have to reunite and defeat the evil and remember how magical friendship is

 

Please Respond and give me your opinions on this or what you think gen 5 would be like if there will even be one

For all intents and purposes, "season 4" onwards might well be generation 4.5 due to the fact it's an extension of FiM as we know it, considering FiM was supposed to end with season 3. In which case, yes, I would definitely watch it. How much I'll like it depends on how well it is executed. If it's a completely new generation, I'll still give it a try to see what it's like, but I imagine Hasbro will be hard-pressed to match the standard they set for themselves with generation 4 as the previous generations were quite poor by comparison from my understanding.

I completely agree in the end it will all boil down to character development, voice acting and animation but i'd think it would be the same as FiM

Yes, I would as long as they don't make the same mistakes with too good characters and not good enough characters but maybe it could be in fillydelphia because ponyville being recycled would get old

I would give a try to this show, even if after g4, we may have high standard of a good show...

The only thing I wonder, is how Hasbro will create this g4.5 or g5 while knowing the fact that this show have unespected fans...

I believe it's been stated that Twilight is being groomed to be Celestia's heir, so her kingdom would be Equestria.

 

And the Apples have been there for like 10 generations, since Ponyville was founded. I think it's unlikely they'd move, though Applejack/Apple Bloom might move away without moving the whole family.

To be frank I think g 4.5 or 5 would be good and I'll watch it but how will hasbro beabe to top g 4. And I bet hasbro will make a season 5 first anyway.
