Sapphire looked over at times and tilted her head "Huh, I always thought of ravens as being nice birds" She said with a chuckle "Yeah, I guess that crow and raven are then same ish thing"

 

Embers just looked at them and shook his head before smiling and fliping the pages of his boook

Times read what was carved into his helmet."Stop... why?" Times stopped walking right at the edge of a huge ravine. "that was a close one...." Times put back on his helmet and looked down into the ravine. "there has to be a bridge somewhere..." Times looked around and saw a broken suspension bridge

Sapphire smiled as she glanced over at times "Thats cool, your bird talks to you?" She said with a laugh as she walked over to the other bridge.

 

Embers sighed as he looked at times with a tilted face "You expect us to go across that bridge?" He said with a tilt of his head

Lone was looking at them while reading a book

"Hmm interesting", he muttered while reading it. He the practiced with sword slashing,but staying a good distance from the group do no pony go hurt. After a few swings , he put his swords away and took out another book and continued reading

Times looked at Ember "Maybe I can fly over and temporarily hold it up... If only there were some vines but this is a forest not a jungle and the ropes are cut so I can't just retie them." Times took off his helmet and set it on the floor. He flew down to the edge of the broken bridge. Times pulled it up and got under it He flew up and grabbed the two ropes and held onto it keeping the bridge up. He pulled out his sword and stabbed it into one of the ropes, pinning it to the ground. Times held the other rope with his mouth and muttered "Come on!"

Embers glanced at times and walked halfway across before laughing and looking at times "Im a unicorn dang it" He said with a smirk as he teleported over to the other side

 

Sapphire giggled as she jumped up, teleporting next to times and embers. She smiled as she looked at times

Times said something that was muffled "mph mppph mpph" Times looked at lone and spit out the rope and yelled "Come on! and Fishy can you get my helmet!" Fishy flew down and grabbed Times' helmet by it's eyeholes and flew it over to Times. Times put it on and pet Fishy.

Lone got onto of a tree and climbed unto it.Once got to the top of the tree he noticed a tree branch stick out towards the river and jumped towards it and grabbed it with his mouth. Immediately, the tree branch begun to loosen but he used that to his advantage and swung to the other side and he made, it, barley though.

Embers chuckled at he looked at times "Guess we wernt using are brains" He said with a smile as he looked over at sapphire, then back to times and up to fishy

Lone walk over and looked at them then Times

"I guess they weren't trained as I have, used your environment to your advantage."

He loved to parkour then just simply teleporting, he found it lazy. Yes he has study magic somewhat but he only used it to levitate to stuff and simple tasks.

Times rolled his eyes and  was about to pull out his sword from the rope but heard something coming. "The hoof prints went this way!" Times grabbed his sword and the bridge dropped. Times looked over and saw some ponies in torn brown cloaks and their faces were covered in black masks with a red cross on them. "Rebels...."

Sapphire grabbed her rifle and duck behind a tree. She took looked over at times and smiled "What are your orders, sir?" She said with a chuckle

 

Embers did the same, but he did not get to cover, insted just standing next to times with his rifle drawn "Huh..Strange"

"How did they get in the everfree..." Times looked at Sapphire then Ember "Both of you get behind cover.... I will tell you when to come out." Times turned to look at Lone and before he could say anything, Times was hit in the shoulder with a bullet. The bullet didn't penetrate his armor but the blow knocked Times to the ground.

Sapphire glanced at times before running out, grabbing him and pulling him behind the same tree. She winked "Cant have are commander die, can we?" She said with a laugh and a smile

 

 Embers glanced at times with a sigh and a shake of his head "Can we at least fire back?" He asked

Lone went to the forest and pulled one of the rebels into it and killed him.Lone then ambushed then another rolled her into the bushes and killed her. He then noticed he was pure necked and put on his suit and armor.He looked he just wearing a clock and head wit some pants,but in reality he had bullet proof. He got ready to killed another rebel and went to the tree tops

Times nodded at Ember and looked at Sapphire and said "Why do they always shoot at me" Times grabbed his flintlock and peeked out from behind the tree and aimed at one of the last rebels. One of the rebels pulled out a small black ball with a fuse that was lit and threw it. It landed right next to Ember and Times ran and pulled ember behind a tree before it exploded.

Jumped down and killed two rebels with his knives  and ran into the forest again and waited for  opening for the rebels who threw the grenade. He look at his inventory and noticed he only had one smoke bomb and he used it to blind the rebels. He took his swords and went into the smoke

Embers caughed and looked over at times, nodding in thanks "Thanks, Guessed you just saved my life" He said with a laugh as he glanced over at the trees. He sighed and turned around, grabbing his rifle

 

Sapphire ducked out from behind the tree, putting up a pony in her sights and fireing a shot

One of the rebels dropped dead from Sapphires shot "I'm going to get up close and personal with those rebels" Times said grabbing his sword  off the ground and running towards the ravine. He jumped and stabbed  it into the fallen bridge. A Rebel looked down and Times said "peeka boo" before shooting the rebel and climbing up to the ledge. He pulled himself up and stabbed a rebel that was charging at him in the leg. Times turned around and held the Rebel over the ravine. The rebel shook his head and Times nodded before kicking the rebel off of his sword and into the river below.

Lone then killed the one that threw the grenade   and he was shot in the shoulder and noticed he was bleeding

"Damint", he thought

He then used the pony he just killed as meat shield and picked one of his guns and fired at him. He was just lucky to hit her in the heart. He moved to the next rebel  and held him with his magic and downed him in the water  and let him go.

Embers shook his head and teleported over to the other side, pullin gout his sword and charging at the nearist rebel and then slashing at his head, forcing him to fall

 

Sapphire reloaded her rifle and fired shot after shot into the group with amazing skill, hitting one after another

Once the last of the Rebels began to run Times grabbed one by his mane and pulled the rebel towards him and said "Run... Never look back... or I will put your head on my dresser" Times let go of the rebel and he ran. Times was bluffing but it was a great way of intimidation.

Embers was panting by the time he walked back over to embers "Gosh dang it....How did they get this far into are land? Something is going on around here..." He said with a sigh and a shake of his head

 

Sapphire smiled as she reloaded her rifle, also making sure it was clean

"It think they got here through the dead lands... the field in which the battle of fort Orion took place.  The entire field is covered in ash because of a huge spell that the Celestias had somepony named Twilight use, the spell destroyed the fort completely and killed all of the Lunars and most of the Celestials." Times said looking at Ember

Embers sighed and shook his head "Well, I guess if one pony can do that, someone will have to go kill her" He looked over at times with a half smile, then walked closer and said in a low voice "I know you know who I really am, this is the only way to redeam my self"
