((Whoops, forgot for a moment that Filet Mignon had beef. Just replace it with some other exquisite food that doesn't contain meats.))

Snowstorm nodded. "Of course. That's good, she's loyal," she said, smiling. Snowstorm wasn't very loyal back at school. She backstabbed everywhere without remorse. But these ponies... They were different. Maybe they deserved to be friends with her. She brushed the thought off.

Snowstorm stared at him. "That's why you're sweating? And twitching? Because you want apples?" she asked. She sighed. "Apples it is then," she said. "Nothing more exquisite?" she asked, hopefully. She had far more than enough bits for it. And maybe she might buy for them too.

"So," He started, "Where are you from? You don't seem like the type that travels very often." he said, taking a bite of the dumplings he got. 

 

"Manedon," she said simply. "We travel often, actually. Manetaly, Prance, Germaney, places like that."

He didn't particularly care for his newly found biological father, but it would be useful to know more about him besides the basics.

He then turned to Snowstorm, "And I've been to Prance before. I went for an art gallery opening with my dad" He said, leaving out the part where his dad made off with a priceless painting. "Very exciting place."

Snowstorm laughed lightly. "I guess it is," she said. "Or maybe the pony that told me knows only about Camp Halfblood. I'm Snowstorm, daughter of Khione," she said. That was all she knew, though. And that she had an uncontrollable ability to change the temperature.

The gorgons laughed at her bluff.
Was there any end to this torture? Every day a new fight, more injuries, constant running. If only she had a place to go, someplace where there were more ponies like herslf. Somewhere safe...

Snowstorm finished cleaning up her tiny mess (although it only took but a second) and got up from the chair. As she turned around, she noticed the pony flying away from the gorgons. "Look!" She exclaimed to Grell, Leif, Silver, Dead Eye, and Panomma. She pointed to what was happening, concerned.

In a split second desicion, Eternity swung around and charged the gorgons. She whipped out her dagger and slashed. A gorgon screamed and burst into golden ichor.

"Great" she snarled "It will take forever to get that out of my mane"

 

She glanced down and was startled to see a small group of ponies staring up at her. I wonder what they see? She thought. A crazy mare swatting at a group of pigeons probably.

Snowstorm gaped and turned back to the group. "How did she... I couldn't hurt any of the monsters." She looked back up at the mare. "Should we call her down?" she asked them. "She looks like she might need some help. It's safer to be in groups than singular, after all."

Leif smiled summoning vines from the earth that stretched up and grabbed the gorgons and tied them up pulling them closer to leif their eyes where covered by Leafs "hey do you mind coming down here for a moment" Leif called

Grell pulled out his scyth "shall I end them" grell asked

She landed a few feet away, her chest heaving.

"Who are you?" she demanded, her voice harsh. "How can you see the monsters?"

She looked at the group warily, ichor drifting from her coat onto the ground.

Grell looked at her and cut the head of a gorgon off with his scyth " I think we can ask you why you are being so harsh" grell said

Panomma was circling her giving her a wide berth

Eternity stared at the vines wrapping around the gorgons in shock. These ponies could see them? She landed a few feet away, her chest heaving. "Who are you?" she demanded, her voice harsh. "How can you see the monsters?" She looked at the group warily, ichor drifting from her coat onto the ground.

 

"Good question." Dead Eye said as he put an arrow in between a Gorgon's eyes and watched it explode into golden dust. "But a thank you would be appreciated" he then notched another arrow and let it fly towards a Gorgon. "And you may want to take a shower later. That stuff dries quick, and then you'll really feel like crap."

"I've... I've just never met other ponies who can see these things" she said warily. "And I have learned to be wary of anypony I meet."

She scuffed her hooves. These ponies didn't seem so bad... but she had to careful. Even beautiful flowers have thorns.

 

"Thank you for the help, though. I appreciate it. Gorgons are.. a hassle for me."
