Scribblegroove 565 March 10, 2014 Share March 10, 2014 Streamsung felt a bit left out. She didn't have a lot of interesting stories to tell. That was the entire reason of her joining this group. "I intend to make some stories with you guys. I've travelled a lot, but nothing of all that is very interesting. I've also studied a lot... You could say I've seen a lot and been to a lot of places, but haven't done much up until now..." She told them with a little bit of shame. These ponies looked like they had lived a lot already... It was strange to think that she'd be travelling with them sooner than later... Working with them. Fighting alongside them. "You might as well give storytelling a shot. Nopony else has anything to tell..." She said a bit timidly as she looked at scribe's armor. Anypony wearing armor casually like thar had stories to twll. How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Three percent of the population likes classical music, if only we could get it up to four percent we'd be back in business and all our problems would be over." How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Everybody loves classical music! They just haven't found out about it yet!" It's an entirely different world. It's what you make of it that counts. I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it! "Nervous? Hah!." He said. "I don't do nervous. Lets see... I could tell you about how I found this thing..." The armor - that was his real story: one that he wasn't quite happy to tell just yet. Not that it was a secret or anything - he just wanted to do it justice when he did. That, and he hadn't strictly finished it yet. Instead, he rapped a hoof against the hilt of the sword that hung down beside him. "Crystal mountains: some crazy who thought he was whatshisname - Sombrero or whatever it was. 'Course he turned out to just be some crazy with a magic something or other... but thats probably a good one - got this sword, a friend - sort of - and learned a few things too." He mused. "Or that time where I ended up turned into a... uh... actually thats not such a great story after all... Point is, I'm just not too good at telling them. Probably get chance on the road through - if you're sure you wan to hear them that is." He glanced towards the mare. "Stick close to me and you'll have some stories to tell in no time! ArrowWing 1 March 11, 2014 Share March 11, 2014 (edited) @, "Heh,I guess I'll wait to hear your story then." the stallion says with a chuckle as he finishes off his drink."I probably should hold out on my story as well since I don't want to look like I'm bragging if no one else wants to tell one." he says as he sets down a sack and starts to look through it,"Although,I can show you something cool I found on my travels." he says as he pulls out a mass of daggers connected by metal parts as he starts to strap it onto his wings."This little thing has really helped me when I couldn't talk my way out of a fight." he says as he stretches out his wings,the sharp mechanism moving along with them.
