Ace, Shadow, and the foal looked at Rye as if surprised and confused at the same time, "She Would have turned.......I know she wouldn't have wanted that..."

Ace had to escape the room. He ran out of the room looking for walkers. He didn't care about life anymore. He deserved to die a slow and painful death. 
As he ran out of the room, Forest fire called after him.
"Daddy!" 
She tried to run after him, but Shadow held her back.

Now that Kenzie was dead, for sure. Shadow wanted to figure out who killed her. She thought hard about the information that Ace gave her. "I let her die....I let her......I never even got to tell her......" He said. He sat in the middle of the hall and cried, feeling more alone then ever.

Rye raced out the room, he hadn't made it far, he ran down the hallway and created a small box of energy around him, "Somt best yourself up about this Ace, we need a leader right now, we can't have pony's around blaming themselves Ace, you've gotta be strong for Kenzie and your little foal"

With all that talking some trotters heard them. They didn't see them yet, but they were coming towards them " Guys we need to get out of here" Shadow whispered. She pulled out her revolver just in case one of them charged at them. " How do we get out of the castle?"

Back the way we came. Through the guard chambers. THis way!" He said quickly going towards the throne room with forest running next to him. He ran making sure they were following him.
(Walking dead is best tv show besides doctor who! DOCTOR WHO IS BEST! But zom-zoms are second best!)

THey ran down the halls until they reached the same spot Ace had used his amulet on the day he first met all of them. It brought back a few painful memories. His amulet glowed trying to recreate the spell, but it would only work if somepony was wiling it cast the spell.

Where do they go now? What do they do? Kenzie would know. Ace wasn't meant for this job. He was terrible at making decisions.

He looked at his group.

"Should we go back to the mansion?" He asked. He didn't know what to do.

"No that's to far and I'm tired" Shadow Dust spots a small, but great house for cover. " How about over there?" It looked really fit for cover against the trotters. No broken windows, doors were still in 1 piece, and there was even a second story. It sounded good, to good to be true...

"Forest stay with Shadow." He said to her seriously.

She nodded and stood next to Shadow, trying to stay protected and out of the way. 

Ace walked to the house slowly with his sword drawn and slowly opened the door.

Rye bucked open the doors, it was scorched inside, wallpaper falling off the walls, embers floating to the roof, how could anything survive in here? He walked in while every pony stood at the door looking at the outside of the house, "Your right about one thing Ace, it did look too good to be true" Rye didn't know how much stuff would be left here, then a thought came to mind, he could've taken the whole house down when he bucked the door down, he had to be more careful, they started to walk in, "We can't stay here, we'll be poisoned from all the smoke"
