"I'm the same. All I do is stay in my room and write music or stories. I don't go out dancing. I just dance to the music in my room that's all. If anything I'm more boring than you" she said also looking at the floor an blushing . She never told anyone that before and all of a sudden she blurts it out to him.

"Yeah I get nervous when I try to play in front of other ponies and then I tend to screw up alot but this time that didn't happen" He said. "That and last time I danced I looked kind stupid doing so" He added. "Why am I telling herso much about me anyways..." He asked himself

"You should have seen me when I first danced in public. I looked like I was drunk or something." ' Why am I telling him all of this. I am spilling my guts to him. Why? He is cute. Really cute though' she thought. She moved and set down in the closest chair still in front of him.

Starshine grabbed the microphone in the empty room she was in. The drum beat started off and the gutiar played its part.

 

If anyone asks.. I'll tell them we just moved on...

When people stare I'll pretend that I don't hear them talk..

Whenever I see you.. I swallow my pride.. And bite my tongue..

And pretend that I'm ok with it all!

Act like theirs nothing wrong!

Is it over yet? Can I open my eyes?

Is this as hard as it gets?

When she finished tears were streaming down her face. She whispered "I'm so sorry mother.. I wish she never gave me away.." She frowned and whipped her tears away. She got up and saw Thunder-Dash and Star Ruby at the door. Tears came back and she ran to Thunder-Dash and sobbed into his shoulder.

"Come on it couldn't have been that bad" He said. "You know I pretty much told you evrything about me to tell the truth" He said as he looked at the ground trying to hide his face as it grew a crimson shade of red. That changed when he saw Starshine run over to Thunder Dash and started crying

"Yeah it was that bad" she replied. She blushed until she saw Starshine crying. She went over there and said to her "What's wrong?" 'I hope she's ok. And nothing's wrong.' she thought to herself. 'I can't believe this the first day and someone is crying. I wonder what's wrong' she thought again

Starshine said "Sorry.. I know I'm known for my ego.. I have confidence but I only inflate my ego cause I'm brave but scared. 3 quarters of me is like 'Your brave!' And the rest is scared from my past.. I was adopted and never even seen my mother..." She whipped away tears and frowned.

The next day, Thunder walked into the room to find StarShine chatting with another pony. "So that's why. I thought something was up with that." Thunder Dash said as he walked up to StarShine. "So....what's on the agenda for today?" Thunder asked as he stood on his hind legs and leaned on a nearby column.

The next day, Thunder walked into the room to find StarShine chatting with another pony. "So that's why. I thought something was up with that." Thunder Dash said as he walked up to StarShine. "So....what's on the agenda for today?" Thunder asked as he stood on his hind legs and leaned on a nearby column.

 

Starshine giggled "Nothing! What's up with you?" She gave him a small smile. Her shiny lavender and almost silver mane fell in her right side of her face. She brushed it aside "Well do you wanna get lunch?" She was thinking about possible ideas for lunch.

 

(Maybe start singing? I always love the idea of that!)

"Hmmm..." Thunder thought. He thought about the places he could go for lunch. "How about the deli. That's always a healthy choice." Thunder stated as he got off the column. He then waited for a response. "I hope Star Ruby won't get mad at me for taking StarShine out. Oh how can I tell her?" Thunder thought to himself.

Starshine said "I always like healthy! Plus I like Deli's! Sounds perfect! Do you wanna leave now? It's 1PM!" She smiled and stretched her wings out. She trotted to the door with Thunder-Dash.

 

(I like the Love triangle. Very Highschool like. And Star isn't the whiney Ego filled girl. She has truck loads of confidence but she is hurt inside. She feels like she needs a mother cause she only has a dad)

Starshine giggled "Oh! I once was on stage! It was a kindergarten pagent! And a classmate slipped and fell over! I flipped out on them! In my tiny voice I screamed YOU HAYBRAIN! HOW COULD YOU FALL! WHAT DID YOU LEARN TO WALK BEFORE THE SHOW STARTED? Everyone LAUGHED! It was so embarrassing!"

Thunder tried to hold in the laugh but still did a little. "Oh, I've had worse...one time I had to play pipe organ at an auditorium for a special performance as a guest performer. The special thing about it was, not one, not two, but THREE pipe organs playing at once. The keyboards were connected to the same system. Now, I was running late because my boss at the weather factory made me stay extended hours for no reason. But anyway, getting a little off tracked here. So as I was running into the auditorium backstage, the performers were doing "The Entertainer." Things got a little crazy here, as one of the organists was eating a banana while playing the pipe organ. He then throws the banana in the air and it lands right at the entrance and exit to backstage...which is where I was sprinting towards. I then slip on the banana, I get crossed up, fall right on my rump and all of my sheets go flying into the air and scatter everywhere. Everypony was laughing like crazy. I was like..."You bucking clumsy idiot!" And I was blushing very heavily. Probably that's my most embarrassing moment up-to-date!" Thunder said laughing.

Shiranui was glad Starshine was happy but was surprised when she said it was 1PM. "I have to head on home soon..." He said. "Hey Skull Dust how about I come over to you house tomorrow does that sound good" He asked her. "Or if you want I can go over right now but it'll have to be a short visit then" He said

Starshine's contagious laugh filled the area. She snorted "OH MY CELESTIA! I WOULD HAVE DIED! I once had a violin concert! So when it was my solo and it was a sunny day. She I was playing a crescendo sequence when my violin burst into flames! Cause the sunlight beaming in me and the rapid playing with my bow! I let out the biggest scream in the world. I could have broken everything that is glass in the entire world!"

Thunder laughed loudly. "Sweet mother of Celestia! That is just!" Thunder said still laughing. "One time was playing piano in a recital, singing "Roar". I was coming to the chorus section and as I hit a key...POW! The noise shocked me so much, that I stopped. I looked inside the piano...and found out I broke a piano string!" Thunder said still laughing.

Starshine saw they had arrived at the deli. She smiled and walked in "That must have SUCKED major horse apples! I would have been so embarrassed! I know I may come off as a diva but I would have done anything to continue the show. I'm just a down to earth person. It's not the personality that defines them. It's the people around them.."

 

(Whoa.. I love that last part! It just came out of me like a river after a rain if tears! I need to remember that! That's my motto from now on! that's awesome!)

"Well, if you swear like that they would...no offense. There are better ways to say things Star, yet some ponies think it's cool to selwear like that. I say it's rude, offensive and disrespectful. As I always say:"Ponies will treat you like the way you carry yourself." Thunder stated. "Oh sure you can be angry, but you're in control of you." Thunder stated. One thing that turned him off was ponies swearing and cursing.
