"Maybe you can make me a weapon that utilizes my abilities, like I dunno something that can give me energy so I don't have to juice myself up all the time from other power outlets" he said becoming a little greedy.

 

Once he heard what snake had screamed he soon became aware of what was happening "ok...bad problems"

"Wait a second... Carlos told me you can utilize electric energy and that Nuclear pony can charge you up? So you can handle his energy? Then I got the perfect weapon for you. It was ready since a  long time ago but I never had sufficient power to make it usable, but with you two ponies help I could make the most powerful handguns ever possible. I think your static charge sets off the bullets in conventional guns but with that type of gun..." Loyalty didn't end the sentence but a big smile got onto his face. "We have to get to my lab! Now!"

Because you know how nerves use electrochemical signals to send from the brain to parts of the body.... Well I can hold energy without frying my cells. As long as I got a power source nearby, because I can't create it. Only hold mass mounds of it.....sorry I had to research why I can do this" he said explaining his nerdy explanation. He followed quickly behind loyalty.

"But we are under attack you guys!" yelled Nuclear, stopping in place. "We have to follow Atlas or else we'll get killed!"

She was all for helping improve the weapons for the Resistance but this was no the best time.

Nuclear groaned in frustration, whipping her head between following Atlas and following Short Circuit. "Bucking hell...." she swore under her breath following Short Circuit.

"RAT TRAP HAS THE GREEN LIGHT ALL UNITS GO GO GO" *BOOOOOOM* a giant chunk of wall had been blown away and they had even killed a few ponies that where on the other side snake ran in along with a couple hundred soldiers and fifty Equestrian commandos the battle had begun.

"Ahhh buck here comes mister comand-" bullets flew over his head, he rolled to the left. "Nuclear take loyalty to science room or where ever he was going I'll cover you till I'm out of juice" the yellow Pegasus shouted determination flaring in his eyes. His hooves coursed with lightning, aiming it he shot some bolts.

"Ahhh buck here comes mister comand-" bullets flew over his head, he rolled to the left. "Nuclear take loyalty to science room or where ever he was going I'll cover you till I'm out of juice" the yellow Pegasus shouted determination flaring in his eyes. His hooves coursed with lightning, aiming it he shot some bolts.

"Hey! Grab the egghead stuff and get to the trucks! We're bugging out!" He grabbed a radio in a truck next to him. 

"All units! Discrict four HQ has been compremised! I repeat compromised! We are taking heavy losses and are retreating!" He was about to put down the radio and go back to firing until a responce came over the line.

"This is the discrict three commander. The VIP convoy has just entered the city and heading near you. This may be a big bill but can you swing around and get the VIP as you retreat?"

"We'll try but no promises. Out!" Great... It's early... Atlas had a choice to make. Risk some of his ponies and snag the VIP or get out.

"You two! Go tell Loyalty to grab everything he can carry and take a truck to district two" He flew to one of the Humvees landind on top of it.

"You and you. Get two trucks full of ponies and follow me. We're getting Shining Armor!"

 

Meanwhile outside...

 

An army radio at their foward operating base crackles to life.

"Commander! You have new orders to break off half of your troops to district eight. Reason is unknown but it was ordered by somepony in the top brass so get your flank on it! Out!"

OOC: This may seem like a power abuse on my part but you will understand why this happens soon. Like in a few posts soon.

@@Thepumpkinking, If you want Short to join the Shining Armor raid you are going to have to get in a truck in your next post. Atlas is getting out and isn't waiting. Same fyou Nuclear.

Nuclear swore loudly, running after Atlas. "Grab what you can and get out! They're gonna leave you!" she shouted at Short Circuit and Loyalty.

 

She formed a radiation based shield around herself before jumping into a truck. She wanted to survive but also help in some way or another

"Okay guys. We will be right back. If it takes longer than 2 minutes... you know what to do..." Loyalty turned around and jump down the stairs leading to the lab. "What was the code again?... Oh yeah I got it." he was entering the four digit code. "Let's see what we need the most..." he grabbed a bunch of books, some rolled blueprints, a few small things and a heavy bag with some radiation and HV signs on it. "Ok thats all I need, I just have to activate the self destruct... I hate to lose so much work... wait a second... Circuit you work like some sort of capacitor don't you?" he was looking at Short Circuit...

"Um...ya I suppose you can say that, why?" Questioned the Pegasus. Everything was now set to go, all he had to do was get on the truck to kidnap shinning armor. To short circuit, he didn't know anything about shining armor....the less you know about some one the better, just incase you hesitate on ending a life.

" I have some kind of ancient device but I could never deliver a high enough energy peak to it because the caps would blow up but you can take multiple times the charge of them." he was moving a part of the wall to the right. "Here it is but I think you need to charge up somewhere first... can you charge on a fragment of an Element of Harmony?"

He then cracked his neck and started jumping like rocky before a match started. "Don't worry doc , I got enough energy in my to charge several of these things right now" he then took a breathe, and aimed his hooves for the device "here we go" suddenly electricity was jumping from his hooves and forelegs into the device. Once done his hooves smoked and he looked a little drained "ok.....maybe that needed more energy then I thought.... But it's done..." Said the Pegasus low on energy. He looked as if he was sick.

"Yeah that's what I thought too... Nuclear could be helpful right now... Try charging with this fragment. We all know it has really high energy in it."
"45 Seconds left!" a mechanical voice reminded anybody in the lab of the ongoing countdown. "You should better hurry. I hope it does what I think it does or else our day may be ruined..." Loyalty had to smile... even if the situation wasn't that good

Short circuit nodded his head. Once he touched the fragment, something else he had....visions. Things that were going to happen, and things that were supposed to happen.

 

He came back to reality. No electrical energy came from the actual shard. Still drained he looked at loyalty. "Wait...aren't you coming? And what about that gun you were talking about before....

"Did you not get any electrical energy at all? Yeah I got the gun, still have to make some modifications and you need to be as charged as possible... but I got something else here." he gave Circuit a staff like weapon. "It can double or triple the electrical energy in you lightnings. And that for the normal energy cost. It never worked like it should have. Whatever I would do, it would shock the gunner too."

Short circuit nodded his head. "Ok...cool, but we gotta get outta here now" He explained putting the staff on his back. It'll suffice for now, plus if he needed range he could throw electricity. And then for the close combat he had the staff. "That shard didn't give me squat, but I did get some visions....but that's for later we need to move now if we want that truck to be our ticket out of here"

"You pesky little soldiers and guards should better run" Loyalty was talking over the intercom. "I can't leave them here without a warning, don't want to feel guilty for what will happen here. Ok let's go now. Follow me." he said, running towards the exit of the lab.

"You pesky little soldiers and guards should better run" Loyalty was talking over the intercom. "I can't leave them here without a warning, don't want to feel guilty for what will happen here. Ok let's go now. Follow me." he said, running towards the exit of the lab.

Short circuit nodded his head and ran for the door. Once close enough he opened the door and pulled out the staff, electricity shot from each end. He quickly took down a couple guards that tried to interrupt their exit. "Hmm...my style" he said chuckling looking at the staff.

 

Short circuit pointed towards the truck that nuclear and atlas were on "alright let's go doc." He said heading for the truck.

"Activating manual self-amber-mechanism." Loyalty yelled, pushing some buttons on a remote. A loud siren started. "EVACUATE! NOW!" an even louder voice said. Loyalty jumped right into the back of the truck, while giving Circuit cover. "Ok let's get the heck out of here. You don't want to be here now." he was holding his hoof out, ready to grab Circuit.

Short circuit threw the staff onto his back and jumped up to grab loyalty's hoof. Once in the truck a couple bullets came out them, he threw out a electromagnetic wave, stopping some of the bullets. But one got threw and hit short circuit in his side "you little" he shot a bolt of energy hitting the gun of a soldier who shot him, making the gun explode blasting the troop apart. He got in the back and fell on his side holding the wound "that little bucker..." He mumbled.

"GO!" Loyalty was shouting at the driver. "Fast!" the truck did start to move. "Let me take a look." he was looking at Circuits wound. "Nothing that bad but I better fix you up. I will stop the bleeding now and when we're at another resistance base I will take out the bullet and stitch it up." he was taking a look at his watch while opening the first aid kit. "It will happen any second. Look..." he was pointing at the base they just left. A big amber-colored cloud was spreading around it a little bit... 10 seconds later the gas turned into a hard, light transparent material. "Beautiful" Loyalty whispered before getting back to fixing Circuit.

Nuclear scooted closer to Short Circuit and Loyalty. Her brow furrowed watching Loyalty clean up Short Circuit's wound. "Sorry about..you know...running to the truck ahead of you guys...." she muttered, lowering her ears guiltily. She held onto the truck with a hoof, the bumps jerking her around some.

[Occasus 14]

"It's ok." Loyalty was calm like nothing happened "Everypony got out of that situation alive. That's what matters." he was smiling while taking out a bandage and wrapping it around Circuits wound, being very careful to not push the bullet around. "It's alright, not everyone is a 'fighter'. I'm not a 'fighter' too but...." he stopped talking, having a weird look on his face. He took the bag and got a small package out of it, taking a pill from the package. Some seconds later he was carrying on like nothing happened. "But I couldn't leave my stuff there for Celestia and her army."

Snake was holding his radio in anger the damn rebels had blown there own base up with his men still inside he had already left to head to district 8 like he had been ordered to he took all 50 of the commandos and 150 soldiers meaning he had just lost around 150 men snake was not happy at all.
