Sapphire nodded as she turned around and looked around the room. It was huge, she smiled as she walked over next to times. She looked down at her rifle, it was still loaded incase something else came along. She looked over at times "So times, were do you wanna go to see it?"

"Follow me" Times said before finding a staircase and walking up it. The spiral staircase led to a tall tower that had a balcony. On the balcony was a telescope and it had a great view of the night sky. Times looked up at the sky when he reached the balcony.

Sapphire walked around with times as she looked around. There were huge walls as well as many other big things. She smiled as she jumped up next to times and looked up at the night sky

 

Embers read a few more pages before re-loading his rifle and sitting up. He was guessing that he was now part of the lunar army now

Times smiled at her and looked up right when the meteor shower began.  "Beautiful isn't it" Times said as he looked up at the sky. He always loved these moments. The moments where he wasn't fighting, Nopony was getting shot at, and he wasn't getting shot at.

Sapphire was lost in awe at all the little sparks in the sky. She smiled as she looked up at the sky, she was also happy as she chuckled "Yes, yes it is" She said with a smile

 

Embers looked out his window at the shower and started to draw it, he shook his head and walked outside to see it better

Times eyes grew wide. "I heard that if you wise upon one it will come true." Times said looking at Sapphire. From the outside the castle anypony on the ground could see bot Sapphire's and Times' silhouettes. Times closed his eyes and whispered a wish to himself.

Sapphire smiled as she wished her own wish before looking down at the fields. She smiled as she closed her eyes and took in the cool night air and the smell of the nearby forest

 

Embers walked outside and sat down. He pulled out his paper and started wrighting in it as well as drawing now and then

Times looked at the everfree forest that surrounded the castle. The forest seem allot more peaceful after the castle was built. The Timberwolves and Manticores were kept at ease by the lunar soldiers that protected the few Civilians that lived in the surrounding towns.

Sapphire smiled as she looked over at times "Hey, thanks for taking me up here to see this, its a really cool thing" She said as she walked over to times, gave him a fast hug and walked back down to her room

 

Embers also walked into his room, sighing as he wanted to go back home, but now knew that he would not be able to

Times smiled and was going to say something but she had already left. Times looked at the sky. He stood up and stood at the edge of the balcony. The bat guard from before came walking up the stairs. "You still awake?" She said. Times turned around "No I'm sleeping walking..." Times joked.

 

(you know what I mean by bat guard right?)

Sapphire walked back to her room yawning as she did. She looked over to times one last time before shutting the door and walking over to her bed with a book in hand to start reading

 

Embers sighed as he put his head in bed one last try. He still had had no luck trying to sleep, and it was making him mad

Times looked down at the castle and then back to the guard. The guard laughed before she looked out at the forest and said to Times "I heard about that fight you had with Platinum shield" Times looked at her and replied "You did? well he was asking for it..." The guard slapped Times in the back head and said "Well you put one of my best sentries in the infirmary!" Times rubbed where the guard hit him and said "It was him or my job..." Times looked away from the guard and walked down stairs.

Sapphire looked out the window at the sky and smiled as she read a few more pages in her book. She got up and walked around a little before she walked back over to her bed, putting the book away and falling asleep

 

Embers also fell asleep, but he had many nightmares about the pony he had shot

Times looked at the window and waited for the day to end.

 

(4 hours later) Lunar Republic Capital 0300 hours 

 

A small patrol of Lunar soldiers stood outside the capital, they were tied up. There were 12 Celestials soldiers around them. The lunar patrol were begging for their lives. The Celestials opened fire killing them. Times heard the firing and went to investigate.

(I just had this really weird dream were embers tried to shoot times xD)

 

Embers shook his head, slowly getting out of bed and walking outside to hear the gunshots. He ran up to the wall and looked around

 

Sapphire did the same, exept she ran over to times "Hey times, whats going on?"

Times looked at her "I don't know" Times looked through a window and saw a crawling Lunar soldier. Times heard 5 shots and the Lunar soldier went limp. Times pulled out his flintlock and ran outside. He climbed a tree and saw 12 Celestials running through the everfree forest. Times fired his shot at the castle bell tower causing it to ring. The sleeping guards inside the castle woke and went on high alert. The Celestials looked at Times and opened fire. Times was hit by one of the bullets and fell out of the tree.

Sapphire shot at one of the other ponys before running over to times "Times! Are you OK? Were have you been hit?" She said as she fired some more shots.

 

Embers grumbled as he grabbed his rifle and walked up to the wall and saw a few ponys shooting at something in the trees

A Celestial ran up to Times and  tried to stab him. Times quickly grabbed his flintlock and fire. Times held his bleeding leg and crawled into some bushes. The Celestials saw Sapphire and pointed their rifles at her. Right before they could fire a cannon ball landed right in the middle of the group.

Sapphire ducked behind a tree as one or two shots went rining past her. She gritted at times and turned around, opening fire on two of the other pony troops

 

Embers shook his head as he hoped down the wall, guessing that something big was going down, so he wanted to find out what

There were only 7 Celestials left. Times snuck out from inside the bush and jumped onto the back of one of them. The Celestial struggled as Times chocked him. The Celestial slammed Times into a tree but he wasn't letting go. "Get off!" the celestial yelled. Times replied with "When you stop breathing!" Times snapped the Celestial's neck and went to attack another.

Sapphire used the rest of her clip shooting one of the celestials before charging another one with her sword. She slashed at him untill he fell down, she glanced over to see how times was doing

 

Embers face hoofed as he looked at the two ponys infront of him fighting the celestials, who he had been part of

Times tackled one of the Celestials and used him as a shield to protect himself from another Celestial's bayonet. Times then grabbed the Celestial's rifle and shot him. Times got up and pulled out his sword. He looked at one of the Celestials who was reaching for his rifle. The Celestial was missing both of his hind legs because of the cannon shot. Times stabbed the Celestial and twisted the sword

Sapphire was panting before she found the last celestial alive. She walked over to him and glared down at him, then looked over at times, wondering what to do with this one

 

Embers walked over and looked at all the blood on times, then asked "How can you kill so many ponys?"

Times looked at Ember "I don't want to kill them... until I remember that it is because of them. Everything I care for is in danger." Times said before sheathing his sword and walking back into the Castle. Times went into his room and left the door open. He walked to a sink and washed the blood off of his face.

Embers shook his head and turned away, walking also back to his own room, then he sat down and put his rifle down. He had not had to kill anymore ponys today, and he was happy of that

 

Sapphire sighed and walked up to the wall, looking over as the dead ponys were taken away
