I'm not sure when exactly, but it would be around a holiday. Hmm...How about Winter Wrap Up? Spring starts March 20th, so it would be the week leading up to that. There's also Hearts and Hooves Day on February 14th. It also depends somewhat on my free time. ^^; I'm able to offer this many prizes because winter break just started, so hosting the contest at other times may mean there are fewer prizes.
