Tough Love felt a renewed energy as the blood ran down his side and began advancing toward the beast cracking the whip on its face, torso, and every exposed piece of the monster's body he could find. The beast howled in pain as the whip sizzled on its body. Tough Love screamed out to the other ponies, "LET'S SEND THIS THING BACK TO THE DEPTHS OF WHERE IT CAME FROM!!!"

She felt vines wrap around her, lowering her to the floor. Standing up, she suddenly kicked out from the pain. Her hoof smashed through a glass case, sending the items inside flying. An ornatly decorated box broke open, and to her shock, three gleaming pearls flew out, rolling across the floor. She scrambled to catch one, putting it in her bag, but the other two rolled twards the fray. "Leif!" She screamed. "Leif, I found them!"

Leif smiled "good Job eternity" Leif said as he made every vine whip at the beast the little thorns on some of the vines where cuttin it open

Grell began to focus and began to draw away the beats life force

Panomma ran at it and sank her teeth into its skin and clawing at it

The large monster groaned as it took its last breath and fell to the floor. Tough Luck looked around panting wondering what these ponies found and why this thing must have been guarding it. He managed to just barely get out, "Hi, I'm Tough Luck, nice to......." before he passed out on the floor of the museum.

Snowstorm narrowly avoided many of the beast's attacks. This was likely because the cold was most extreme around Snowstorm. As the monster was finally defeated, she took her mind off of the cold and thought of warm instead. The room returned to the normal temperature and she sighed. "That was close," she said, trotting over to Panomma. She smiled. "Good job, Pan," she said, establishing the nickname she had for her wolf friend.

Trying to ignore her pain, she galloped after the other pearls. They COULD NOT BREAK. It would be a disaster. She dodged the meylee of ponies and scales, trying to catch the gleaming orbs. She caught one, but the other rolled off, near the new stallion that had appeared,who was valiently whiping the monster.

 

"Hey you!" She yelled "Grab that pearl!"

Tough Luck heard one of the ponies yell at him and he opened his eyes to see a white ball rolling toward him, he grasped it in his right hoof before once again passing out from the wound on his side that had just begun to let up on the blood flowing from it

But the stallion was out. She tried to run after the pearl,but couldn't, the pain was too intense. She saw it roll twards snowstorm.

 

"Snowstorm..." she called out feebly. Hopefully the mare would grab the pearl before it was crushed. "Get it..." but she faltered, and fell to the ground.

Panomma nuzzled snowstorm

Leif trotted over to the new stallion as he passed out he looked down and saw the pearl he picked it up as it tolled to snowstorm he sent the vines away

Grell was surrounded by a very dark aura he had drained away a good portion of the beats life

Snowstorm reached out to take the pearl before it got crushed, but Leif picked it up. She pet Pan as the wolf nuzzled her and smiled. "Let's get Eternity and Tough Luck to safety," she said, going over to Eternity to try and lift her up. Thanks to the strength she'd accumulated from her training, she was able to pick Eternity up well enough and put Eternity on her back.

Panomma walked along side snowstorm but looked longingly at Leif

Leif walked over to tough luck and picked him up "let's move we and see who this stallion is" Leif said

Tough Luck woke up to a group of ponies staring down at him. He had no idea where he was or how he got there, the last thing he remembered was fighting a huge scaly monster in the museum and after that nothing. "Wh-Wh-Where am I? How did I get here? Who are y'all?"

Leif looked at the stallion on his back "I'm Leif we are leaving the museum goin someplace safe" Leif said them he seem grell and sighed then walked on

Grell followed close behind wondering why none if the new ponies asked

Eternity was out cold. She was having nightmares. Her father was screaming, as monsters ripped into him... her wings broke, plunging her to the ground... panama snarled, leaping twards her face... leif gently kissed her on the nose...

 

Her hooves kicked out in her sleep, and she made small noises, her eyelids fluttering.

For some reason Tough Luck trusted this pony and felt comfortable on his back, he managed to get out, "thanks alot dude" and immediately passed out again.

 

He was back in New Hoofshire on the farm and he was with his father. It was the day he left for the south. As soon as he turned to walk away a figure appeared and scooped his father up and flew off with him. "DAD, NO!" he tried to yell but no words would form he sat there unable to help as his dad was taken from him and then everything faded into darkness.

Her father was screaming, as monsters ripped into him... her wings broke, plunging her to the ground... panama snarled, leaping twards her face... leif gently kissed her on the nose... Her hooves kicked out in her sleep, and she made small noises, her eyelids fluttering.

 

 

Dead Eye saw Eternity on the ground, out cold. 'Great', he thought, 'now I grow a conscience' He then got off of his perch, and made his way over to her.

"You must be having quite a nightmare" He said, looking down at Eternity, "I know what that feels like." He then put her on his back and carried her over to the group.

Snowstorm smiled. "Pan, if you want, you can go back to your owner. I'll be fine," she said, reassuringly. The look on her face reinforced this. "But it's your choice."

 

Eternity was out cold. She was having nightmares. Her father was screaming, as monsters ripped into him... her wings broke, plunging her to the ground... panama snarled, leaping twards her face... leif gently kissed her on the nose...

 

Her hooves kicked out in her sleep, and she made small noises, her eyelids fluttering.

Snowstorm almost lost balance but just barely kept it. She staggered a bit, and regained her footing.

 

Tough Luck woke up to a group of ponies staring down at him. He had no idea where he was or how he got there, the last thing he remembered was fighting a huge scaly monster in the museum and after that nothing. "Wh-Wh-Where am I? How did I get here? Who are y'all?"

Snowstorm smiled. "I'm Snowstorm. You helped us fight a monster that almost killed us."

Tough Luck woke up again feeling a lot better, but still very sore on his side where his cut had been bandaged. "Leif, where are we going? How come you guys could see the monster too? Why are those pearls so important?" he asked, "Sorry for all the questions, but I have been traveling for a few days all alone trying to figure out why a minotaur attacked me on my family's farm in New Hoofshire."

Leif smiled at panomma as he walked over to snowstorm he sighed when tough luck passed out again "hey you did good snowstorm" Leif said

Snowstorm smiled and pet Pan again. "Thank you, Leif," she said. "I just wish I could control it more well. Then you wouldn't be affected by the cold. Maybe my mum will help me learn to control it. Is that how it works?" She was startled by Grell passing out. She almost galloped toward him but remembered she had Eternity on her back. "Um... Is he okay?"

Silver had some bruises and gashes, as well as a cracked rib, but he had cauterized his worst wounds with fire. "She'll be fine," Silver said, "I can take her if you need some rest. You should conserve your strength for the journey to the underworld. You'll need it"

"Did I hear you say the underworld?" Tough Luck exclaimed. "Could someone please explain all this to me? I am totally lost and could really use some explaining. I still don't know why these monsters keep attacking me and why only we see them for what they truly are."

Leif looked at him " yeah he just used one if his powers to its full extent and now he needs to rest" Leif said " and as for your mom teaching you the gods and goddesses aren't allowed to communicate with their kids" them he addressed tough luck "someplace Safe I'll explain everything there"
