planning anyone care to help me plan a roleplay involving henshin heroes?

My idea for a roleplay involves a Super Sentai/Power Rangers-like group of ponies. These ponies would have a really old unicorn for a mentor. Said unicorn would be in a state of trance, only communicating to the group telepathically, though later on in the story he would gain a larger role in the group's fight against evil.

 

I'm thinking that the way most "episodes" of the story would work is that I could be PM'd ideas for MOTWs (monster of the week for those of you who don't know) and then I could possibly use said monsters for individual episodes. Of course I would have pre-planned episodes that would reveal pivotal points in the over-all series, such as the reveal of a sixth ranger, a new mech, etc. Though, said pre-made episodes could contain PM'd monster ideas. Nope

 

I'd like some help with coming up with things such as naming the unicorn, the name of their mecha as well as possible main villains. Also I'd like to know if I could improve upon any of my ideas

@@Sarge Sixteenbit, However cool this whole episodic thing is, it doesn't work. Believe me, I tried. A good idea for you would to plan out the storyline for the equivalent of a mega intro episode, and add the rest of the stuff in as plot twists. I also think, while player input is good, having them vote on the Big Bad is not.

 

However, if this thing ever gets off the ground, I could be the ancient unicorn mentor as well as provide several different Big Bads...

So instead of making it episodic like a tv show, I should make it one big story, kind of like a movie
