Steel sighed and and uses his magic to pick her up and put her on his back before taking flight "you're getting sick and you do push yourself luna I've seen it" steel said

Grell smiled "we'll they don't know what they're missing " grell said he kissed her cheek "it's late and I'm sure you have a busy schedule "

Midnight yawned, nodding. "I wish I didn't have to sleep alone every night... It sucks... That's why I was so quick on letting Flair bunk with me..." She nuzzled his chest again.

 

Luna frowned, blushing a little. "I do have wings, Steel. I could have carried myself to the room..."

Grell nuzzles her "you could sleep in here but at sunrise you'll have to either step out or go back to sleep in the coffin " grell said

Steel landed in their room "I know" steel said he noticed Luna's blush and smiled "you know you look adorable when you blush"

Luna hid her face in her wing. "Shut up," she whined, blushing more. She laid down on the bed, yawning. "I'm soooooooooo bucking tired! Ugh!"

 

Midnight blinked. "Why??" She hoped he wasn't going to be mad by her asking that.

Steel smiled even more "you're so cute when you do that Luna " steel said he walked over and began to rub her back "if your tired sleep just clear you're mind and relax"

Grell sighed "if it's all the same I'd rather not say why" grell said he wasn't mad because Anypony would ask why

Luna smiled shyly, burying her face in the pillow. "Quiiit iiiiit," she whined, blushing more. She always felt embarrassed when she's called cute.

 

Midnight nodded. "Understandable..." She stood up. "But I really should go keep Flair company. Luna would get furious if she knew I let her only son be lonely on his first night back to the castle..." She sighed, a little disappointed Flair was staying in her room.

Grell sighed "alright wait I have an idea he could crash in here to" grell said hoping to scare flair he wasn't aware of how twisted flair was

Steel smiled " what you're really cute I can't stop that" steel said knowing he was embracing her every time he said it

Midnight blinked, looking at him. "You sure?? I don't want to make you uncomfortable..." Midnight wondered why he wanted Flair in his room all of a sudden.

 

Luna whined, kicking her hind legs. "Stoooooooppppppp!" She kicked cutely, her voice giving away how embarrassed she was.

Steel laid down by Luna and nuzzled her as he laid his wing over her and pulled out his dagger And put it under the pillow"I love you Luna" steel said you could hear the affection in his voice

Domino's eye began to twitch when he realized that they were both ignoring him. Growling in frustration, he threw his hooves up defeat and glared at both of them. "Fine, don't answer me! I can clearly see I'm not wanted here. And as for you, Shadow, I'm keeping an eye on you." And with that he walked off. Muttering as he went down the hall, he sighed. "This is stupid. I work my flank off all day, I try and keep the peace, I try to provide support, and yet do I get thanked for it? No! I'm simply ignored, thrown away. I swear, if I left right now, no one would care if I'm gone. Some guard I am. Can't even recognize a Royal Bodyguard." Stopping, he looked up and out of a nearby window, staring straight at the sky. "Sometimes I wish this colony never existed. Then we wouldn't have this stupid war...I just wish to be useful. Not even my wings could wow anyone here. Perhaps I'm better off aligning myself with the Sun, rather than the Moon. At least they seem nice. Not to mention, they're not all bores like everyone here, what with their high-and-mighty attitudes and their money." Looking back at the room around him, he felt his anger begin to rise, causing his wings to go alight. Pathetic...that's what this place was! Pathetic! And needy! How dare they?! How dare they take him from his well-earned rest to have him guard some stupid nobles who didn't even thank him for his job! He was too good for these plot-holes! "Fuck it!" Domino stated, as his hoof hit the floor, cracking the tiles,"I'm joining the Sun! I don't care if I'm a deserter! I don't care if my family shuns me! I choose my own destiny! Sayonara, Moon! And heeeeeello Sun! Ahahahahahahahahahahaha!"

Grell heard the pony yelling and what not and walked out of his room "so you going to join the celestia when it's her fault you was pulled away from your vacation" grell said As dark twisted lines appeared on his legs and tracked up his body "do you really want to join her"

Lunar ran out, hearing Domino. She blinked. "Sir Domino, you need to be more brute! We don't always hear you. Please don't do this!"

 

Luna flew right in front of him. "My dear guard, please do not do this. We did not mean to upset you."

 

Midnight blinked, walking towards Domino.

Flair walks in front of domino his eyes dark blood red his cutie mark glowing " you do realize if you do go to her side you'll have to awnser to me, anyone who bretrays my mother has to awnser to me" he growls a dark growl his sadistic side showing a little.

Luna sighed, bonking Flair on the head. "Chill out, my dearest son. All will be well," she turned to Domino, "Now, please think clearly..." She used her magic to calm him so that way he can think clearly. "Please, my dearest Domino, think wisely about this..."

 

Lunar blinked, looking at Flair. -Dramatic much??- she thought, sighing.

 

Midnight heard footsteps on the roof, blinking. -What in the hay...?- She climbed out the window and flew up to the roof. "Hello?? Anypony up here??"

Flair smiled. "Sorry mother i can't believe id lose it that easily" he turns around and uses his magic to dissappear and appear behind midnight "BOOOO" He shouts throwing a prank why not it is kinda funny "Who in the hay are you talking to? Gone insane much?"

Grell still stood waiting for him to answer he was ready for a fight the dark lines had twisted up his body and a pentagram like symbol had appeared on his chest with Japanese symbols on it

The council was of one acord every member was wanti go the same thing fiend the traitor

Steel heard movement on the roof and was perplexed he put all his weapons back on on case it was another assassin

Midnight yelped, bucking him in the chest hard. She glared at him. "Stop being a child! There could be another assassin up here!" she harshly whispered, flying towards a shadowy figure.

 

Aiko was standing on her two front hooves, meditating. She had a very controlled look on her face as she stood completely still on one hoof. Her horn was glowing as she used her magic to help her focus.

Steel took flight and went out the window he had a dagger drawn along with a throwing knife he seen aiko meditating he didn't know who she was he was cautious he seen midnight flying to her he sighed and hid in the shadows and slipped through them getting in to position to attack of need be

"Ow" he rubs his chest. "The magic in the air tells me its not an assassin obviously she's...." he stares at the meditating maire. he blushes. His stare was quite obvious as he swirls up his ancient ancient magic he cast a spell that will alert everypony with one word just in case as he keeps stareing.

 Midnight blinked. "Aiko??"

 

Aiko opened her eyes, blinking. She stood right, looking at Midnight. "Oh, hello Midnight..." She bowed. "I'm sorry... Did I disturb you guys??" She walked over to Midnight and Flair.

 

Midnight shook her head, smiling. "No no, you're fine... I was just wondering who was up here..." She looked at Flair. "Flair, this is our newest royal guard member, Aiko. Aiko, this is Luna's son, Lightening Flair..."

 

Aiko bowed. "It's a pleasure to meet you..."

Steel stayed in the shadows till he was in ear shot -so this is the new guard maybe I should test her as well although she seems like she could Handle her self I'm a fight ah buck it I'll test her my self maybe she can match me ((remember his cutie mark is for the mastery of fighting with any small blade))

"N-no the p-pleasures a-all mine" he bows his head -what's wrong with me- he thought as he blushes a dark shade of red. "Your names a-aiko right?" He shakes his head trying to break free of the stuttering but fails horribly as he gulps as he bows his head also. "L-lightning Flairs my n-name."

Midnight blinked. "Didn't I just say that...?" She sighed, smiling. "So, how do you like it here, Aiko??"

 

Aiko nodded. "It seems quite nice here. I like it." She looked over in Steel's direction. "And you call that stealthy? I can here you all the way over here, Steel." She used her magic to pull him out of the shadows. "Next time, make sure you slow your breathing a bit more."

Steel smiled "very good I'll remember that though I doubt I'll be stalking Anypony with your training" steel said from the other side of the roof a single blade flew at aiko the blade it self was as black as as the shadows and even though it moved with great speed it made no noise
