[Mr. Critical 434]

Plot: for four years now, Mr. Critical has lived in ponyville under the guise of a film critic, working for the ponyville daily. But he has a secret. The Critic has intelligence to vast for any normal pony to have. But then again, he's not exactly in the demographic of normal. Some strange events are unfolding through out the universe, and Critic is dead set on finding out what it is. But he can't do it alone...

 

OOC: this is my first rp. And im doing a two person rp, because its easier to keep track of only two people. Yes I know this a shameless self projection and ego booster. I project because it helps me rp better. Its called immersion. Besides, people say an ego is good to have. At least the ones I talk to. And yes, I am a fan of doctor who, which explains the whole... tardis thing. But, I will use my own ideas and won't directly steal from the series. I will make up my own ideas. And you are free to contribute.

 

Rules:

-This is an adventure rp(and depending on who joins and where they take this maybe some others) so stay with the critic unless you want to make things more dramatic. In which case, let me know if you're going to do that.

-No godmodding. I will not stress this enough. Don't. Do it. But I may throw in some convieniances in there to assist the heroes. Hey, good guys gotta win some how. But I will try to make it as plausable as possible.

-I'll be making an OOC if you want to talk off... screen? So we can discuss where we would like the story to go.

-No mary/gary sue. Even my character has limits. Don't need yours to make him look bad with their... perfectness.

-Keep it clean. I will allow swearing, but if things get a little, um... "hot", I must advise you to keep it pg-13... or do it off screen. Speaking of which...

-adding characters are advised. There are only the two of us. And you can't have a story with two people. So, I was gonna do that later. You can too, but tell me first.

-and anything else I forget. You know what they are... hopefully.

I don't know. Not a lot of people were responding, and to be honest I'm having second thoughts. I think I'm gonna kill this rp, until I can rebuild it from the ground up. Maybe I'll remove the 1onq thing when I do.

I never started the rp. I was thinking of ending it because the response was slow. But if you want to play I guess I'll checknout your ocs and see which would be good for the role... or I could remove the 1 on 1 thing if no one else joins.

Ok, it's time travel, so I think Thunder Dash will have to do. Disregard the "brother of Rainbow Dash" thing, as that was way back when I first put him in the OC catalog and replace with a random pegasus, if you want to.

Okay, this is how this is going down.Since more people joied than anticipated, I changed the number allowed. So,nif your name is up on the first post,nthen you're in. There's a link in said post taking you to an OOC page for this rp. There we can discuss where the story will go. If you want to try something unexpected and want it to be a suprise to the other players, message me and I'll think about what you will propose. just like to ask could my character dawn be in this, i have many different back stories for her many of which include the doctor (right now her backstory is the one where celestia banishes her for 3200 years sooooo) and i am also a doctor who fan so i know everything,the only thing you have to judge dawn off of is her personality so here

 

considering she was banished for 3200 years,dawn has now become half self absorbed half seeing the world in eyes that tell her a lot of things are cruel and hate her although she's recently learned that isn't the case the world doesn't give a crap about her and that's led her to be a bittersweet character,she'll be nice one minute and horrifically mean the next although her "bad side" as she calls it only come's out when she's really angry with some one.She can act selfless if given the chance and prefers to stay to the shadows but once you have her on an adventure no matter how hard you try,you can't lose her,she may stray behind but she'll catch up later,even if she gets lost mostly,she's a nice alicorn with a lot of potential she just doesn't know because she's still ajusting to society

(NOT over powered she can't use magic for anything but levitating something light or kinda flying)
