"Okay, okay" the pony was now yelling too. "I'm sorry to scare the buck out of you guys but we really have to hur..." A armed guard looked around the corner. The resistance member instantly shot but missed. The guard got back behind the corner, screaming into his radio "We need a team at this location. Rebels are shooting, code 27. I repeat, rebels shooting."
The resistance member turned his head around. "My name is Carlos by the way. Nice to meet you" he got his sight at the corner again, got his radio up and talked, pretty calm: "Here is Carlos, I found the pony but we are under fire and the military is on its way. Requesting backup and evac."

She charged more magic in her horn as a precaution. "I-I'll c-come...I screwed up really bad...." Nuclear yelled to Carlos.

snake was on his way to a code 27 rebel firefight he had to take the stairs to get out of the base because somepony cut the power and now he wanted to kill something he and a squad of ERC as they arrived at the apartment block where the shootout was happening he ran to where the guns were going off

"Hey you didn't screw up, don't blame yourself. If anything you did good because" he shot a green electrical shot at a military troop, once it hit him his body glowed yellow then exploded with a radiated blast around him catching many others. "WHOA, whatever energy I absorbed from you, it's awesome, I don't think I have anymore after that. Do it again hit me with another one of your blasts" he said excitedly.

"Well you can test that later." he said to Nuclear and Short. "Backup is here. Follow me through the back they will fight until we're in the sewers." he said while shooting somepony in the hoof. "Guys there are some snipers out there already, I would be really happy if somepony took them down." he yelled at the other rebels. He hold his radio up: "We are on our way doc but first we have to make sure no one is following us. I found another pony that could be of interest to you..."

"Well you can test that later." he said to Nuclear and Short. "Backup is here. Follow me through the back they will fight until we're in the sewers." he said while shooting somepony in the hoof. "Guys there are some snipers out there already, I would be really happy if somepony took them down." he yelled at the other rebels. Nuclear smiled, though it was evident she was scared. "I'd rather come with you. They probably know it was me that made that large explosion." replied Nuclear ducking behind him to watch his attacks.

'Hmm...." The mare charged her horn with radiation magic, slowly releasing it in Short Circuit's direction.

'Hmm...." The mare charged her horn with radiation magic, slowly releasing it in Short Circuit's direction.

Short circuit nodded his head after feeling super charged "ALRIGHT!" His body coursed with yellowish electricity. Then emoting it at the troops "so where is our evac mister resistance man" spoke the electrical pony. "I don't wanna be shot at right now, or anyone else in that matter."

Connor sat behind cover as a pony was firing blasts of radiation at his squad he grabbed a megaphone and spoke over the noise "this is commander snake of CELESTIAS RIGHT HOOF we have you surrounded but down your weapons or we will send in the EQUESTRIAN ROYAL COMMANDOS you have five minutes to comply."

"Sir! Something is happening!"

"What?"

"Hell if I know. But it has commandos and explosions involed"

"Rally the men and load the trucks. Make sure they have masks and thier cutie marks covered"

They had twenty ponies in three stolen trucks and in one stolen jeep like car with a LMG on the top.

"Alright ponies! Let's go take the fight to them!" They all cheered. "Let's do this" The trucks had army markings so they would not be noticed for a little while. 

"This has to be fast so open fire when ready" Using holes in the side of the trucks canvas covering that was their so soldiers could fire they fired on any army personal in sight. 

"Holy shit!" Half a building was missing. "Stop the truck and cease fire!" The driver slammed on the brakes jerking everyone in the truck to bump into each other.

"Everypony out!" The troops hopped out and surrounded the commandos.

"Holy shit!" Half a building was missing. "Stop the truck and cease fire!" The driver slammed on the brakes jerking everyone in the truck to bump into each other. "Everypony out!" The troops hopped out and surrounded the commandos. "Drop your weapons!"

 

Nuclear froze, her worst fear coming true right in front of her. "No no no no no!" she cried, terrified. 

The mare charged a powerful beam of yellow magic, immediately firing the explosive charge at the group of military ponies that had just arrived, blowing up in their faces.

"Leave us alone!" she screeched, fearing for her life.

"Shit!" The group dived out of the way. Most got out but not all were so lucky.

"Get those three to the trucks! We are not losing anypony on this mission!" He turned to the pony who fired the deadly shot.

"Hey! We're on your side! That is unless the doc has betrayed us and if so we'll shoot him now!"

"Doc? Who's side are you on! When your next to a pony who just fired a bomb at resistance members it's awful suspicious" As he said that two ponies with griffon made rifles trained on Docter Dash's head.

"And you there who fired at us! We don't want to hurt you. Unless you with Celestia..."

Short circuit shot a last of electricity at a troop, putting it down. Things didn't looked so hot, they were standing on what used to be a building, barely still standing. The mare was scared to, it was like a nuclear bomb set to go off on anything that moved. Sure, he would survive the blast. But then again, no one in district four would be able to survive.

 

He turned to nuclear, and put a hoof on her shoulder "look, everything is going to be all right they aren't going to hurt us, and if they try, we can easily blow their little base sky high" (lol that rhymed) "if anything happens I'll be there to protect you ok?" He asked the scared mare, trying to calm her down.

Atlas radio came made some noises "Atlas it's me the doc, I'm still on your side, I sent Carlos to get those ponys to me. Don't hurt them, I repeat do not hurt them"
"Carlos tell them to stop now and get the fuck out of there. The situation is escalating a little bit"
Carlos turned around to Circuit and Nuclear "You guys stop now. You heard the doc, we have to get out of here."

Loyalty was talking to Atlas again "Get cover now. Some pegasus are on their way with a prototype I made. Didn't want to waste it already as it takes many and expensive materials." he laughed, then talked serious again "Tell me when you and your troops got in cover."

Nuclear flinched at Short Circuit's touch but listened, the yellow glow of her magic fading. "Ok....." she replied, lowering her ears.

 

Her yellow eyes glanced at Carlos. "Where do we go then?" she asked before looking at Short Circuit, nervously. From her body language it was easy to tell she was still afraid,

Some of the military troops were shooting in, short circuit, doing his best, used a electro magnetic pulse to stop the bullets momentarily. Then he started to shoot lightening bolts at their guns to make them explode in the troops face. "Note to self, guns are very dangerous with electricity" he murmured.

 

He then pushed the fridge out to create cover. From the bullets. "Ok mister, show us where to go" he asked Carlos

"Well..." Carlos said "I vote for the backdoor. Everyones for it? OK. Then lets go. You two go first and I will cover you. After that you two give me cover and I come after you. If we're at the back of the apartment building, we should look for a drain like thing. So on three you run, one... two... three..."

Short circuit instantly did a rodeo run. Pulling nuclear with him, running and crouching. Once out the back door, he saw a power regulator. He was out of energy so he needed more. "One second" he got close to it and opened his wings and electricity jumped from the box into his wings, his chest and forelegs.

 

The box then stop working and the energy was drained from it. "Ahhh that's better. All juiced up" he said to nuclear.

Nuclear yelped with surprise when Short Circuit pulled her with him. But after watching him absorb the energy from the generator looked at him with a mixture of curiosity.

She nodded to silently answer his statement before looking behind themselves. The magic from her horn spread to cover her entire body with a thin magic veil.

"Anypony that comes close is gonna get burned real bad....or worse" she warned as a small smile appearing on her face, the radioactive magic giving off slight heat. It was obvious that she was controlling the magic so that it wouldn't hurt Short Circuit.

"Ok then...interesting, is it a sort've unstable energy....what's the term for it....nuclear right? Don't know what it is about it, but that energy really can give my abilities a big boost." Said the electrical Pegasus. Getting curious about her abilities. Information could be useful while they had the time to collect.

It was awfully tempting for Nuclear to completely info dump everything she knew about nuclear energy and bombs. But it wasn't the right time. They were still in the middle of a war zone.

So the mare merely settled for grinning at Short Circuit.

"Buck yes!. One of the strongest energy sources known to Ponykind!" she stated proudly, her eyes gleaming with excitement.

[Occasus 14]

"Ohhh Loyalty will love to talk with you" Carlos said, smiling at Nuclear "Well there is the entrance to the sewers" he pointed at a round object on the ground. "If we take the most short route it will only take 5 minutes till we're at the HQ" he couldn't really speak while taking the cover of the entrance. "After you two" he looked at Nuclear and Circuit. "To every resistance member that joined the firefight, we got the package and I will take them home now. Atlas is now commanding you all. May magic be restored! Carlos over" he put the radio away and waited for them to go down into the sewers.
