Seth too was getting sick and tired of this mess. "It's called a bloody war crime because you attacked an enemy leader that we have been at war with. We still technically are at war with Chrysalis anyway." He said, glaring at the pony, barring his canine teeth. "Again, I don't know all the facts about equestrian law, but what happened there... that can't just be forgotten." The wolf looked to the others, expecting support to this.

Doc sighed and rubbed his temples. He looked up blearily. He was mentally exhausted. " look, Chrysalis can't remember a thing. She is now a good pony and as far as my observations show he has no evil tendencies whatsoever. I if it makes you feel better we can keep her under surveillance. Bottom line, she is not currently a threat. All things considered I would say what Drone did was a good thing in the end. He got rid of a major enemy without actually killing anypony. You must look at the facts. The truth is no harm was really done."

Seth looked to the Doc. "So you are saying that the changeling queen is hear, and you've been hiding her from me?" He questions. To tell the troth, he was a bit ticked. "You guys are unbelievable. I not only had a to shoot a pony out of the sky" Turns to @Doc. Volt. "Sorry about the wing, by the way." Turns back. "But this guy has a nearly indestructible suit and he himself is as hard to kill without it, but you also have the leader of the changeling hive inside this vary building. If anything, this almost looks like you set me up to take me out. You have plenty of evil, and you can easily overpower one wolf. Wow, I should be more careful." He said with a fake laugh and his anger grew.

he made a step behind Seth and sat on the groung looking away from the house, grinding his own theeth in frustration

Flash could feel the situation slipping out of control. He felt nervous and frustrated at the same time. He looked at firebrand who wore a serious expression. Doc face hoofed and said "Ugghh are all you warriors this paranoid? We are protectors, not warriors. We are not warcriminals and we did not set you up! No one here is evil. So far you and Volt are the only ones here who are ready to take someone out. All we want is peace! Can you please get that through your head?" Firebrand walked up behind Doc and put a calming hoof on his shoulder.

After holding his anger for as long as he could, he could tell he was on the losing team. He let his head sag as he sighed. "...Ok... I won't take him in...myself. However, I... I can't just let it go. This is obviously not a wolven matter, but it does involve your government. I'm going to bring this up with the princess. If she wants to lay down a ruling, then so be it. I'm sorry... but my loyalty is to my people." He said as he began walking towards the door.

Doc and the others sighed in relief. Firebrand nodded and said "thank you that's all we ask for. If the princess speaks we won't go against her. We too are loyal to our country and our people. But we are also loyal to our friends, so until we are ordered by authority we are obligated to protect our friends. I would hope you understand that." Flash nodded in agreement, "We won't go against the Princess. We're not traitors."

Seth looked at the three of them. He felt like he was betraying them when he should not have been involved himself. At the same time, he had a loyalty to his ponies and wolves alike; they counted on him to make sure this kind of pony doesn't cause any more harm.

 

"Thank you for being cooperative in all of this..." he said in a suppressed tone as he walked out of the lab. "Volt... if you still want to tag along, I could stop by a med lab and see what I can do for that wing." He gave the pegasus a subtle smile, indicating he just wanted somepony to talk to.

Volt looke at Seth, relaxing and sitting down, he then sighed and looked at him, all of his nager slowly melting away..

"ok friend... maybe.. but i am sure it would be all right.. just give it time... *sigh* all of this is just so weird.. maybe it would have been better if i stayed wtih the compnay.. i thought i would enjoied the freedom.. but i fell chained again.. can't we leave? leave this shit, leave those ponies and whatever screw the mission! let's just live our lives.. sigh.. i could use a cider or something alchoolic so much right now.... " he said starting to slowly walk in circles

Seth, hearing Volt's decision, sighed. He looked at all the ponies around him, each holding their own little tail of life. He thought about himself and then the others. "You know what. I'm done. Volt's right, or at least in regards to me." He said, sitting at the door. "I am a thousand year old war hero trying to live in the glory days. Sure I may only be thirty in respect to the physical, I feel ancient." He said, running a paw through is fur along his eye scar. "I believe it's time for me to retire and find myself a life that doesn't involve killing or life-or-death situations. I just can't adapt to this world any more. We have the forces of nature that can turn into gods, an immortal pony with an Iron-Colt suit, and a scientist that doubles as a top notch flier with tech to match his skills. You know what... I'm good. If anypony needs me, I'll be at the closest bar trying to forget everything that happened in the last 24 hours. After that, the nearest psychologist's office to finish the job." He turned for the door and trotted out, hoping he was headed in the right direction. His wings were still rather bent out of shape from carrying Volt.
