The Teen Titans were currently training in their Giant T shaped Tower over looking the city. It was around 8 PM.

 

Starfire's eyes glowed bright green as shot a laser out of her eyes. She was currently training. When she finished she turned to her friends. She has demolished the dummies. They sizzled and were charred. She giggled "Would one of the like to try next?" She smiled and pressed the button to replace the dummies. The floated down.

Robin nodded "nice job star, I guess I'll give it a shot." He said, before jumping into the air and throwing robinrangs (is that what he calls them?) at a few targets, and taking care of the rest with his staff. "Hah, there we go. So who wants to go next?" He asked, sitting up new targets.

 

Zain sighed as he watched them train. He wasn't in the mood and didn't feel like it was worth it. "Why should I train to destroy a few dummies? With the ring all I need to do villains is blast them, beat them up with constructs or fling them into space... Well, maybe not space. Wanna keep them alive for prison I guess." He thought jokingly

Starfire giggled "Much wows from me Robin!" She pulled him into a bone crushing hug. She said "I Am very glad I join the Teen Titans! It is so much fun!" She giggled gleefully. Still hovering in the air.

 

(Yeah I think thats what he calls them. But if they don't we will stick to Rabonrangs anyway)

"I'll try!" Beast Boy said as his voiced cracked. The dummies were replaced and Beast Boy transformed into a large dragon, he proceeded to burn every dummy to a crisp with his fire breath. "DONE!" Beast Boy yelled as he transformed back to his normal body and then he started to giggle.

Raven, observing along with the others, with her attention to Beast Boy, questioned the training session.

 

"Would it not be more effective to fine-tune our skills on targets that actually pose a challenge? Forgive me, but these dummies are... dumb."

 

She stated, not meaning to attempt humor.

Robin held back a grunt of pain to avoid offending the alien girl and smiled "n-no problem. But just know this job isn't all fun, we're superheroes now, so we need to be vigilant for crime in the city." He said, slipping out of the jug and landing gracefully. "That's why we're training." He said, before turning to raven. "Sorry, but this is all we've got for now." He said with a shrug

 

Zain chuckled at robin's predicament as starfire seemingly cracked his bones with a single hug. "Well, I guess your right. But all I really need to train is my mind and will, no muscle required with the ring." He said with a smile

Starfire said "Well we could always use the dead carcasses of the glorpps! Well.. They might get slim everywhere.. And they do explode when set on fire.." She frowned and said "OH I KNOW! I must go get them!" She raced to her room and came back with a bag. She opened the bag and it contained a bunch of hollowed shells about the size of beast boy. She said "Their Silkies old shells! They grow over time! And I want to dispose of them before their to big!" She dumped them on the floor. They cracked but still remained hard. She hooked them up to the posts and shot her lasers at them. It took about 7 of them for it to Finally shatter. After finishing off all five she re hooked them and said "Raven why don't you try?"

"Cooool!" Beast Boy exclaimed as he raced over the shells to check them out. "What can they do while their alive hopefully they are pretty cool maybe I can become one of them sometime, although I hope I wouldn't be all slimy hopefully" Beast Boy had a huge grin on his face.

Raven sighed, and hovered to the training area. Then engulfing each shell in a black aura, she chanted,

 

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos" 

 

And with the last syllable, each shell exploded simultaneously. She then landed and walked back to the group, and said to Starfire.

 

"I still fail to see any challenge."

Meanwhile, some others were also training. Ariel and Terra were out in the middle of nowhere: a field of sandy earth littered with numerous stones and boulders. It was one of Terra's favorite places to train, and she had brought Ariel out here to hone the unicorn's inherent magical talents.

 

Terra took to the air with one powerful sweep of her wings. Her eyes started to glow yellow, a similar aura surrounding a group of nearby boulders. The boulders began to float, lifted by the pegasus's power over earth, and then were launched straight at Ariel - a test to force her to think fast.

 

Ariel quickly summoned a large shield construct from her magenta magic to deflect the boulders. Her shield was able to take the brunt of the impact from the boulders, but ultimately ended up shattering under the force of it. And when the shield shattered, Ariel was blown back from the recoil. She landed hard on the ground, the little pebbles and stones digging into her. She laid there a few moments, letting out a groan of pain.

 

Terra returned to the ground, folding her wings to her sides as she approached Ariel, seeming a little disappointed. "I know you can do better than that. Your shield wasn't dense enough; what happened?"

 

"I can't control it," Ariel muttered as she struggled back onto her hooves. "Not completely. They have the final say."

 

Terra tilted her head slightly in confusion. "And who would 'they' be?"

 

"My powers. They- They have a mind of their own. I just ask them to do what I'd like them to do. Sometimes they do it, sometimes not so much."

 

At that, the pegasus mare shook her head. "Nonsense. I know you can control  your powers. I've seen it. You just need to learn how to control them a little better."

 

Ariel lowered her head and sighed, knowing that she was in for more rough training.

Starfire said "Well maybe were done for training tonight?" She fake yawned and walked to the living room. She turned on the tv and grabbed a bowl of popcorn. It was about 9:30 and she yawned for real.

 

(I love that you got the chanting right! Thats actually my Ipad backround. Raven saying Azarath Mention Zinthos! )

Zain shrugged "gotta agree with raven, I don't really see the point. With my powers I could do this easily." He said, as a glowing green aura surrounded him. "We need a real challenge, not stick figures and eggshells." He said, gesturing to the broken mess all over the floor and smiled

Starfire said from the couch "Well I'm tired.. I don't want to train anymore!" She whined. She chewed her popcorn and frowned as the titans clearly didn't like her ideas. She threw her popcorn aside and stormed off to her room.

 

(Yuna Kim didn't win.. She didnt fall while the little Russian girl fell twice! YUNA Should have won..)

(Also You guys even here? :C If not i'm sorry... I don't want to disturb anyone. I will just post..)

 

Starfire Crawled in her bed and thought about home. Her sister.. She missed Blackfire the most. A single tear fell from her eye. SHe wiped it away and said "Im here now.. I chose to come here.."

Beast Boy quickly transformed into a dog and all the popcorn off of the floor and transformed back, "YUMMY" He exclaimed with a stupid grin on his face looking at the other Teen Titans, he picked up the other popcorn, "Any of you want the rest?" No sooner after the words came out of his mouth he replied, "No? Ok more for me," as he gobbled up the remaining popcorn

Robin looked at Beast Boy expecting as much from him. Robin walked away from the open room to Starfire hoping she was feeling a bit better from training today. Robin came up to Starfire "Hope your feeling better Star, daily training like this keeps us in shape and prepares us for everything"

Starfire replied "Well the keeping of shape and preparing isnt that hard.. Fitting in is hard.. Im the only Alien.. Nobody gets me.. They think im weird..." She looked sad.

 

(She often faces this problem. So don't think im self centered please.. I dont like being thought like that..)

Was all Raven could say to Beast Boy and his antics.

 

"I think I shall go to bed early as well. Goodnight." 

 

She said, as she turned and hovered down the hall towards her bedroom. 

 

'Starfire just needs a good night's sleep.'

 

She thought to herself before closing her bedroom door behind her.

Robin looked at Star, "We don't think you're weird Starfire, we've all got something a bit different about us in a way. That's how we can all relate to each other and make such good friends....Because we all know what it feels like to not be completely normal....that's what makes us who we are...and there's nothing wrong with that...I have a feeling you're going to fit in just fine"

Starfire replied "Thanks Robin... You understand me the most.." She closed her eyes and smiled. Suddenly her eyes flashed open and she blasted Robin in the face. She squeaked "ROBIN! I am very sorry!" She panicked and started rubbing his face with a cloth she found.

Robin laid in the ground covering and wiping his face. "It's alright Star dont worry about it" Robin tried to ease himself up slowly. Placing his hooves on the ground slowly and tries to get up Robin co to yes to wipe his face from scorch marks and small burns on his face. "I'll be fine"

Starfire sighed "I think im ging to sleep.." She rolled over on the bed and lastly said "Im so sorry Robin.."" Then she just stared out of her window. She saw the ocean and finally fell asleep.

 

(She has a rom sized window. Taking up a whole wall. And her beds beside it.)

Starfire snored away in her bed. Peacefully un aware that someone was right infront of her window.

 

"AHHHHHHHHH!" A blood Curling scream came from Stars room.

By the time that training was over, Ariel could barely stand upright. Her body, covered from head to hoof in cuts and scrapes, heaved with each gasp of air she took in an attempt to catch her breath. Her legs quivered beneath her, as if they would give out at any moment, and her horn crackled with residual energy, even though her magic supplies were nearly exhausted.

 

Terra was tired, as well, with her own fair share of shallow wounds, but nowhere near to the extent that Ariel was. "Good job," she said, giving a slight smile. "I think you're improving."

 

"Am I?" Ariel questioned between gulps of air, raising her head slightly to look at the other mare.

 

Terra inclined her head slightly, which could have been taken as a nod, maybe. "Keep at it. You'll get stronger. But remember: No pain, no gain. You'll have to push yourself past your limits, like you did just now. That's the only way to keep getting stronger."

 

Ariel only nodded once, before she collapsed into a heap of exhaustion at Terra's hooves. Terra sighed quietly, before she hefted Ariel up and laid the unicorn mare across her back. The pegasus then took to the air, her wings straining a little more than usual due to the extra weight, and she headed towards the place they both called home - or rather, the place where their mentor made his lair.

Zain watched as the others went off to bed and sighed "well, looks like this'd be a good time to go for a little spin..." He mumbled, before flying out of the tower and away to the city. He felt like flying around, and maybe if he was lucky he'd get to beat up some criminals stupid enough to fight a lantern... Well, a lantern in training technically, but still.
