Willow woke up. She saw Wanderlust sleeping beside her, and gently shook her. When Wanderlust wokw up, she said "Wanderlust, can we go find the others? I think we have been alone for a long time now and they could be anywhere by now." But there was one thing. Willow was engulfed by black flames. Her tail, mane, hooves, and wings were on fire, and her eyes were devoid of any color.

Wanderlust looked at Willow and felt like his heart was breaking he didn't know what was happening to the filly or how to stop it. She seemed okay though he prayed to all the different deities he had heard of in his travels for a way to help her. In the meantime she might not have noticed how she looks and he couldn't lie to her, "Willow are you sure you feel okay?" He put his hooves around her finding the cool fire to still be a strange feeling, "you're on fire..."

Willow was having trouble breathing, and she was slowly going crazy... "Heh. My little brother always thought rainbows were cool, but I don't know why he popped that balloon... Oh hey, Chilly Bones. Very nice hat you have there, but why is it made of dirt? Ooh, a squirrel. " Willow looked at empty space, running aroun in circles, chasing a squirrel that was never there. The corruption comepletely took over her mind.

(Yeah they took the weapons steel can still have the hidden razor blade. I would suggest escaping from the cells you have literally the two strongest members of the pack next you right now, both are supposed to be big battle type bosses and I never planned for the group to fight both at once )

 

Rex didn't even bother to watch the squabble, he didn't care which dog one as long as he made his point. He spoke to the mare,"oh just wait till the stone seer gets here." He looks at steel and then grell, "I am protected from such things." He gestured to his armor, "but my servants aren't and I can't have them getting hurt can I?" He gestured to the lieutenants whose battle had just ended, Gibbs lay on his back with the dagger clutched in his paw while Roxxy was on top of him with her fangs sunk deep into his neck. She pulled away and licked the blood from her lips and kneeled before her alpha.

"Are you not such a good boy? Yes you are! Yeeees you are! Its a giant mushroom! Maybe he is nice!" Willow started waving her hands and chanting "ooOOooOoooOoOOooooOOoo! Giant mushroom! Lead me to him!"

 

(That giant mushroom part was an Avatar: The Last Airbender reference. That was the perfect place to put it!

He clasped her head in his paws and stared into her eyes, "no you called me ugly and smelly and the seer is very much both. Maybe I'll give you to him as a toy. But first." He pulls another blade from his belt this one very short to short to do fatal damage and slams it into Star's side, "I love torturing mares and I have many many knives made to inflict pain." Roxxy said nothing but glared at Steel.

Alpha Rex casually reaches out a paw and a red aura surrounds Steel and slams him to the ground, the weight is all over his body like he is being smothered it is difficult breath, "did you think I wouldn't notice you slipping your chains? For that the knife stays in your little marefriend."

 

A door at the back of the room behind the throne clattered open and the stone seer entered.

 

The stone seer was an ancient decrepit diamond dog, he walked with a limp and wore an elegant silk robe that only exposed his face. His face was a horror to behold, the left side of his face was covered in a huge slashing scar and the area where his left eye should have been was bulbous and swollen. The eyelids to the left eye were sown shut both across two lids and down along the scar to form a + over the swollen mound. His other eye was cloudy as if blind but he showed no difficulty in seeing and the eye looked over each pony before it focused on Rex.

 

His voice was raspy and dry, "My alpha you called for me?"

 

Rex's face was contorted in distain and disgust, "yes mad dog, I am in need of your particular services."

 

"Hmmmm mmmmm hmmm" the old dog nodded his head while he hummed and his dry lips cracked open to reveal jagged teeth stained yellow and brown in a wicked smile and a sour stench came from his mouth to fill the room as he spoke, "I foresaw that you would."

(I know, Avatar is amazing.)

(Switching between dealing with you and them is really weird and kind of disturbing cause both are equally terrifying situations but in completely different ways)

 

Wanderlust spotted hoofprints that were strangely sunk into the earth, 'only Runedawn could do something like that!' They lead back toward Ponyville. He started running down after the tracks as fast as he could carrying both a stallion and the filly but his adrenaline made him faster than ever before, something was wrong, horribly wrong both with Willow and the group he had to find out what. And hoped beyond hope that he could find help or help his friends in time."

His sentence was cut off by wanderlust running through the forest, making all sorts of noises. Branches breaking, hooves galloping and a little filly on his back making all sorts of weird noises.

(I've got Embers on my back too, I figured sapphire would have looked for Grell when he was gone but didn't want to control so I just left her out our camp was outside Ponyville so Chilly was probably pretty far away at least in my head)

 

Wanderlust turned on a dime toward Runedawn's voice, he stopped inches from the stallion ignoring Chilly glaring behind them. "Willow is sick! Really sick! And the others are gone and embers has fresh stitches. I-I don't know what is going on!"

OooooOOOOOooooOoooOooOOOOOOoooooOooo!" Willow's expression was a genuine Derpy face. "Do you know the muffin pony, the muffin pony, the muffin pony."

Willow waved her forelegs in the air. "ooOOOoooooOoooOOOOOOooooOOOOOOOoooooooooOOOOOooo!!!" Willow seemed innocent. The cold fire was gone, but her eyes looked cloudy, as if she were blind.

(You do realize you are in the lair of what is right now the secondary major villain right? Also he now has his general and seer in the room the most powerful fighter and Mage in this pack, each is supposed to be a challenge to the group on there own, I think it will be Epic to see but this is not a good situation to fight in. But it is true to your characters so I won't stop you)

 

The alpha doesn't even look at steel keeping him pinned with one hand, "fine stop your whining, your new masters are speaking." He reach out with the aura of his other hand to slide the knife free, then runs his paw over her wound as runes on different parts of his armor glow green when he moves the paw the wound is healed. He looks at star, "don't make me put it back in... until later."

 

Roxxy snarls and throws herself at Grell, she now has the knife from Gibbs corpse. Cujo moves incredibly fast and in complete silence behind Grell unsheathing a large Earthstrikers hammer.

Wander walked slowly beside Runedawn while the filly on his back screamed nonsense, wanderlust let his head hang low, "thanks" he didn't sound very enthusiastic. The group he had decide he would stay with was half gone and the filly he had promised himself to protect had gone mad. 'This is what I get for deciding to stick around, this is what happens when I choose to care.' He thought glumly. He kept moving while Runedawn talked and he gave him the answers to the questions he asked Wanderlust but inside Wanderlust was day dreaming he was already hundreds of miles away looking at the deserts of Saddle Arabia turned to glass by the firestorm. They would be beautiful.

 

(I need to get some sleep but yeah feel free to play that wander is answering if you question him about Willow, he's just half there now because he just wants to escape what is happening.)

 

Seeing Wanderlust the small Flying Cinnamon Squirrel happily flew out of Everfree Forest and onto his back landing and staring at the filly sitting there hope she might feed him.

When embers woke up back at the camp, he was cold, he got up and started looking around for his cape that he had givin willow, he saw her talking about small flying cinnamon squirrel and sighed, he found it a little away, he put it back on, thanked grell, and went back to the cave

 

Sapphire stared at embers leave, "Grell, you can heal ponys FAST!"
