A pony stepped off of the large cruiser ship. Soldiers saluted as the President that is responsible of controlling the Northern Amareican Continent arrived. Project Alpha, or aka, Brave Ideals stepped down. Smiling at the soldiers he approached the capital. The New Equestrian residents bowed. Everything was going along as planned for the New Equestria Project.

"Well looks like I'll need to do some waste-lander things," Draco said smiling. "Now we just need a computer to deal with it. Hmm hey do you know where the President keeps the Aurora base plans?" Draco asked the other agents then smiled to himself. He would have to interrogate the agents.

The Aurora plans weren't even on President Czar's desk or even the government's database. Only the Aurora Agency knows of its plans, even the agents aren't informed. If they were, it was only a small portion of the bases. He spoke, "No."

 

Agent 45 managed to report back to the DIO. Which then immediately shipped her to the Equestrian Wasteland to protect Ms. President. Which means no time to rest. Off she goes.

 

Things were going very well. The experimental government was going all according to plan. New Equestria is now deemed a success.

A helicopter came by as the soldiers departed. They were here way too long. They took the bodies of their fallen comrades along.

Agent 45 watched from the clearing, slowly moving. The DIO and the Aurora Agency weren't on the best of terms right now. They'll probably shoot her.

The Aurora Agent didn't hear anything as the helicopter flew out of distance. It'll take a while for them to reach a secure base.

Agent 45 watched before getting up and sighing in relief. It seems like the Aurora Agent didn't notice her. Which was always good.

Agent 45 stand there looking at the group disinterested. Agent 45 then spoke, "Greetings. I am from the DIO, entrusted by the government to watch over Ms. President for her traveling duration."

"The DIO? I thought you guys didn't do protection," Ms. President spoke.

"A new update on regulations ma'am," Agent 45 replied.

 

New Equestria was carefully regulated. Ponies visiting were treated with suspicion. No wasteland influences allowed here. No mentioning, it was considered taboo. No pictures, no books, nothing about the wasteland. Anything about the wasteland was given by the government. New Equestria was to remain pure.

The Union was planning for an extension of the barrier by 50 miles as another 100,000 ponies arrived. Selective picking or ponies born in labs. Although none were genetically engineered. It seemed like an ideal society. Far away from danger.

Draco grabbed the mare with his magic putting a old shock collar. "Do something like this and I will shock you Moonlight," Draco said "Now behave like a good filly and you might get a treat," Draco said.

Ms. President spoke, "New Equestria? That's the project the Union had been testing." Agent 45 didn't speak or show any emotion as she (Yep.) followed Ms. President.

 

"Everyone please follow the line. No pushing, no shoving please. Any items that are taboo on the list will be removed. Thank you," an Union officer spoke through the intercom at the arriving ponies. Amareica was being rather civilized about this. The ponies that went in were wowed. Actual living vegetation.

Brave Ideals studied each pony carefully from a far distance. He spoke softly to his assistant, "The new arrivals won't be bringing much trouble from the looks of it." His assistant agreed.

Draco sighed when he got things in order in New Pegas. "Let's see New Equestria. Time to start anew. What the... REALLY!" Draco yelled out as he was clearly pissed off. "Only the pure or silenced are allowed in. Bullshit complete and utter bullshit. Rune is that what you wanted a unified Equestria built on ignorance," Draco said as he then looked at the Frequncy. "So Czar you want a unified Equestria built on ignorance and purity right?"

Agent 45 only smiled at that as she activated a shield. Her shield cracked but held.

 

 

"Remember, until five years down the line, no talks about the outside world please," another Union officer spoke, "Any disobedience of this law will be fined and jailed for a month."

"Remember. The Fatherland cares for your well beings. That is why you are the privileged few to come here first."

"The Wasteland is vile and disgusting. That is why we must not speak of the place."

"The Wasteland is disgusting. Slavers and raiders. Murders. Why bring that here to this peaceful land?"

"The Union have given you ponies the right to see New Equestria as the first few. You will be the role models for when the wastelanders are allowed here."

Ms. President only watched before speaking, "Please President Czar just give him the actual information."

President Czar looked surprised before speaking, "Very well then. New Equestria was actually a mistake on the government's side. A large miscalculation within our goals. We were looking at expansion when an assembly was held. After heated arguments, we've decided to abandon the annexation of the Amareica's for now. But we couldn't give up on all of it. As such, New Equestria was built for the time being. Acting as a temporary stopgap measure and experiment.

Project Alpha was suppose to be canceled after a major fault. Now that's too late as you can see. We're now trying to fix it the best we can."

Ms. President was surprised at what she heard. That was more than what she got.

President Czar sighed at what he heard. Typical non civilized talk. At least Draco gave off good counter arguments. He spoke, "Tell that to the slaves in the Equestrian Wasteland. The ponies that want a normal life. What makes you decide who the ponies want?"

 

New Equestria seemed to follow things in order. Things were laced a bit more. Wasteland may be referenced in school. Nowhere else though.
