Charcoal thought about it. "It would really all depend on what day. I am going to be very busy, but I think I could do it... no I know I could do it on Saturday. If that is alright with you that is. I wouldn't want to intrude or anything or become a bother to you." Charcoal said.

"That's perfect, how about 6:00?" He asked. His mind was already running the mental calculations on what he would need for dinner for two. He would probably make a salad with a whole bunch of things in it. He would have to make it to the market at some point this week.

Charcoal nodded. "6:00 sounds good to me. Though be prepared, I might be a minute or two late. Where do you live? I am going to need to know that if I am going to be coming down. Unless you want me to go on a scavenger hunt, which, while it would be fun would take too much time."

"oh yes sorry about that, anyway I live at 206 west Pegasus drive. Am going to make a salad, does that sound good?" He asked. He wanted to make sure he was cooking something they would both like. If she didn't want salad he could always make something other dish.

Charcoal struggled to think of where that would be. "Um... while salad would be fine to eat, I do have one question. Do you live inside of a cloud house? Because if you do... I am not sure if I will be able to get to your house or not. Because... well... reasons." Charcoal said.

Guardian looked at her surprised. " Well I suppose I do have a cloud house... Where could we go then?" He knew better then to ask her reasons, she would have told him if she wanted it to. He had a friend who used to be a Pegasus and was terrified of flying till a friend helped her , maybe Guardian could help her.

Charcoal was silent as she thought. "Well... maybe you could carry me. If I can just signal you somehow, or if you wait for me outside it shouldn't be much of a problem. That is if you can carry me. But I'm sure you could try." Charcoal said. She did want to go, but getting there would be hard.

Guardian thought about, ya this could work "sure, I'll pick you up at 6:00, I'll wait around 5:50. Does that sound good?" He asked. He was nervous and excited, he would have to head to the market to day, and clean his house tomorrow, it was slightly messy. Still... He was having a mare over.

Charcoal nodded. "Sounds like a plan to me. I guess I will see you Saturday then." Charcoal said with a smile. This was the first time she has been invited over to a stallions house by herself. She was almost giddy with excitement. She reached into her bag and took out her bit purse and took out the bits to pay for her lunch.

Guardian smiles, "I already paid for out lunch, when we first got here, I asked the waiter to put all our charges on my card. Please let me by you lunch, at least once." Guardian was mentally puzzled, since when did he like to spend money, normal he was very carful with his money.

Charcoal shook her head. "No." She hoofed the bits over to Guardian. "I refuse to let you pay a singe bit for me on food. It is your money, don't use it on somepony like me." Charcoal said, almost begging him to take her bits for the meal she just had. "Please?" She asked.

Guardian sighed. "Sorry no can do, it's already paid for". He slid the money back across the table then stood up he could help her to her hooves "here" he said extending his hoof. He walked with her to the door, "it was really nice to see you today". He said shyly.

Charcoal smiled and nodded. "It sure was. And the food was good too. Thank you for bringing me along. I had a really good time." Charcoal said with a smile that seemed to grow. "And I will see you at 5:50 on Saturday. Bye." Charcoal waved goodbye as she walked off back to her house.

Guardian walked down the road towards the market. He knew he would have to get the best of the best for the best of the best mare. He also so wondered why she couldn't fly, 'don't'. He chided himself 'that's rude'. He walked down the road and was soon in the colorful maket

Charcoal walked all the way back to her house, waving at ponies that greeted her. When she got to her house she hung up her bag and went upstairs to her room. She decided she was going to try and dress up for the occasion. She looked through her closet for something nice to wear. Some might think it was way to early to pick something out, but she called it planning ahead.

Guardian reached his house and began organize his materials for the dinner. He had everything he needed, now he just new to wait for sarurday to roll around. He was so nervous, what if he messed up somehow, did something wrong...

Charcoal was walking to Guardian's house just as they had planned it. She had her mane up in a ponytail and she was wearing a simple dress she had found in her closet. It was turquoise green and was frilly on the edges. She finally found the correct house and waited.

Guardian came down from his house right as Charcoal arrived. "You look beautiful" he said to her. He then bent his back legs so Charcoal could climb on. He flew them both to his house, and les her into the dining room where he had most of the meal already set up.

Charcoal still had the blush on her cheeks. She had never been called beautiful before. She saw the dinner Guardian had set up. "Wow. It looks amazing." Charcoal said as she looked at the food. There was one thing that bothered her though. She lifted a hoof and moved one of the cups slightly to the side, then knelt down by the table to make sure everything was aligned.

Guardian chuckled "oops" he said. He drew out the chair for Charcoal, then ant around to his own chair and sat down. They began to eat ad Guardian struggled with a good dinner timer

Conversation. "So how was you week?" He asked her trying I get them both talking.

Charcoal nodded. "Pretty good. And before you start worrying, I didn't hurt myself like last time. Just a few bumps and bruises. Nothing more." Charcoal finished before taking another bite of her food. "This is really good. I can't say I could make anything this good."

Guardian looked up a bit surprised "really it's good, I just kind of made it, I guess I true really hard since you were coming, I didn't want to mess it up." He smiled at her. "About what I said before, I really mean it, you a very beautiful." He had seen the self doubt she had before.

Charcoal blushed and smiled. "T-thanks. No pony has ever called my beautiful before." Charcoal said. "And that is no surprise. Just look at me when I'm not trying to doll myself up for my first date." Charcoal said, rambling on a bit more than she usually wanted to.

"And believe me you look perfect" he said, blushing slightly. He looked down at his food and bean to eat a little more so he wouldn't have to talk. He then went to the kitchen and got out a cake. It was a flour less chochalte
