The ony things I might consider changing is rounding the noses a bit ( kinda like you did in your doodles) and maybe get rid of the thin part on the wing (it clashes with the rest of the pony). Maybe taking a humorous scenario from a daily situation? I know a lot of people say that have funny lives. Heck, even I think my own would make a funny sitcom.
