What inspired you to start your assertiveness lessons?

@@Asbel Lhant,Iron Will started his seminars because...well...I din't really have that big of a confidence level when I was young, so Iron Will had an Idea one day that, "Hey, I should be a self help guru!", but how could I help others if I couldn't help myself?  I had doubts it would happen and become reality, until I got support from my family and friends...that's when Iron Will laid down the law!  THE ASSERTIVENESS LAW!!

Ah very interesting. Okay now here's my biggest question, What advice do you have for somepony who is weak? Fluttershy could be strong when she wanted to be. But what if I'm too weak to do anything about it when people push me around or bully me? What if when I try to stand up to them they beat me up? What then?

@@Asbel Lhant,Hmm, looks like Iron Will gets to work his magic!  Alright, listen and listen good; I will say this once AND ONLY ONCE!  

Step one: Don't be shy, LOOK THEM IN THE EYE!  Iron Will recommends you do this, show you mean it!

 

Step two: Treat me like a pushover, and you'll get the once over!  In other words, Iron Will wants you to ATTACK THE DAY!  Show those good for nothing bullies that you are sick and tired of their crap; and that you will have no more of it!

 

Step three: If you end up getting into a fight with them...Iron Will recommends that you just walk away, don't look back, just walk.  IF, AND ONLY IF, they try to attack you then; RUN!  Be the bigger man and tell an authoritative figure that this is happening to you.  Nopony deserves this treatment!

@,Iron Will has never wanted to get married, once or twice I actually thought about it; but Iron Will never went through with it.  It's just not my thing.
