Are criminals allowed? Say like some sort of insane murderer that just goes around, killing whomever. He'd add an interesting party. If you say no, I understand

Hmmm well I suppose so, since they are in squads, so ya I would say they are in groups.

It would've made more sense as a werewolf. But I suppose that can work. Ill see what you do and criticize you from there if I have any objections.

Gender: Male Species: Unicorn Cutie Mark: A cloud of purple smoke is Maaebjan's Cutie Mark, representing his ability to create portals. Personality: Maaebjan has the brain of a toddler, a psychotic toddler. He never out grew the "terrible twos" only instead of squishing ants, he kills anything in his path, not out of malice, he truly does think that they enjoy being killed. Maaebjan enjoys being hurt and hurting others, a trait which makes him nigh immune to pain. Maaebjan can talk but prefers to scream constantly to frighten foes. He finds insults towards him to be funny. Backstory: Maaebjan was nothing special, just a foal who like squashing ant hills. Nothing too good, but nothing bad either. Then, Maaebjan found that one could drown ants quicker via using portals to drop water on them. The foal got his Cutie Mark doing this, picking up water buckets and dropping them on ant piles. One day, he miscalculated and dropped the bucket on himself. While the impact nearly killed him, he was able to crawl out from the brink of death, albeit with his mind stuck as a permanent toddler. Over the years, he found that killing ponies was much more fun than killing ants and so Maaebjan began a killing spree. He was eventually caught and put in prison, but he waits for the opportunity to escape. Always. Other: Maaebjan's specialty is creating portals, whether to deflect attacks or to get closer to a foe. The portals are a good, all purpose tool that he uses almost instinctively. Maaebjan's pain tolerance is through the roof and most pain just thrills him. Maaebjan carries a sword with him constantly and is fairly skilled with it. The sword's greatest strength is that it is directly wired to him ergo, whenever it slashes, he automatically creates a portal for the slash to go through. Maaebjan's insanity is random and can be beneficiary for catching enemies off guard. Other than that, Maaebjan is in good health and can move about as well as any healthy pony. 

Maaebjan's portals take a few seconds to work when transporting something large, like a pony. This means that if Maaejan is using a portal to increase his speed, he can be distrupted by hitting the portal, stopping his trip. Maaebjan's sword is also very rigid and if bent, will snap. Maaebjan also has a tendency to not go for the kill right away and will toy with foes. Edited by Evil Dragon Master

Some civi's know about werewolves while others don't. Your choice. And yes guns will be aloud for civi's but nothing as advanced as what the hunter's have. Anyways accepted.
