Hugo "Hurley" Reyes -

 

He has almost all the best lines and you just root for him all the way. My favorite Lost character!   

 

John Locke -

 

Played by a terrific actor, you never know if he's totally crazy or not and whether to trust him or not. One's things for sure, he can be most convincing, whether you want to stay on the island or not.

 

James "Sawyer" Ford -

 

Starting out as the guy you love to hate the most, then becomes one of the ones you relate and sympathize with the most.

 

Benjamin Linus - 

 

As despicable of a guy he is, you can't help but love this guy toward the end. Played by a very convincing actor.
