Thunder Dash turned and saw a pegasus and a unicorn. "Yep, this is where it's gonna be." Thunder stated. "Eeyup." Big Mac asserted. "It'll be a while before it starts. We still have to finish the stage and this nice pony who we met a while back will help with the decorations." Blitz stated.

"ok ok" Times took the sandwich and took a bite "man, your right this is good. What is in it"Times said as he took another bite. He looked at the bite caught being tossed up and down by the water coming from the center piece. Times swallowed and took another bite.

She shrugged.

"Bread and whatever I find in the house that people wouldn't think is too far out of the ordinary. I think," She said, looking at her half eaten sandwich, "I think this one is cheese and honey, but I wouldn't put any money on it. Yeah, it sounds weird, but it tastes good so it can't be bad."

"huh, For something as salty as cheese and sweet as honey this is awesome" Times swallowed and took another bite. Times looked inside the sandwich and he noticed the honey. He swallowed and looked back at the bit that was being juggled by the water. "when do you think that bit is going to come down"

The creature looked at her in an analytical sense, taking in the mares fear of him. She was backing up to the entrance. "S-Stay back you... you... thing." Aaron was annoyed by this statement. "How odd. You venture up the mountain, intrude my home and threaten and insult me. How low can you creatures possibly go." He flew past her and floated in a sitting position. "However, you did make the trek all the way up here so you must want something. The question is, what is it?" Octavia looked to the being, trying to calm herself. She wanted to complain to the maker of the yellow light, but since it was this thing, that may not be such a good idea. She knew nothing about him, if he was dangerous. "I-I-I... I wanted to... play for you?" "You what?" Octavia gulped at her choice in lies. "I wanted to... play my instrument up here. But, I can't so, I should be going home now. Ta." The creature blocked her path. "If you're going to lie to me, you might want to do one that isn't thought of on the spot."

"Hm, judging by the velocity and speedi-nosity and sciency words, I'm going to predict... soon. Dude, I'm not psychic," She said, before being distracted by a handful of ponies setting up what looked like a stage,

"What're they doing over there? Wait a minute, is that annoying 'Great and Powerful' snob back again? Are they helping her set up another one of her obnoxious shows?!"

Arc looked visibly annoyed, she had been stuck in that stupid dome that Trixie had made.

"No these two pegasi are putting on a magic show. They are trying not to be boastful like Trixie. She was so annoying!" Times said before getting hit by the bit that was in the water. "ow.... hey you were right, that was pretty soon." Times said as he rubbed his head and took another bite of his sandwich.

"Uh, no, dude, I don't really think pegasi can do magic. You need to be a unicorn or an alicorn to do that. I wanna see what they're really doing, come on. Hurry up." She said, and started to walk off towards the two pegasi and the stage, without waiting up for Times.

Thunder overheard Arc's comment. He then gathered some electricity and disappeared. He then appeared right in front of her with a poof. "So...you think I don't know magic...well...you just witnessed it." Thunder stated spreading his wings in front of her. He could tell that this pony was underestimating him.

Times got up and followed "I'm telling you I talked to them earlier, Its the real deal." Times said as he walked beside her. "I starting to think you are not going to believe me until you see... AHHH" When the pegasus appeared in front of them he fell back "Again really!" Times said as he got back up.

Arc stared at the pony who appeared in front of her critically before dismissing it.

"So you can fly so fast you can't see you coming. Add in a couple of special effects and voila. Pretty convincing, but nope! So, what, uh, 'tricks' are you gonna show in your performance?"

She didn't trust that this pony nor the other wouldn't be show-offy in their show, and she firmly believed that they couldn't do magic.

"You think that was a trick?" Thunder asked. "I mean, look at me. Do I look like I have any props? No!" Thunder asked as he gathered some electricity and made a cupcake for ya. "You see, there's proof that that wasn't a "trick" as you call it." Thunder stated. He had to prove that his electric abilities were real and not just fake.

Arc stared at the cupcake, then back at the pony, then back at the cupcake, with both a frustrated and confused look on her face.

"So wait, you don't have props? But wouldn't this cupcake count as a prop, otherwise it wouldn't be real or something? YES! Caught you out! HA!" She grinned. "Whether you 'summoned' this up or not, it counts as a prop." She said. It made a lot more sense in her brain than when she said it, but she felt she got her point across well.

"Pft, go check in Sugarcube corner. There are and still cupcakes on that shelf. Just come to the show and when you leave, you'll know that the abilities I possess...are true and real." Thunder stated confidently. Thunder was not gonna let this pony humiliate him.

"Well the show is gonna be pretty boring if I'm gonna be sitting there, watching you and whoever that is," She waved a hoof in the vague direction of the other one, "Making cupcakes appear out of nowhere. No confetti or anything? Or what about making more colourfully decorated ones appear, or..." She went on listing improvements for a few minutes, without realizing she was still talking out loud, rambling on before eventually shutting up with a final "So there."

Times was stand and still sleeping "zzzzzz... wha... what are you done" Times said as he looked at his watch and yawned. "Wow you were talking for 10 minutes. Even Shard doesn't talk that long. And he likes to talk.... allot." Times said looking at Arc and then to Thunder.

"Just wait! We've got a lot of stuff in store. And don't think it has to be like that "Trixie" who showed up a while ago." Thunder stated as he went back to finish up the work. He then realized that Times was with the mare. "Oh, I didn't even see you there times. Sorry for scaring you like that again." Thunder added as he went back to help Blitz and Big Mac with the stage.

"Dude, I don't talk that much, your exaggerating again -- Hey wait, were you sleeping?!" Arc said to Times and she seemed offended for a minute, but it was soon gone, "How do you sleep standing up? Or were you pretending to sleep." She saw the pegasus walking away, "I still don't believe him. But whatever, I guess I'll watch the show when it's on, I mean I've been roped into it anyway. Also, who's Shard?"

" He is this stallion I bumped into at this bar... its a long story. Well I sleep standing up by locking up my knees so they don't bend." Times explained "Also yes you were talking that long... I have a watch... see." He showed Arc his watch it said 12:45 "see you started talking at 12:35"

Arc pulled out a small clock from her back, which had clearly ran out of batteries, and pointed at the clocks' face.

"Well my clock says that it's 11:45. Your watch is way off." She said, not noticing that the seconds hand was no longer ticking.

"I'm bored." She complained, looking around for something to do.

"your clock is out of batteries, see the seconds hand is not ticking" He said as he pointed to the red hand on the clock. "When it comes to time don't question me, I wasn't named Times for nothing." Times said feeling offended for being questioned. He pulled a battery out of his saddle bag and put it in Arc's clock.

"Yeah? Well I wasn't named Arc for... Actually, let's not discuss names. My name is abysmal, so shall we not go down that road." She said with a grimace. She hated her full name, and her parents even more so for giving it her. "Oh, thanks." She said once she heard the clock ticking again, and she put it in her bag without bothering to set the time correctly.

"Your welcome, Its weird but I just hate when a clock stops working" Times said putting the dead battery in his saddle bag "Just don't ask for my full name, please" Times said as he adjusted his glasses. Times was always embarrassed about his name: Times Stopper Hay. Mostly because of the Stopper part.

Arc paused for a few seconds.

"Sooo... What's your full name, then?" She asked, poking him. She hoped he would realize that she would, more likely than not, pester him. Not all at once, but at random times in the day.
