gaming iRacing.com: anyone here play it?

iRacing is basically a hyper-realistic MMO racing sim from the remnants of Papyrus Design Group, but definitely not a game to play if you're used to games like Need for Speed or Burnout. However, if you're like me and you're an extreme racing nut, have a racing wheel and pedals, a decent PC (sorry Mac users, you'll have to get Bootcamp, and Linux is SOL), and a good chunk of money to spare, I recommend at least trying it out for a month. The game has pretty much any racing class you can think of, from local short track racing, to NASCAR, Formula 1 (both modern and classic), V8 Supercars, and IndyCar, just to name a few. So basically, it's got something for everyone. Anyone else here besides me play it? It's always nice to see fellow bronies on the track (ran into a few during a couple of Nationwide races, which resulted in us having heated debates about Applejack vs. other M6 character during yellow flags, much to the ire of everyone else in the race). And if you do give it a try, remember that is it not by any means an easy game. Don't give up because some rookie rear-ended you in a Street Stock race; once you're out of Street Stocks and Legends and into the D License class, you'll have a lot more fun with the more cars opened up for you to drive.

Gotta learn stuff through denial and error.
